Texas First Bank

The mobile app works great. Uses face recognition to log-in and is easy and convenient for mobile deposits. Would love to see the app updated more frequently but all in all a good app for a community bank.

I have tried to deposit my check into my account, but every time I tried it say to turn the app back to full screen mode because it can’t capture images in split screen. That makes no since to me because split screen mode would capture more of the information than it would in fullscreen. So I tried turning it back to fullscreen mode but there is no option hat would give me the ability to do so, I’ve tried turning my phone to both sides nothing happened. I’ve tried locking my screen rotation that didn’t work. I exited and closed the app that also didn’t work. Moral is nothing worked, fix the app so that the split screen mode works overall good app to use.

The notifications are lacking. All it does is direct you to go to the website to see what’s going on. It would be nice if it would tell you what the notification is maybe with a permission to do so but if I get a text that something has happened on my account I want to know what happened.

The bank is outstanding. It’s app is fairly easy to use and understand. I wish it would offer the option of two-step authentication.

Easy to mobile deposit and check account, with some additional financial tools available.

Transactions are deemed “pending” for a long time. Then they are not; then they are again. It’s very confusing at times. Posting items could be better. Overall it’s a great tool on the go to be able to check your balance. Thanks!

I like the layout of the app. It is user friendly. If you have any questions the local bank staff is helpful.

I use the App regularly to keep track of interest and watch for fraud. Easy to use on my phone, Ipad or computer!

It works great, I have not had any problems with the app. It's good for browsing and organize your transactions.

A little slow at times. Sometimes crashes but that’s hardly ever. Maybe once a month of not twice.

Your app asks if if this a personal computer and you say yes to register so we don’t have to do the one time pin. But it does not work.

TFB a great place to bank with. The staff is always friendly and very helpful with all your needs.

It’s trouble free. Very few interruptions to the system and services. Other than scheduled outages for maintenance and monthly reporting

Best way to manage my account

Been using it for years. Has really improved and is top notch.

Other than being able to see my balances, nothing else works. Remote deposit just days “ unk error”. That’s the whole reason I got the app and it doesn’t work therefore making it worthless to me. Will not be keeping this app.

Very convenient! I have never had an issue with this app.

It’s taken a little getting use to but it is all good now.

You can check your balance, but no zelle or mobile deposit. These things are advertised as allegedly available but they don’t work.
