Initially I really liked this banking app. It is user friendly, however I found that I cannot count on my mobile deposits going through and have had several that did not & unfortunately by the time I realized there was a problem, it was too late for them to take the check & try it again. Now, I am traveling and needing access to the Online Banking and it will not download the latest version and will not let me transfer funds with the app I had been using! Very frustrating when you depend on access to this service.
I recently opened a new checking and savings account. Keep in mind for all new accounts your checks are placed on a 12 business day hold. The representative at the branch enrolled me an online banking and and checked to see that I could use my TSB Mobile app before I left the branch. I thought that was an amazing customer service experience. I was able to login immediately and view all the accounts that I opened. I could see my debit cards that were ordered. What’s amazing is you can control your debit card right from the app. Mobile check deposit is not available to me yet because I am a new customer. Mobile deposit should be available to all customers regardless if it’s a new account or not. Also 12 day hold is a little much. I will have to update my review as I’m able to use more functions throughout the app. Bill pay cost $5.95 and after 10 payments you pay .50 per payment? Bill pay should be free also to charge for more than 10 payments isn’t a good thing.
Really like the TSB banking app. Like that they added the “pending” items to the registers. Also like that TSB updates with new expenditures quickly compared to the KCFCU, I mean GATHER, app, which takes forever!! Mobile deposits also very easy to do and quickly adds deposit to my account. Right now, only suggestion would be to add a running total in each transaction line. That’s the ONLY thing I liked about the KCFCU app. It’s helpful for when I’m recording transactions to my financial log rather than flipping back and forth to the calculator app for big calculations.
There’s always technical difficulties with this bank whether it’s website or app. Nearly 75 percent of the time, I have trouble logging in, which is why it makes me not even want to bother looking at my account. Would recommend others to move to other banks because if they can’t even be bothered to provide basic online services, the security isn’t going to be any better. It’s been years of the same experience, and it’s not getting any better. I’m moving to a different bank
When there is a glitch and you can't use app for no fault of your own - grr - stupid pop-up offers good-for-nothing phone number to their DAYTIME office. 2 stars because when app works, at least you can see your balance and activity
Can’t even enroll without having issues like my session expiring every time I try to enroll. Tried to enroll for online baking on my computer and it tells me that their was an issue and that I would have to try again later. FIX THIS APP
I don’t know why, but all of a sudden,I can’t sign on using my fingerprint anymore. Plus, I keep getting kicked out while I’m viewing my account! Frustrating!
App doesn't always load properly when trying to confirm identity. It also sometimes kicks you out in the middle of doing something. Maybe they need to update the app?
Been downloading, deleting, and re-downloading this for more than a year because I thought I kept entering the wrong information. But it turns out that is the one that's malfunctioning! Please get it fixed!
There is no way to find your account numbers on this app. Also, I forgot my username and cannot login. For some reason, you can’t login with your email address. You also cannot change your username. The online version is also not helpful. This app needs to be more like Chase bank’s app.
