Everything was super amazing I absolutely loved all the discounts and cash back the only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t use my credits and the 10% off from referring a friend but I still get 10% off by using my super card so it was the same but I think there should have been a notification notifying me I was unable to use both or let me use both cause I got all excited but then was disappointed but other than that great experience and I can’t wait to see the hotel with a washer and drying that’s freaking amazing and a first for sure I’ve never seen a hotel or rooms rented with a washer and dryer inside of the room! Besides the hotel part this is the BEST app by far that I have EVER experienced from the super card which is used as a credit card to the cash advances, hotel discounts, surveys and games to make extra money that’s transferred into your available cash redemption right away usually within minutes which is unheard of this app has helped me in so many ways and I continue to tell people about it because it has benefited my life so thank you Super!! The only thing I’m missing is a referral link because I love this app so much I would make sure to earn the referral bonus and spread the word about this one of a kind app!!!

Great Prices
I have had issues with this company in the past. However lately I decided to give them another chance and so far has been fairly easy and decently priced. The one thing I think is not fair to paying customers is that the customer service is extremely rude and not helpful at all. I was experiencing an issue with their website when I was trying to pay, mind you I had not had a problem the whole week and a half leading up to this incident. I tried multiple cards that had money on them and they We’re still getting declined. I proceeded to called the companies attached to my cards only for them to say try it again through them so I finally track down super travels phone number to get told that I couldn’t use my credit on the account over the phone even though their websitw wasn’t working properly, it was as if the guy on the phone wasn’t even listening to anything I said. Well, they lost a couple of sales from me due to that. Besides that thwy have pretty good prices and the cash back is pretty amazing, I thought it was a scam at first but I kept getting credits, you just have to make sure to use them before they expire and I am still wondering why I cant use my 30$ credits the way I want instead of breaking it up.

Love SuperTravel
So my wife and I decided to take a five day trip to Sunny Isles Florida. We usually stay at the Hilton Hotel on the ocean but last year we decided that we would stay at the Solé’ right next door. When it was time to book, I put in my search engine the hotel name and up came a list of websites offering for this hotel. The cheapest was SuperTravel for $168 for a city view, King bed on the ocean. This hotel is usual $300 plus per night. I was very skeptical because I never have see this site before but figure I would take my chances. They booked the room for $862 for the four nights. We arrived at the hotel and could not believe our eyes when we opened the room to find a small condo room. We had a beautiful modern kitchen with full refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. The living was a full size, huge separate bedroom and beautiful big bathroom. The best of all was the wrap around huge veranda overlooking the inter coastal water way and to the left, the ocean. I would definitely book with SuperTravel again.

I really liked this app. It’s apparently a subsidiary of Expedia is what my hotel front desk guy said. Anyway I have booked several trips trough this app but will NEVER use it again after my experience today. I tried to book a single night at the hotel I already had a reservation at because I am currently homeless and surviving day to day like a lot of people in California right now. However during the check out process on my last transaction the app crashed and didn’t push the reservation through. There was a pop up that I took a screenshot of saying to wait a minute and refresh the screen. I did that and it was right back to the check out screen but it apparently changed my dates back to default for tonight instead of tomorrow but that part is not visible on the screen I was looking at…it’s back a screen!!! I immediately noticed the date and went to the front desk. They know me here and told me that unfortunately they can’t fix it so I used the customer service chat on the app and it was seriously AWFUL! Fernando had zero customer care skills and didn’t comprehend my issue. So basically I’m out the money for the reservation that the app messed up and have no place to stay tomorrow night. I even provided screenshots and just got “sorry you feel that way” This hotel is empty all the time. The cost is exactly the same…All that needed to be done is to change the date but NOPE..

Stay away from this company. They are thieves.
As the hotel is booked, They take the money from credit card and they don't pay the hotel. So, the hotel charges because they have not been paid. ( that's what hotel told me). Basically, it's a double charge. stay away from this company. book from a reputable website. Their low prices are just to attract customers and do the same trick to their customers. When i called the hotel, they said the supertravel didn't provide a virtual card number and on the other side when I called the supertravel, they said that they paid them. It is just a game that hotel and this website play so that you would get tired of pursuing your money that is stolen by the hotel and this app. I have official proofs that I’ve been charged twice from both parties(supertravel and the hotel). Stop lying. This is not the right way of handling the customers. I was planning to use their site very frequently but after seeing all this, I would rather get my travel needs from the company that I can trust, not from the company that steals money which we have earned all this money very hardly. they are just bunch of thieves that opened up a company and trying to steal money from people. They correlate all of these stealing methods with the hotel and they do the same thing with everybody who goes to that hotel and the hotel knows how to handle them along with the super travel. both of them charge and the person is left with double charges.

