This is the easy way to keep my bill paying on time without worrying it’s they were paid on time and the correct amount

No confirmation number for my mobile deposit

No confirmation number for my mobile deposit. Now I have to go through multiple nicknames to be able to send you a message. Your app is getting worse. I should be able to just write my real name and you’ll know who is giving you the information. Although you shouldn’t need it because it’s coming in through my account.

Great Performance

Very convenient to use. I love that I can make transfers between my savings and checking- and even pay my loan! Lastly, I enjoy having a relationship with The Bank of Tampa!

Very Frustrating App

Will indicate not connected to internet when I am. It locks the app so you can’t escape. I had to remove the app and reinstall just to deposit one check. When I went to deposit a second check, the same thing happened. This issue has been going on since they upgraded.
