I would like for TFB to update the app so it fits an iPhone 6 screen. It is outdated. Besides that it's a good app to check my balance and statements. Just wish it was updated!
I have tried to deposit my check into my account, but every time I tried it say to turn the app back to full screen mode because it can’t capture images in split screen. That makes no since to me because split screen mode would capture more of the information than it would in fullscreen. So I tried turning it back to fullscreen mode but there is no option hat would give me the ability to do so, I’ve tried turning my phone to both sides nothing happened. I’ve tried locking my screen rotation that didn’t work. I exited and closed the app that also didn’t work. Moral is nothing worked, fix the app so that the split screen mode works overall good app to use.
The mobile app works great. Uses face recognition to log-in and is easy and convenient for mobile deposits. Would love to see the app updated more frequently but all in all a good app for a community bank.
Other than being able to see my balances, nothing else works. Remote deposit just days “ unk error”. That’s the whole reason I got the app and it doesn’t work therefore making it worthless to me. Will not be keeping this app.
Needs Thumbprint Verification!!! It's 2016 folks!! Everything else.... A++ App runs smoothly, with no glitches or bugs!! Only complaint is that there is no Thumbprint Verification option instead of typing password every single time! You would think it would not be that difficult to integrate!!!