The app should be called super double booker
When I went to book a room and was ready to hit confirm the app suddenly went nuts by bringing up pop ups and obscuring the original screen. It also shifted the screen so I was unable to find where I originally was. Prominently displayed was the button for book again. Through all the confusion there was no easy way to verify it had been booked. During the attempt to figure where I’d been it caused me to double book the room. When I tried to contact them to cancel one all that was available was their chat link. When I explained what happened they said they were sorry but it was non refundable. Since the app was the reason for it I wouldn’t accept that. They then proceeded to tell me the only way it could be refunded was visiting the motel and having them sign off on a refund. The motel said they don’t have a procedure like that. Recognize it’s a ploy to make you double book and not refund it. Save yourself aggravation by going to your bank and dispute the charges. They have it set up so the confirmation number doesn’t match the motel’s number because they turn around and immediately pay for the room with THEIR credit card. You’re then blind at clearing it up without your bank’s help. With so many third party booking apps you’re better off going through the motel chain’s own app. Most will refund or cancel the extra room that was booked. It might cost more but it’s less hassle in the long run.

Worst Booking app I ever used.
I travel for a living and used every booking app known to man. This app has to be extremely illogical and outright ridiculous. I booked a room for same day and they had the nerve to tell me, it can some time take 24-48 hours to process. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND, would think that’s reasonable for a customer. NO other platform does business like that. Why would you even allow same day bookings if that’s the case. It’s BECAUSE of your system as to why the hotel didn’t get the booking in the first place. I had to pay out my own pocket for the room because it took customer service 4 freaking hours to get back to me, 4. The manager at the hotel even told me they don’t like working with you guys because it’s fraudulent site. They also stated this company got sued as well. I see why now. So i asked for a refund and they really told me it can take 72 hours to review the refund and then 5-6 days to refund me. HOW IS THAT FAIR? . You guys are the problem so YOU should be reaching out to the hotel to verify Things. Why do i got to do your work for you. i will never use these people again. I also will be throwing away their debit card and canceling any memberships. My wife has a really big following on TIKTOK and i’m going to make SURE she do a review on this app. This is unreal. Now i got to hope and pray they give me my money back. If not, i’m suing myself. You’re not going to steal nothing from me. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

READ THIS CAREFULLY
BEWARE! I was planning a trip back to Kauai after 20 years. I wanted to stay at the same property, but I couldn’t remember the name. I found it on one of the recognizable travel sites which said that they couldn’t book the property but to use one of these other booking sites; one of which was Supertravel. So I downloaded the app, made and prepaid for my reservation ($2650). I got an email confirming the dates and gave me a confirmation #. When I arrived at the property, they did not have my booking nor had they received any payment. They had never even heard of Supertravel as a booking agent. The property was nice enough to accommodate me (moving me between cottages) in spite of being fully booked. I immediately reported the dispute to Apple Card (Goldman Sachs) and sent them the confirmation email and explained that the property did not have my reservation nor payment. After 90 days, Goldman/Apple tells me they found in favor of the merchant. All they were able to mail me was a blurry response from the merchant. I spoke w a supervisor at Goldman/Apple and she re-opened the dispute. She also told me that their response was blurry and illegible on her end as well. She escalated my dispute. I am still waiting on Goldman/Apple. I wish I had charged this to AMEX bc they would have resolved this in 45 days or less. I wouldn’t trust Supertravel Update: When Supertravel responded to me w legalese, I knew my review was correct.

Beware of this SCAM!
I thought it might be a scam, but since it was promoted by Mercari as a pop-up at the time of purchase, (I’ve had a good experience with them the entire time I’ve used their app.) I gave it a shot. They worded it as a “credit on my purchase,” all I had to do was a seven day trial of their product for $1.97, and I could cancel if I didn’t want to keep the membership. They almost made it seem like this was endorsed and done in conjunction with Mercari. The next day I got a text notifying me that my credit was processed and could be accessed at the end of 30 days…well after I would have paid the $15 membership fee. Not strictly speaking a “credit on my purchase.” The app was not worth my time and money, (There are free apps out there who have the same benefits without the bait and switch.) so I cancelled. Just to make it more aggravating, you go through the whole cancellation process online and then are directed to call to cancel. The call consisted of a slightly manipulative and annoyingly chirpy series of choices. There was a choice to speak to someone, but I trusted that even less. I lost $1.97 plus some time and effort. I will be keeping an eagle eye on my account to be sure they don’t charge me the $15 membership fee, I get the feeling they aren’t exactly above charging that whether I cancelled or not.

