My app no longer uses Face ID and resets every time I log out which is highly inconvenient. The banking feature work as they should but I do not like creating a new password every time I need to log in on my phone, especially when there are no issues logging in to their website on my laptop.
It is a very nice banking app, my issue is every time I log out, it resets so I cannot use Face ID to unlock my app. This wouldn’t be a problem if it kept my username atleast. But since I can never seem to remember my ID numbers, I cannot get into my app when I am out and about until I get home to find my folder with my ID number on it.
The camera won’t orient to photograph a check. Can’t even lock the orientation and get it to cooperate. Mobile deposit is all I can do since I live 2 hours away.
