I’m so happy that my credit union finally invested in this app. It’s much easier to navigate, has its own UX interface, and I’m able to troubleshoot issues much more quickly. I promise it’s worth the investment - thank you TOCU!
This happens when using mobile deposit before one can even take the picture of the back of the check. I went as fast as the app would let me but no go. It seems that you must put the amount and the account (whose popup is hidden behind the keyboard if it is visible) before taking the pic. Don't start at the top and work down! That order doesn't work. This app needs more work to make it work the way ordinary people do.
I have used multiple credit union and bank mobile apps. This app is by far one of the worst, which i find very disappointing especially when they are so technology driven organization. When ever you click on something it takes over 30 sec to load, which in all reality might is a very long time when you are sitting waiting.
When using the mobile deposit, it constantly crashes! I may deposit one check and then it crashes and won't let me deposit more even if I relogin. Would be great if it worked right. iPhone 4S iOS versions 5-7 used with it!
I’ve use this app before, it was my favorite and not the easiest to navigate. Now I type in all of my information and it won’t even let me login. I’ve checked my account username and password, both are correct. It’s incredibly annoying that I can’t access my records on my phone- especially since they are supposed to be improving the app.
