I’ve ordered several items and was pleased with the quality and pricing! I love the tracking they provided on each order. I must say I was pleased with the customer support. I once purchased duplicate items contacted customer service and they refunded my item. It took 2-3 days for the refund to appear on my account. In the past I’ve just relied on looking at photo of item only . Now with covid and everything is online sales now . It is a must read the detail description of item to ensure I fully understand what I’m purchasing , such as what material the clothing is made of such as polyester, cotton, etc. size and description . Recently I purchased several items of clothing from Stylewe. When I finally received shipment, after waiting a very long time, the items were all of the lowest quality you could imagine. I contacted Stylewe and they told me to return the items to China, certified return receipt with full insurance coverage. I told them that because I bought them in the USA and the items were mailed from the USA that I would return them to the USA only. I was offered a 15% refund and they told me to keep the items. I said thank you, but no thank you, that Stylewe shipped me rags, not even good enough to clean my car with. I was then offered 25% of which I said no thank you. I do not wish to pay for crap and I will return the product to Stylewe for a 100% refund. Then I was offered 30%. This was after communicating with at least a dozen representatives, that just passed me on to other, know nothing, do nothing representatives. Each time I asked for a supervisor and never got one. Has anyone else experienced the worst product followed up by the worst Stylewe customer service? nm
There are some good clothings and accessories on here, but the main issues Im having problems within the app is how slow it goes. Like I have to wait at least 5 minutes just to view an item or add it into my cart/wishlist. Not to mention the lack of coupons; the checkout system is weird for me. You enter the shipping address, put your card in, but when u press pay now, the price comes up totally different from what you originally saw/had. I would rather have an app that tells you the final price before paying instead of having another tab tricking you thinking you bought it for like 113$ and not 135$ because they didnt show the sales tax + shipping …
I am not sure why Apple carries this app. The clothing is extremely low quality and to return it requires shipment to China with full insurance. This company has beautiful looking designs but the fabric is not as clearly shown and items are not sewn properly. In fact I received a garment that was sewn with 5 stitches per inch and all the stitches of right side seam was completely missing. All of the Chic V International brands including Nora Cora, StyleWe, etc. are rated very low for poor quality and laughable customer service. Their 30-day return policy is purposely deceptive. They do not tell you that you have to return to China which takes almost 40 days unless you pay for air shipping which is extremely expensive. Apple needs to be responsible and require higher standards.
There are so many sets that I want but when i tap to select, it is only the top or the pants. They never come together and there isn’t an easy way to add them on. It’s so aggravating, especially when you put “sets” in the search bar. I hope they correct it but I won’t purchase until it is a simple process because there are many other shopping options. Even going to a brick & mortar store is easier. At least you don’t have to hunt for the other pieces in a completely different section of the store and can put them both in the basket at once.
After 6 weeks of waiting for an item, the support finally admitted that it is not in stock, although it was when I bought it. Was it ever in stock? I do not think so as I have never received a single order update during my waiting. I had to use the app support chat to find out that there are delays due to stock shortage. I requested a refund but after 3 days nothing was received. I ecalated with PayPal and will be getting my money back. Please, stay away from this app and this merchant for that matter as it has 3 more apps!
I have bought several things through the years at StyleWe and overall these few items were ok. But recently, I placed two bigger orders and some of the items were not satisfactory. When I wanted to return them, it was like pulling teeth. They wanted me to accept only a 20% refund in exchange of me keeping a garment that I would not wear. When I refused, they resent another email asking if I would take a 50% refund against keeing the garment. I refused again as I don’t see the point in keeping something I don’t want to wear. They finally sent me an address with obscure instructions. I sent a UPS package with my items, duly labeled, with my order numbers, and the package has been received for the past 3 weeks. And I have YET to be refunded. I do NOT recommend shopping with them. The mayerial is cheap and if you are unsatisfied, they won’t refund you.
Disappointed in their return policy. You have to pay postage and the whole process is not simple. A real hassle. No phone or email for customer service. Top/jacket ran small, but nice looking and quality. Won’t let you write a negative review. Tried many nicknames including random numbers and letters. Disgusting!!
I purchase in June 2023 some clothes and received only half of the items. I wrote so many times asking for the other items and claim my money and the answer is to wait more time. 3 months after my purchase and don’t receive my items is my money back. Didn’t recommend this site.