Terrible company with terrible customer service
I wanted to test out this company with their advances, and what should’ve been my first red flag is that they don’t tell you requirements for their advances. I had to pay for the super+ membership just to get access to it to find out they don’t offer my bank, so I tried to cancel the membership by talking to someone in their chat. 20 mins later, someone comes up and tells me to call bc of the personal details they don’t have access to via chat, which is weird bc it should be directly linked to my account that is open on the app, but whatever. I called the help line, which was another 20 mins wait just for them to tell me there’s no more reps open, but I was 9 people behind in the queue?? I also tried to delete my account in general via the app, and I got an email saying I STILL need to call the help desk?? It should NOT be this difficult to delete an account nor should I HAVE to talk with a representative to delete it, especially bc I didn’t even use the account to begin with, just only purchased the super+ to gain access to advances. Listen to what the others are saying, this company is actually the worst, they need to be investigated and taken out of business for what they’ve done to countless others, and for scamming people.

took the membership fee from me just to tell me that my application is under review and they’ll be back to me within a week? if im not approved to do the extra things yet why are taking the money for the extra things? Just backwards….I recommend NEVER using this app. UPDATE: thanks for the prompt response….yes I fully understand that, but when I downloaded the app it was FOR the cash advance and all the steps I took were misleading me to believe that thats what I was signing up for. They highlighted the advance every step of the way. I didnt need the other features. And the advance was advertised as instant when in fact they are instant after several days of approval. I had some unfortunate circumstances come up and needed cash quick not credit repair or those other things. Downloading this app and steps it walks you through all seem like you’re doing it for the advance and those other things are just included. I needed some extra instant cash and instead yall TOOK money from me and said yeah you’ll be approved in a little bit…we dont know long though…. but we’re gonna INSTANTLY take your money though no need to wait to see if you’re approved or not. the things this app promises are true BUT the process is misleading….. yall kicked me when I was down.

BEWARE-HIDDEN BOOKING FEES & HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!
My boyfriend booked a hotel and was charged taxes and fees by the hotel itself after already being charged another $75 in “taxes and fees” by SuperTravel. When he contacted SuperTravel asking for an explanation, no one could explain or itemize the $75. He kept being told it’s “local tax and fees” over and over again. If a company cannot explain and itemize your charges-SCAM. Over an hour chatting with multiple customer service reps (they close the chat/hang up whenever they feel like it), he FINALLY got an answer. $56 of the $75 was a service fee and the remainder was local sales tax they say. A service fee of $56 dollars for the absolute worse service ever and the fee is not broken down, disclaimed or advertised at checkout??? If you are charged fees and taxes by SuperTravel and again by the hotel (destination tax, city tax, etc.), you are better off skipping the middle man, just book direct and avoid SuperTravel’s bull. Even if the room charge seems to be more expensive on a hotel’s website, compare the overall total to SuperTravel (which you probably can’t do without going all the way through checkout-ANOTHER SCAM). We will never use SnapTravel again. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER AND YOU WILL GET NO WHERE. TRUST THE CRITICAL REVIEWS BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY!

My Go To App for Finding Best Hotel Prices
Whenever I need to book a hotel, I check several hotel apps. This includes the hotel’s company app. But ever since I found the Super app, they are always the lowest, even when comparing the total end cost. My only complaint is that they keep pushing you to sign up for Super+, their subscription service that will get you a little cheaper rate for a monthly subscription cost. That is a bit annoying, but for the savings I get over any other hotel app, I deal with it for now. I plan to continue using them for the foreseeable future when I need a hotel, and I don’t see any reason not to for the moment.

Canceling made easy
I signed up for this only to realize that it wasn’t what I thought. When looking at reviews, there are countless reviews about how “impossible” it is to cancel the super+ membership, but the reviews couldn’t be more inaccurate. When in the app, I simply went to manage membership, cancel. It provided me with a number to call. If you’re patient and just calmly listen to all prompts, you will click that you’re calling about super+, #2 to cancel, they will ask if you’re sure, then you’ll press #2 again to ensure canceling. Then it tells you it’s done as long as you’re calling from the number associated to the account. It quickly let me know it was canceled and the app immediately sent me a “sorry to see you go” notification. Not sure why anyone would have any trouble with this process as it was simple, took less than 5 minutes, and I didn’t even have to speak with someone. The app may not have been what I thought, but 3 stars for the easy membership cancellation process.

Just lost all my money with no help
DO NOT BOOK IT IS SCAM. After speaking to many hotel reps and Ho sighed and told me that I should not have used super due to faulty systems and date changes I can confidently say this. I just lost all the money I spent on my booking. I booked a certain day on the website then when the confirmation email came in I noticed that it was for the wrong date a date that I did not book. On the customer service center of the app it advises you to call the hotel and try to change the booking with them. The woman I spoke to at the hotel sighed and said yes this has been happening a lot with users of super and unfortunately there’s nothing the hotel can do to help me. I reached back out to super via phone and was told that it was no refundable or changeable and there was nothing they could do. So now I am just crying after losing all my money. I am going through the seven stages of grief over this and this trip was meant to cheer up my boyfriend after his dog passed. I had worked so hard to save up the money and now super just gets to keep it for nothing. I am so disappointed by far the worst customer service

They will leave you for dead
Wasn’t able to check In after booking weeks in advance called multiple times to make sure my room was booked. They assured me multiple times. On the date of my check in I drove over 5 hours looking to check in to my hotel only to be turned around. I called customer service they told me I would be taken care of but they had to escalate my case to “urgent” service but I don’t know what they consider urgent because it took 20 minutes only to be told they need to confirm with the hotel I wasn’t able to check in. 3 HOURS LATER they call back saying they confirmed and give me a refund and 60 dollars credit. It cost over 100 dollars to get there. I had to wait inside a city I’m not familiar with to think they would help for them to leave me to fend for myself. Fun fact a lot of hotels will price match other booking sites so you won’t go through a 3rd party so I highly recommend that. If you don’t want to wait for people who can’t sympathize to your problems to play with you while your distraught looking for a place to lay your head.

