I had finally decided to buy shirts from them after just browsing for about a month. I bought two shirts, which I really liked and washed them once I got them. After they got washed, they came out pretty faded. I was really bummed that the first time I wore them they didn’t look good. Next time I will for sure wash them on a gentle wash and air dry. Other than that, these shirts are very good; both comfortable and stylish.
I have ordered maybe 6/7 shirts from this company and havent been disappointed. sure, i ordered 3 in february and got them in may, but even still they are my ALL time favorite shirts, and i have recieved NUMEROUS compliments on them. the support team was in contact with me through the whole process, and even made a last second shipping address change. they may take a while, but to me thats okay. builds suspense. not to mention the fantastic prices as well, and the frequent deals for orders. i even got some friends to get clithes from them too, and they actually havent run into any backorder issues. all i can say is that with the quality and look of the clothing, the backorder makes sense.
I found this company on Instagram and I won a giveaway from them ($50 gift card for free) I bought 2 shirts from them in medium and they are my favorite shirts I own. I would suggest sizing up for an oversized look(their shirts are fitted) Their prices are affordable and reasonable. Plus every Thursday is $13 t-shirts. The only negative to this company is that they don’t offer free shipping or even free shipping over a certain amount. Other than that I love this company. Oh, also the app has exclusive designs that you can’t find on their main website. The app is also very easy to use too. Thank you for creating this wonderful company and awesome shirts and clothing that is freaking gorgeous-@vilevampz 😊
Teen hearts has been my favorite T-shirt/clothing go to for a while now and I have never truly seen a company quite like them. I keep up with their instagram, and have bought many times, every order has been perfect every. fkin. time.<3 the amount love that goes into the littlest details of their T-shirt designs is so creative or spontaneously funny that I think they are overlooked as a whole. that shirt you’ve been eyeballing? forget it. buy from teen hearts. Their prints are colorful and clean, and i’m addicted. they’re totally a cult I never intended on joining, but i’m glad i’m here. i never regret my orders from em.
i ordered 4 shirts on february 4th. the order was received and money taken out of my account. nothing was ever shipped. they only responded once to my numerous emails and messages to say a shirt was backordered. i waited another month after being told that and still nothing. i requested a refund no response. i had to file a claim to eventually be refunded after almost two months of wondering and waiting with no updates no customer service no shirts. if it wasn’t for paypal and me filing a claim in time i’m sure i would NOT have ever received my money back. thanks for wasting my time teen hearts. you tried to scam me. make sure to look them up on the better business website and you’ll see i’m not alone in this experience with them. scamming is apparently a regular business practice for them.
If you look up teen hearts there’s a bunch of people saying it’s a scam so look into that before you buy anything. I only bought one thing and I got it so I can’t say anything about them not sending all the orders. The design is not attached super great like it doesn’t look or feel like something you would get at Target for example. The shirts run big and all the designs have unnecessary words. If it was just some cool designs I’d definitely like a lot more of them, but the words ruin most of the shirts for me personally. TLDR shirts and questionable quality and if you are planning to buy multiple things look at other reviews. Don’t expect the best quality.
Having ordered one shirt from these guys before without issue, I figured there would be no problem if I were to order three shirts from them. I placed the order on August 3rd and it’s September 26 and I haven’t received anything. The 10-15 days processing is a lie, as well as the fact that they’ve “just moved warehouses”. None of the shirts I ordered were on backorder OR out of stock yet here we are. If you look it up they’ve been using that excuse for YEARS. You will never receive your items from these folks (let alone a refund or updates on the order you’ll never receive!), so after you place your order go ahead and take the initiative to report them to the Federal Trade Commission as well as the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center.
I’m always a little scared to order stuff online because I’m taller and curvier but this is my new fave tshirt place. I ordered 3 shirts and I love every one of them. The shirts fit EXACTLY the way I wanted them to. They’re oversized and comfy. The material isn’t stiff and feels like a worn in shirt (in a good way) which is just how I wanted them. I also have a larger sized chest and was worried they were going to be tight in the chest/hips but they fit perfectly flowy on me. I highly recommend this app! Super cheap and good quality!
I’ve been buying from teen hearts for a while they are a very unique and different brand. Have a lot of hippie clothes I like and other things that make me raise my eyebrow. The clothes are good quality and they don’t take too long to deliver. Definitely worthwhile. Best thing about them is they don’t overprice their shirts and there’s usually sales so you can get shirts for half off a lot of the time.
I found this conpany on insta gram and I’ve never had a problem I’ve everything from hoodies to accessories and never been disappointed I say there getting better with time constantly dropping new designs and sr t scared to experiment which I’n todays world is rare . And if you think this site scammed you make sure your on the official site or download the app this company cares for its customers !!
I placed an order from Teen Hearts for 2 sweatshirts. I was super excited for them to come in as I love their designs. The package arrived on time, however; one of the two sweatshirts were missing, and the design on the other sweatshirt was misprinted. I sent an email asking if they could send me a replacement for the missing shirt and a new shirt for the one that was misprinted. They said they couldn’t send me the shirt they forgot but that they could send a replacement for the misprinted one. I just received the replacement today and it is misprinted even worse than the first one. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY, THIS WAS $60 DOWN THE DRAIN FOR ME!
The designs are very unique and you won’t see a lot of people wearing this brand. Their printing does fade after 5+ washes, but what do you expect? It’s a 13 dollar shirt. All of my shirts and sweatshirts still look good months after purchasing. I don’t understand how people can complain about the price point. Very reasonable and good quality.
You do have to be careful how you wash these, because the design can come off with time, but all of my shirts i've had for over a year and still wear them!! they're soft, and the designs are so CUTE. i've been with this brand since high school and adore that they carry plus sizes! ITS ALSO SO CHEAP. $13 a tee, for the quality, you cannot get a better deal anywhere else. LOVE TEEN HEARTS ☺️
I love the clothes on this app and there is so much I want to get! But I’ve had the app for less than 5 minutes and it’s already crashed four times. I hope this gets fixed.
honestly, reading the reviews, i was very nervous placing an order. most of the reviews said that their order didnt ship whatsoever, but two days later,my package shipped, and arrived exactly a week after i ordered. the quality of the items themselves are very good, and the packaging was in perfect condition. Highly recommend !
the t shirt and sweatshirt quality is so so poor, so is the actual graphics. they do NOT look like the photos. they look so much more faded and off. the shirts are itchy and the sweatshirts are so thin and uncomfortable. obviously i wanted a refund for these products and was disappointed but they’re saying i can’t even get a refund for the $75 i spent on their terrible products. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. there are so many other brands that have better quality and better customer service. look elsewhere!
It’s been over 30 days since I’ve placed my order and have not gotten anything. I did receive the free gift which arrived dirty/damaged. I’ve seen other reviews about this app being a scam and I’m starting to believe it. Customer service is terrible as they don’t give any solid updates or answers. Never ordering again. I just want my stuff!
This is definitely a scam They don’t give you an option of looking at your account nor the history I also spent $90 over a month ago (they say shipping is 4-7 days) they responded to a couple emails saying they were changing location and would give an update and never did and when I told them I would be reporting them I haven’t received an email since now not sure how to go about getting my money from them

