Sunmark has been the most supportive, friendly and convenient of all . Lost my debit card within minutes issued a new one no waiting for a new one to come in the mail. Service has been great thus far, so glad I made the switch.

Mobile Deposit Issue

Up until last month I had no issues with the app. Now trying to deposit a check gets me stuck at taking the photos. It keeps asking me to rotate the device to take a picture. If they get this sorted out it’ll be back to 4-5 stars.

I wish i could make a mobile deposit above 5k., also my last deposit above this amount, when I did deposit it-the bank tried to put a 2 week hold on my money.

Nice Job with this App, after you get your bill pay setup on your regular online web browser banking. It's easy to make future payments from this App. The one thing I would like to see in future updates is the App taking advantage to the iPhone 6 Plus's "bigger screen" in "landscape" mode. This can easily become your total banking needs App. Great Job

Life saver

This app has helped in so many ways, not only can I check my accounts and transfer money when ever I want; I can find any location near me. I have definitely gotten an hour into my drive realizing I forgot to cash my check, pulled up this app and was on my way to the closes branch! Love love love this app!

Good Job

Yes, viewing pending transactions would help ALOT! Please work on that. Sometimes you have something coming through and you cannot remember what it is, or there is a big difference between account balance and available balance. This would clear that up. The site and the app have come a long way. Thank you!

Love this app

It is very handy especially compared to other banking apps I have. It is easy to transfer money between accounts, make payments, and view my account activity. I use it at least twice a week. Thumbs up for the recent update too.

Easy and smooth!

The application is every bit of info you need - and nothing you don't. It always works as it should and it's very quick to get the info you need. I also like that my car loan shows up so I know what I owe at any given time. Kudos to Sunmark!

What a time saver!

I love this app! I do most of my banking on it. I pay my bills, deposit checks, transfer money from one account to another etc all on the go! Works great on both our Samsung and iPhones!

This is def quicker to make transfers, but I have had a quite a hard time getting the right accounts to stay in the drop-down boxes (and I am tec savy). Few kinks to work out, but overall helpful.

Remote deposit

My first time using it today. I like the convenience. I didn't get my pictures right the first time. I like the immediate feedback and the chance to correct it. Since it's my first and it was a success I will give this app 4 stars.

Easy and convenient. Don't know exactly why it read the printed rebate check amount as $2.00 though instead of the clearly printed $8.00. But it accepted my answer as to the correct amount so all is good.

Good app. It a couple of tries to do deposits at first, but now easy and goes through first try! Very convenient. Transfers and account balances are very clearly understood.

Can't access full-site

I don't like how when I try to access the full site through the browser on my iPad, I can't. I continually get redirected to the app. Very, very frustrating because my iPad is my primary link to the Internet.

When it actually is working, which is rare, then it is Ok. Annoying b/c when it's not working I can no longer log onto the full site from my phone. I use my phone all the time b/c I no longer have s computer. If they fix all the bugs it would be s great app.