Be aware! I made a booking with them they show in the picture a different room with king size bed for 3 and then in the description shows a twin bed! How can 3 people fit a twin bed?! Hours to call them and by chat no help at all. I’m the booking they offered a VIP service that DOESNT EXIST! During checkout, you'll see the option to purchase our VIP program. This is a small, additional cost with several amazing benefits. Perks of our VIP program include: A free upgrade call on your behalf! We'll try to negotiate an early checkin, later checkout or even a better room entirely 24/7 concierge service Expedited customer support Free booking modifications (subject to approval by the hotel but no cost on our end!) THATS A LIE! When you asked to contact the hotel to get at lest the upgrade of the room. Cause that’s why I paid for this service they refused to call the hotel! So what did I paid for?? I asked if they have another contact for the vip agents and that doesn’t even exist! So why are they offering and charging for this service? FRAUD! Be really careful!

Don’t DL, don’t bother.
Do not waste your time with this rude company that doesn’t accommodate and work with their costumers. While I understand I made a mistake and I booked the wrong dates ( my tears got in the way as I was booking a “goodbye” trip to see my dying grandmother for that last time ); I immediately caught it and tried reaching the company by phone- couldn’t find a number so I settled for their messaging service. After about 25 minutes of back and forth giving my info, I was told they couldn’t help. I then called the hotel and they couldn’t change the dates bc it was booked through a third party. They said if I could contact the third party aka: this awful new company they’ve never heard of, and could get someone to call them to change the dates that would be the only way. Well since I couldn’t get ahold of a person at Supersuck Travel, I guess I’m S.O.L.Just going to have to cancel payment through my bank and erase this app and never use this company ever again. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Don’t let the supposed low prices reel you in.

Complete scam!
Should be an option for 0 stars/Scam! They throw a pop up in your face after making a purchase on certain apps or websites and they claim to give you $20 cash back for signing up and paying $1.97 for the first month and $15 every month after and can cancel anytime. They don’t tell you that you won’t receive the $20 till a month later when they will have already taken the $15 for the next month that nobody wants when signing up. Not only that but they say you can easily cancel in the app settings but nope not true. They send you through 6 different screens saying are you sure you want to cancel, blah blah blah and then finally a screen that says you have to call to cancel. So ridiculous! This is clearly a scam to get $1.97 from every person that decides to try it and doesn’t feel like going through the process to cancel because it’s just $1.97. To them it’s a whole lot more then $1.97. This app should be removed from the App Store! JUST REPORT IT THROUGH TOUR CREDIT CARD SO THE DON’T KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE!

WTH. It’s been over a year.
Cannot get in contact with customer support( if one even exists). I made a reservation with a debit card. When I arrived I tried to check in but the lady checking me in told me that I needed a credit card to complete the check in. I’ve never once been turned away for using my debit card. The room was already paid for thru this app. I had to go and pay for another room on top of the one I had already paid since I didn’t have a credit card at the time. I tried to look for a support number or email. All it said was to use the page on the app to contact them yet I had already closed that page after being made sure that I would get the room and writing down the confirmation number. How am I supposed to get a refund? I sure as heck deserve one. I never even stayed in the room!! I paid over $200 for nothing!? I will not give up till I get a response. Stay away from this app. I’ve used it before once and I used the same debit card for that one and I was able to check in! 0 stars

It’s a scam!!!!
I booked a room one night because I was driving through FtWorth and there was a storm. When we got to the motel they said our reservation was for three weeks later rather than that night. I looked back at the reservation on my phone and it looked correct on my end. So I reached out to super travel and they had made a mistake with the dates but couldn’t fix it or change it. They did after about two hours of calling and waiting for calls back issue me a credit to my account. Not a refund. They credited my super travel account so that I could book another room. Except you can’t actually use the credits. Every time, no matter what form of payment I used it says that my cvv or the billing address is wrong. I tried Apple Pay and PayPal and about four different cards. Their chat support can’t book a reservation for me. Their reservation line can’t use my credits to book a reservation for me and their customer service told me to contact the other two services. It’s a scam! Don’t waste your money!

