Super 1 Foods App

I have been using the app for curbside pickup for many months but now I am unable to login. I get an error message that my email address is a valid address. Yet I am receiving emails from super 1. I requested assistance to this problem but get no reply. I will shop elsewhere from now on. I am extremely disappointed.

The new version is definitely inferior to the previous one. For several years I’ve been using the app to make my shopping list before going to the store and then just update the list each week by checking or unchecking the items I need. The previous version had the capability to sort listed items by store department, which was very convenient. I can’t find that option in this version. This version seems to be geared more for placing online orders rather than shopping in person. I’ll just go back to using the Notes feature on my phone to keep up with my shopping list. Not pleased at all with this new version.

Love Super1Foods. But this is probably the hardest website to order from. It is definitely not user-friendly. Unless you know how to word the product it will not pull it up. Does not give you more than one choice in a lot of products even though there are more. Ex: Guidry’s frozen Fish it will only offer you the breaded but not the fresh fillets. John Morrell sausage doesn’t offer you the hot sausage but it is in store. Can you please make it user friendly.

I just really wish they would give the option to pay with ebt on curbside pickup but overall love this store!

I love super1 and I try to use the app to do curbside. One thing you all could is the ability to add store coupons to the app. It’s sad when I have to go into the store to get the same savings that people get going into the store. Please add the ability to add store coupons and I will change my rating to 5 stars. I try to stay out of the store because I am a cancer patient. But to save money I have to go into the store now.

Very difficult to navigate still. Products on sale were not listed as unavailable-specifically cucumbers. The only thing that came up were the green peppers. No on sale cucumbers were in the search to add to cart. There were a few improvements but still difficult navigation and slow site. Took over an hour for my order to complete. Unfortunately it’s just not a user friendly website

I love super one and would much rather give my money to this store but when it comes to quick and convenient…this app is not it. It takes me a really long time to add everything on my list. You have to be very specific. I want to be able to type in condiments and it pull up all condiments. ALL of them. All brands, variety, etc. I still use this app but I really really wish it was updated.

I use this app weekly and since the update I’m constantly asked to enter my email and then get error message. Even after reinstalling app and even trying to update password, I never get the email to change password. The old app was much more user friendly. It isn’t convenient anymore. Please fix this or go back to old app

Love ability to modify order. Still have issue with some ad items not appearing in shopping app.

It is very difficult to search for some items but overall app is convenient

This App should be an embarrassment to executive leadership. It fails at every level, it fails to recognize stores that it owns & operates. Obviously they have failed to commit the needed resources to make it even marginally functional. Don’t waste your time downloading or attempting to utilize it. Take your money and spend it at other store that values your business and leave these incompetent business imposters.

Surely I’m not the only one having issues figuring out how to get to and then navigate what’s on sale! It was much easier to view when the “weekly ad appeared like it was a “newspaper” as oppose to this “sort” by catastrophe you all have “designed”…. Just to hard to use!

This is possibly the most user-UNfriendly app around. Even if a term is worded and spelled perfectly, it doesn’t always pop up. It also takes FOREVER for items to show on the app. The Super1 curbside pickup experience is SO much better than Walmart’s (much more personal), but the app is so terrible that I don’t use Super1 pickup as often as Walmart. Please fix your app, Super1, so I can use you more!!!

Such a wonderful option when sick or have had surgery

I like the upgrade but it still has the same problems as the last. Good i know y’all carry isn’t popping up in the search.

When searching for locations near me, the app displays a blank, white page and the map shows zero nearby. There is something off with the search settings on this app. Other have clearly had the same issues based on recent reviews.

Compared to how ordering used to be online. This is much easier.

The app is so easy to use. I like the fact that my shopper can text me as she engages with my order.

I have a super one in my town and it doesn’t even show the location of it! The only locations shown are in Texas & Louisiana. I’m in Michigan and there’s a super one foods here! Why isn’t it shown in the locations feature? How am I supposed to use it when you don’t even show all the locations of your stores! Deleting right now!

You have to be too specific when looking up items. Example is cheese. Only brings up about 3 items. You have to know the exact name of what you want.

I love the idea of curbside pick up especially since I work in the Covid units. This app is kinda hard to use. The choices under one heading are limited. Needs some improvement.

This app use to be very good, but now it is useless.

Unbelievable how Terrible the options are to try online Shopping with SuperOne Stores!!!!! Why can’t you CHANGE That for your devoted customers that have been doing business with you consistently for decades ❗️😳🤨 I don’t understand it.. I want a reason WHY now!

The old app was so much better. I can’t even use this one! I look up the address for the store that’s literally a 6 minute drive so I can just have them have everything ready for me already, and it says there’s no store near me!

I had a problem setting up. Finally I did, order several times. Now the app signed me out, I can’t sign back in, and have been waiting 48 hours for an email to reset. It’s the weekend before Thanksgiving, thanks a lot.

The new ap is better at locating items, but the way the weekly circular is shown is daunting.

This app is so unfriendly to use. I’d rather drive all the way to Mesquite from Crandall to go to super target then use this app. How are you not gonna put prices next to your food? I am a single mom on the budget. I’m not gonna go to an app that doesn’t show me that I’m getting the best deal!!!

Would like a page ad view. Reading a list of items is tedious. I have been unable to find this option now that we have a ‘new updated’ version.

While searching for lasagna noodles, I got 949 hits, including cat food. Also, put the size of the product, not just the price per ounce.

When trying to use the app it keeps saying there are no stores in my area, which is not true. I can extend the range to all of Minnesota and it says no stores in the area

Greetings: The newly revised SUPER1 APP is Difficult to Navigate when searching for Items to Purchase. There is not a prompt to to pay thru SNAP. I like grapes with seeds. I do not know if this item is within the store, but I definitely cannot find. I like Jasmine Rice. I am certain that the Jasmine Rice populated is not all inclusive. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my experiences.

Says sent me an email to change password but you get nothing. Tried several times. New app doesn’t work.

I wanted to buy Depends for my mother and it’s not even listed in the app. It’s all Brookshire, which I understand is Super 1 but I want spaghetti sauce and Prego or any other kind is not listed

I downloaded the app thinking it was for a grocery store in my town under the same name and now I can’t delete the app from my phone at all

Your store locator has never worked on the app. I like to shop S1 but would also like to have the right ad for my store .

This is so silly! I do have a Super One Foods store , every time I try to locate my store, it says “NOT IN THIS LOCATION” It sure is in my location! I go there twice a month! FIX THIS PLEASE!!

I agree with others, this app will not give you the sale price and the app is not user- friendly at all. Going to delete it from my phone.

The store app is not user friendly, very difficult to navigate. I use Sams and WM app without any problems.

Think again if you’re planning on shopping from this app - not gonna happen! Search is horrible!

I use Super 1 on High Street in Longview Texas. It tells me it does not exist. I’m have shopped there many years. Has it gone out of business since Saturday?

Can't add items to my cart, deleting from phone.

i can see my store on the map, but when i search my town name it does not show up

It will only give me Texas locations. It shows me in Montana but will not let me pick a Montana store.