The clothes are good quality but each time I’ve ordered from them it took so long for me to get the packages I had forgotten I bought anything. I do suggest this app, but only if you are aware you may never know when it will arrive.
Every time I try to get a closer look at something the app crashes. Doesn’t matter what the item is, I can only look from the main grid view. Please fix this.
I’ve complained to the support team about not receiving the items I ordered for over 72 hours. I’ve been frustrated waiting but i still have received no contact what so ever. I’ve sadly wasted $35 for a simple shirt that wasn’t even the right size.. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone. They’re more worried about pleasing themselves than pleasing the customers..
I see some hate reviews saying low quality prints. They look great to me. I’m happy the shirts are tall enough. Definitely ordering more. Can’t believe people are hating on a 13$ shirt

I placed an order of $125+ more than three months ago and in my first claim they said that they were changing warehouses, in my second claim that they had back orders and in my third claim I have been waiting for a response for two weeks. A total disappointment because they have very good art, but they don't serve as a business. WITHOUT MERCHANDISE AND WITHOUT MONEY. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
I purchased a $20 mystery box and it was never shipped to me. I tried tracking the shipment but the app never updated the status of the delivery. After over an entire month of waiting for it I decided to contact TeenHearts. I received no response on my complaint. I got scammed.
I bought like five things, and it costed me around $150. Received only two of things I ordered and now they won’t respond to me nor give me back my back money for the other items I bought. I love their stuff, I just wish I got what I paid for.
When buying items either shirts or hoodies keep in mind they take a month to arrive and 4 business days to ship. Even when their site it states “ shipping within 7-10 days.”
I ordered an XXL “boner garage” T shirt and was super excited to show my boyfriend my adorable new shirt- It never arrived so after a month assuming i was scammed i ordered the same shirt for a cheaper price from a different service though sadly they didn’t have black- After MONTHS about 3-4 it gave me a notification it arrived and i was thoroughly confused and annoyed. I’ve moved since so I believe that shirt now belongs to the new tenants if at all.

The designs on the app is not what the sweat shirts or t shirts look like in person the designs are very faded and the sweatshirts don’t even have the same design as in the app