No reservation
I am waiting now for nearly two hours for for super to correct my reservation issue. The hotel does not have a reservation for me. I have asked repeatedly for a refund but they will not provide me with one. There is no reason for them not to provide me with a refund as the hotel has not been paid nor do they have my reservation. This is just plain ridiculous that they have me standing here like a vagrant. How much money will super lose by refunding me, $10-$15? Is that $10-$15 that critical for them to have me standing here? I plan on being a one man wrecking crew for their reputation. I will be on every social media outlet available telling my story as soon as I have a chair to sit down on. If you want someone to do a super job of destroying your travel plans book with super. If you want to experience an agent doing a super job of doublespeak and a super job of not answering your questions book with super. If you want to have a chat agent do a super job of copying and pasting the same response …..

TOTAL SCAMMM!!! Do not use!!!
This app is so shady, I signed up and was trying to redeem my $20 cashback, I started to chat box and kept on getting transferred around! On a chat box!!! in any questions you ask, you just get back these seemingly automatic responses that don’t really answer any of your questions but just lead you on a circuitous route. For example, after waiting forever for a response to a simple question as to how do I get my $20 promotion cashback. They simply say you fill out a claim form. Not telling you where or how to find it, so when you ask… there is just radio silence and they transfer you onto somebody else. So I started another chat specifically asking where to find the claim form. After a long wait, an automatic message comes back that gives you a link. Taking you to their homepage. You read through all the fine prints where it says to redeem, you simply click on the “redeem” tab… which you cannot find anywhere!!! and it goes on and on and on like this

The only reason i gave this company one star is because it wouldn't let me proceed to right my review with 0 stars. This company offers non refundable rooms because they are scammers in some third world country. I paid for my room, money was taken, but when i got to the hotel, they were telling me i had to pay again, because the payment was declined. Need i remind you, the money was already gone from account and cleared, but somehow the hotel didn’t get their payment. When I called to speak with a rep, they told me repeatedly each time i called, someone would call me back in 15 minutes tops, each time i waited 15 minutes, no call. I asked for a supervisor, ironically there are no supervisors to come to the line to help. They are quick to say we’ll call you back, just to get you off the phone and then they never call you. They hang up in your face as soon as you ask them to do their job. Please do not book through this place unless you have money just to throw away

Bait & switch + bad customer service
I made a hotel reservation on the super travel website for a stay at the holiday inn, after booking my reservation I come to find out that there no longer is a holiday inn at the address listed on the super travel website. They had sold the property to a different hotel chain, the problem here was that super travel was still booking reservations for it under the holiday inn name. When I contacted customer service to resolve this issue, they refused to give me a refund because the booking was still valid except it was for the new hotel that now occupies that address. After bringing this up to customer service regarding that this was not what I paid for, they made me feel like I was the one at fault and because the reservation was a non cancellation booking they refused my refund and said I would have to stay at the location the booking was made, which was now called greentree inn rather than the prestigious holiday inn that I had booked for.

It is a scam :(
Booked the hotel while booking I saw a certain price but when I went through the process the pcice was $30 more I ended up having to open their card and sending money to the card from my checking account! They advertised I would get additional 10% cash back on my reservation but not until the money get deposited! So I could not use their card and there was something about borrowing the money so one could use the card immediately. It disappeared the minute I applied for their card. Now, I also paid 2.99 for their VIP service. Don’t bother at the hotel the receptionist told me no one called them to ask for an upgrade. Moreover, it took 45 minutes to check in because the card on the reservation would get declined due to multiple pings. Awful experience and awful stay. DO NOT fall for this scam! You were warned here FIRST . ✌🏼 If you are wanting to get your money back , the only way to do so is to contact your bank and file a dispute . I would say that you did not authorize that transaction & you should be reimbursed in a few days or so . Now if you used a prepaid money gift card such as a vanilla card or something like that your most likely screwed . Don’t know what to tell you on that . They have even created there own Better Business Bureau (BBB) website I clicked on it & thought it was the actual real BBB website because I was going to file a complaint but I did some investigating & snooping on the website & found out the SnapTravel scammers created & control the Website. & wait that’s not all !!! I used this app for a while because I travel frequently and was lured in by the low prices and cash back aspect. My first few bookings I had no real issue and became a Super+ member thinking I’d found something great! I had a family emergency cause me to cancel a booking and the hotel waived any fees and cancelled free of charge for me. I contacted Super customer service several days in the row spent hours in chats and on the phone with them. They have continually told me to wait on a call back that never comes. Every customer service agent I speak with tell me I must get confirmation from the hotel which I did THE VERY FIRST DAY!!! I have repeatedly sent them the cancellation; I have called the hotel and spoken directly to a manager about if there is anything further I can do and been told NO. It has been over a week of going in circles with this company even after they have admitted they are holding my funds and nothing was ever received by the hotel!

