Broken: just call it in or use site. App should be removed from store.
Recommend calling it in or using their (still clunky but usable) website for ordering. The app is Clunky and crashes. Tried 3 times but could not complete order without crashing and wiping cart. Experience: No deliver ASAP option. No “use my location to find nearest” option. Loading wheel present during entire ordering process. Using address drop down on checkout crashes app. Previous cart not saved on reload. On checkout, the address is placed after Cc info but changing address to add delivery instructions wipes Cc form info forcing reentry. No “contactless delivery” options. No “use same as delivery address” for billing option (enters address 3x. 1-To find nearest location, 2-To renter address to add delivery instructions, and 3-To add billing address manually). Menu item images missing or stretched and when missing, the plain text title and $ is repositioned making it difficult to select. It’s a mirror of their mobile website experience, but unlike the site, I can’t complete the ordering process without crashes and order resets. App should be removed. Developer support link in App Store goes to 404 page for app developer. Not too surprising considering the last update was 3 years ago at time of writing which surprises me considering what’s been going on the past 1.5 years. Maybe they’ve been busy coming up with new fun names for their rolls ;)
I am not sure how you are ok presenting your app and website to the public. They are not user friendly the food description is inconsistent, some have pictures, some have description done both. When are you going to fix this? Navigation is clunky. Your website says it’s accessible for people with disabilities, not sure how that is as it is not even accessible for those who do not have disabilities.