Would give 0 stars if I could
The hotel we got a reservation with through SuperTravel claimed to be fully booked when we tried to check in. I chatted with an agent in the SuperTravel app to request for a refund because the hotel could not honor our third-party reservation. I got referred to urgent service who insisted that the hotel could accomodate us and gave us a confirmation number. My family and I went back to the hotel to try and check in with the confirmation number that SuperTravel's urgent service provided, but the hotel did not accept it and we were turned away once again. I went back to the app to chat with an agent to tell them about the situation, but they only said the same thing that urgent service told me: that the hotel could accomodate us when this obviously wasn't true. I was still charged for the booking even when my family and I could not even check in nor stay at the hotel and was never refunded.

Scam app, do not download
I was booking a movie on amc app when i got a popup saying il get 20$ cashback so i signed up on super on may 12, i had to enter card details. Then i saw they deducted 1.97$. When i contacted customer care they said its trial fee but they never mentioned it on the popup from which i signed up. How can you fool customers like this. On opening app i saw i will be charged 15 dollar for membership on may19 and my 20$ cashback will only cone to me in june, so i immediately cancelled my membership. I havent used the app nor its benefits and was simply charged 1.97$ without being told. Also there werent any great deals on this app, there are better legit apps. This app is fooling customers with trial and the cashback offer, reality is different. Also when you open app there is no section where i can personally delete my card details, biggest scam. Since they deducted my 1.97$ , i cannot believe this app so I am deleting my card from bank and taking a new card. customer care is just saying sorry for inconvenience, we cant refund 1.97$ as its trial fee. My biggest thing is why dont you mention on the popup from where i signed up dt there is trial fee, i would never signup only then. I signed up thinking its free as it was not mentioned. You cant fool customers like this. Beware of this scammy app, download at your own risk. I want my 1.97$ refund back.

They charge you for a membership without you even knowing
I hardly post reviews for apps. Unless the app is really good and would like to complement it. This is not one of those times. I sign up for this app through famous footwear I could get 20$ for my order if I sign up for super+. Little did I know I’d be also be signing up for a membership. As I had no idea as it never mentioned anything about a membership. I only entered my card details so that they can give me the 20$ back on my order. Which was canceled due to inventory:(. So I never got the 20$ back. Which is okay because the order was cancelled. But now I am paying for a membership I wasn’t aware of that. I had to lock my card and get a replacement I do not feel like going through customer support. As I have seen reviews that they are a nightmare. Which makes sense. Just be careful guys what you sign up. I knew something was off. I should’ve trusted my gut:(

Poor customer service and app
App tends to hang when completing the booking (I noticed it happens when there is a low price during a high demand time), even though it shows that the price is held for 15 minutes. You essentially lose the booking and a message just tells you to wait and contact support (who basically tell you “oh well”). I’ve also noticed that searches will show a lower price, but once you click on the offer to book, you tend to get a message that the rate is no longer available and they try to upsell you to a higher rate (a little shady and suspicious). I’ve also had promo codes that I earned through referrals that get “lost” if you use and cancel a reservation (again support seems unwilling to help and only can answer yes or no questions). Overall, if the app works, I guess it’s ok, but generally that seems to be few and far between. Would suggest using another app / service to find deals

Snaptravel RUINED my vacation!!
I booked a week or more ahead!! I arrive to my hotel & they can’t find my reservation... The supervisor found my reservation and it was canceled for no reason... they couldn’t reinstate my reservation because it was through snaptravel... I contact snaptravel and they told me they escalated my issue and I would get a call back... I waited over an hour I received a phone call and they literally only asked me the same questions as when I first called.. they told me they would call back.... minutes later they tell me the hotel is now sold out.. I was INFURIATED in that timeframe I could’ve booked directly through the hotel ... I drove hours and had a car full of children and it was late at night! These people offered me NOTHING for my inconvenience no credit.. a refund is not enough for me !!! Will never use them again! I had to search and get a rinky dink hotel because every hotel was booked that night! Snaptravel needs to do better!!! Book at your own risk!!!

Trouble checking into Hotel
We arrived at the hotel around 10 pm but the payment from Super didn't go through so we couldn't get in our room. We had to wait almost an hour for someone from Super to call the front desk and make the payment so we could finally get into our room. We had planned on going downtown since it was only one of two nights stay in Nashville--but by that time I had an enormous stress headache and it was too late to go out. At first I contacted Super via chat and they said I'd be contacted in 20 minutes. Twenty minutes went by so I tried and finally found a number to call so I could make sure this wasn't a scam and that they were really working on it. I found it very strange and unsatisfactory that someone didn't just call the hotel immediately. So I don't have much faith at all in this company and will definitely not use it again nor recommend it to anyone.

Suuuuperrrb Service!!!
This is the only way to book, hands down!! I have constantly saved more than $20 a night using their service, & now with their card, I’ll have a potential to save even more!! I’ve been with them since they were SnapTravel & have stayed at least 30 nights, probably closer to 50, & have never had an issue. Looked at other sites, & nothing compares. I don’t know how they do these deals, but they found a way!! I once booked the same day out a year in advance, & it took about 15 mins to solve everything. & that was my own fault. So, great customer service & unbelievable rates, I love SuperTravel & will never stop using them!!!

I have now used Snaptravel for 2 vacations - once to Chattanooga and once to Washington DC. Snaptravel got me great deals on both hotels, and they have EXCELLENT customer service. You can text them any time and someone will get back to you quickly. One hotel we stayed at gave us issues with checking in, and even though it was 11pm on Sunday night, Snaptravel had someone available for me to text and they resolved it SO quickly. It wasn’t even their issue to fix, it was the hotels! Also I love that I can just text instead of call. Ya girls got anxiety and texting makes that soooo much easier for me.

Horrible customer service
Do not bother here! I’ve given this app multiple tries some good and some bad. The bad def out way the good tho. Cancelled a stay and was told they refunded me, they did not instead they charged me for the stay and when I called after 2 weeks of believing that I was getting refunded to see why I still haven’t received my money they kept repeating the same information I already have documented through email from their own representative proving I cancelled. Now we’re forced to file fraudulent charges with our bank. Thankfully we have all the emails!! Update: spoke to your representatives prior to this review and your email back and your response means absolutely zero to me and my family! Your app and company are a disgrace to the Apple Store and should be removed from it I’ll never use this app again and will be sure to let my followers know as well!!

Broken system, slow/no replies, bonus is just bait
I’ve been trying to transfer money to this account for almost 2 weeks now. Some error pops up and doesn’t allow the transfer. I contacted customer service numerous times. First I was told it was the card I was using, they were incompatible…even though I tried 3 different ones. So I used Chime as suggested, still getting the error. Contacted CS AGAIN. they opened a ticket, it’s been over a week and nothing back. I emailed them 3 times and no responses. So I did the app chat, they said they’d open a ticket! I told them already had one open. Then the rep said they see that now…but didn’t have any update, just that I needed to wait. There’s 30 days allowed for the onboarding bonus, I’m starting week 3. I feel like the $20 onboarding is just to lure you in.

so worth the subscription
this app is awesome. It’s help me so much with getting hotels and only do you get cash back for everything that you purchase but you can sometimes get actual cash put back onto your membership card and then there’s awards that are going towards every time you get a hotel then too so you get up to 15 $20 every time you purchase something with your membership card I highly suggest you do this application and invest into the monthly subscriptions for the super plus membership card. It’s very well worth it and it’s never let me down. I’m sure it’ll do the same for you.

At best not reliable, at worst a scam!
It is obvious to me that you have a bait and switch policy where you dangle a very cheap rate in front of me, then tell me when I try to purchase that the rate had expired and there are no more discounts available at this location. Then, If I don't buy from you immediately, you send me a message that "the bug has been fixed" and offer me the original "discounted rate" which may or may not be the same. Then, if something happens and I need to use the free cancellation, you ignore my efforts to contact you until after time had expired and make me jump through hoops in order to get my money back. This is a high tech scam! The "bug" has happened to me on 3 different occasions with 3 different hotels in 3 different cities with 3 different dates. I try to give any business the benefit of the doubt, but this is far too much. Don't fall for this! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The remark from the developer doesn’t even address the issue. It also didn’t address the non-existent customer service when I needed to cancel the reservation within the allotted time. To their credit, they did finally give me a refund but it meant spending more time trying to explain to multiple people and to convince them that I wasn’t trying to scam them. It is a ridiculous process.

Surprisingly excellent
I found SuperTravel by doing an internet search for a lower cost hotel stay. They had the lowest price so I took a chance and made the reservation even though I had never heard of them. It was pretty easy to book the hotel on the website. What I really liked was that they not only sent a confirmation to me by text & email but also a reminder text the day before with all the pertinent information. In the past, I’ve used other services that send the info by email and I have to spend extra time to take a photo of it or look it up again the day before the trip

Glitch App
Beware of the app and your booking dates. I have used many travel sites and travel frequently, this is by far the worst. I processed a reservation for a hotel and received the confirmation with completely different dates. They are not able to refund me on the purchase because the booking is for today and not for over a month from now, despite this being a glitch on their end. Update from the developer response- I did input the correct dates into their app but once I received my booking it was incorrect. I also reviewed their cancellation policy, which showed I had up until three days before my original booking date to cancel. I could not cancel the booking I received because it was for the next day, over 2000 miles away from my home. Due diligence was done on my end but their app is what the problem is.

Snaptravel goes beyond a normal travel app
I have used several travel apps over the years and have used Snaptravel three times. Each time, before my check-in day on hotels, I get a text message with a customer service person’s name and that they have checked with our hotel to upgrade our room and view. They even noted the hotel persons name that they spoke to. We just stayed at a very upscale hotel in Vail Co, and sure enough, Snaptravel got us upgraded to a much nicer room with an awesome view of the mountains and slopes .. I’ve never had an app service do that before. I think this is a terrific app and I will just use them from now on.

Abysmal business and customer service
Reserved a hotel in nyc and was told a week later that it was no longer available. No worries…Was given a credit and booked a new hotel since we were still a week out. When we arrived at night in NYC, we realized that the hotel hasn’t officially opened yet and was still under construction. Somehow, this app was able to get us reservations for a business that doesn’t exist. We ended up having to book a new hotel at near twice the price the same night through a different provider. Customer service was atrocious. Agent was nice but not at all empowered to do anything, could not transfer us to a person at a higher level and could not provide any email address or contact issue to help us resolve the issue other than “to create a ticket in their system”. I suspect this is by design. Don’t get scammed!

Worst Customer Service Ever
I’ve used them several times in the past. They usually have great prices. But if there’s a problem forget it. I booked a room. Then needed to add another day. I went into the app. Clicked on book again. When I went to the front desk to redo my keys I was told the reservation was for the next day. No big. These things happen as you’re shopping around. When I contacted supper to get it changed. I was told I had to pay 56% of what the room cost. The front desk said It just takes a phone call. I’ve never been charged to make a correction before. You can’t even talk to a live person but they’ve got excessive fees. It’s like flying these budget airlines. Sure the ticket was cheap. But the fees for what everyone else gives for free add up. I agreed to pay the fee. They never contacted the hotel. I’ll never use them again

I was in line looking for a room in a hurry. I was look I g at the price of the room and licked on it . I never saw anything about signing up for anything then I see when I get home you charged me 109$ for booking my own room for two nights. I’m not a traveler I don’t need some travel thing to have to pay for. I’m sure I’m not the only one that has felt duped by this company. I have filed a dispute with my bank( which now I’ll have to change my card again). When I called you I got a response of talk to your bank we can’t help you, huh??????. I want my money returned immediately. I so tired of being taken advantage of. And if there’s fine print you better make it clearer for your Seniors here. Please take care of this!!! Times are hard enough without people trying to take advantage of others. Hope to hear from you with some good news

Don’t use this app
It doesn’t fully disclose the cost of staying. I booked a room and on the voucher it assured me I would have no additional charges once I arrived. Only to arrive to have to pay a $100 cash deposit. The hotel management said that this information was supposed to be displayed on the posting and snaptravel just makes it appear to be cheaper but you run into more headaches when you actually get there. Stick with hotels or whatever other app- it might charge a little more from the start but at Least you know that’s all you will pay and won’t possibly be stranded if you can’t pay the surprise $100 deposit. And don’t try to reach out to customer service bc they’ll say it says it on the voucher and they aren’t responsible even tho it says money back guarantee of unsatisfied— all a sales gimmick. Spend your money elsewhere.

Horrible Program/Customer Service
If I could rate with zero stars it would be more accurate. This app was offered on an ad through Uber, so I assumed it was a legitimate program. The app boasts great rewards and convenient cancellation if not satisfied however you can only cancel by making a phone call. The phone tree is extremely difficult and frustrating to use and repeats the same thing over and over again even after entering the prompted number for customer support. I eventually got to a real person after trying multiple time, only to be ask if I can hear the representative. Eveytime I spoke there was a pause as if she could hear me however they just kept asking if I could hear her, and repeatedly asking if my information was correct which it was. I did not get anywhere with that conversation and I had to hang up. The program is very preditory, and it’s very unclear what you will receive as rewards. Each survey is very long to complete and if your answers don’t fit their goal answers, it will cut your survey short and not reward you the full amount stated. It’s extremely difficult to cancel the subscription. Not worth your time or the $15 monthly subscription fee.

BEWARE, Extremely Difficult to Get Refund
While SnapTravel was on ok service before the pandemic, and works decently enough when the stars align it is absolutely horrible and unprofessional at following through with refunds. I had a very bad experience with a hotel that was covered in black mold, I was approved a no charge by the hotel management, yet SnapTravel decided to close my case same day quoting “multiple attempts to contact the hotel” (note, we were at the front desk the entire time and no attempts were evident). It has been nearly a month of back and forth verifying with the hotel, and SnapTravel has failed to make any progress or even appear to care. They are requesting information that no hotel has or even provides in these cases, short and to the point it is a middleman scam. They want you to forget about it so they can make money off your trouble. They often overbook rooms to multiple people and they cause issues at hotels where the clerks have to then hurry last second to accommodate these leading to you wasting time waiting in a parking lot while they figure out where you will sleep. Pay the extra and book through the hotel website, or something that’s more reliable and professional.

Worst experience
We booked a hotel through them and it was a non refundable. Well they did not communicate that there was an extra charge upon arrival at the desk. And it was high. When we confirmed it said after taxes and fees it was a curtain amount we confirmed. Once we got the confirmation email is when it stated there will be an extra charge when you arrive. We called they said we see you got a non refundable room and we said yes but this was not shown before check out they stated you have to have the hotel send us a letter stating they will approve the refund. I called hotel they said they would but super was supposed to be calling and requesting. Was on the phone for about 3 hours trying to resolve this issue. They have terrible customer service. I will never be using them again. I suggest no one use them.
