I love this App !!! It keeps me up to date on my spending , and I’m able to transfer money from one account to another at my fingertips . It’s easy to use which is definitely a plus for us old people … not to mention , I Love and appreciate Mike Shelby and all the staff at the Collinsville location!!! They are always so kind , and Very professional !!! Thanks for making my banking experience the best !!!
This app is better than most banks I have used. I have enjoyed looking at the financial tools and comparing them with my own custom budgets and sheets. I really like the direction it is going. Keep maturing your product! It needs some tweaks on the budget side and some better forecasting. I have yet to master it comparing to my way of managing a budget. Quick simple answers help! The graphs are cool but can be overwhelming with data and hard to get info on a phone. The account management screen looks good. I can get in and get out for my basic needs.
I didn’t even know my bank had a mobile app until recently; using it has saved me a good bit of time logging in to the online banking website through my laptop. The user experience is simple and streamlined, and the app has been a really convenient tool for me as I am living on my own for the first time.
My previous bank was app-less! It was mentally difficult conducting business knowing other banks had that convenience. When TCB took over, my quality of life improved since an app is offered, specifically the mobile deposit. I just wish that the mobile deposit funds would be available immediately since the deposit limit is only $2500. It takes one business day to become available.
So…when I first got this app, it was great. Then, about 2 weeks ago, it opens up and says there is no account information to show at this time. I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, and nothing. I did that 3 or 4 times and it says the same thing. I chatted with the customer service rep, and she said to uninstall it and reinstall it. 🙄 Now, after all of that, it still doesn’t show my account. If this is a problem with the app that other people are having, please fix it. If it’s just me having that problem, please fix it. 2 weeks ago I would have given this app 5 stars. But now…not so much.
I am on the road a lot and in several states where there is no access to The Citizens Bank! However with this app my bank is always there! I couldn’t live without it! Only wish I could access ATMs without all the service charges from other banks
I've had a few bank applications before this one, and this one is definitely superior. It's easy to navigate the app, and It runs very smooth. never had any problems checking my bank account, transferring money, or digitally depositing checks. Solid app overall, 10/10.
I love having my bank account right here on my phone and don’t have to login every time when using Face ID or pin. I love that! I enjoy the mobile deposits as well for those miscellaneous deposits.
It lets u keep up with your banking accounts at the touch of your fingers, I love having it & the Sebastopol bank is the greatest friendly helpful service every time you visit are call
This is such an easy banking app to use. It’s easy to navigate and you move from account to account with speed and ease. I’ve never had a single problem and love the convenience.
Can’t live without it! This keeps me on top of my account and makes feel that I am in control. Waiting for mo they statements made me feel like the bank was in Co trial of my life . This is the bomb! Never die!
When the app is working it does great. But there seems to be a lot of issues. I’ve noticed that sometimes when I transfer money from one account to another it can take hours (days in a couple of instances) for the money to show up. This can be very frustrating.
This app makes everything so convenient. Is am easily able to keep track of all my accounts, and pay bills very simply. This is the most user friendly bank app I have ever seen. Good Work!!!!
This app allows customers to keep up with their finances on the go. It is super easy to use and a great way to manage money transactions, deposits, and balances in a swap of a finger.
I absolutely do not like this app. The main reason is it takes several days up to a week to update my account information. It doesn’t matter where I use my card or write a check it takes at least a week in most cases and sometimes even longer to show where it has came through the bank on the app.
This app and the ease of using it is so helpful and efficient. It’s clearly laid out and simple. I highly recommend this app for anyone with accounts with this bank.
I love our bank, but I don’t like the fact that it takes 3-4 days for charges to clear our acct. I prefer the old way when they cleared that night or the next morning.

This app is fine but the biggest problem is, you can transfer from checking to savings and savings to checking. It is such a hassle to have to call the bank when it should be easily accessible through an online app!!
The app offers a very user friendly UI, but falls short on dependability. Often times when you log in, the tiles will lose their tactility resulting in having to log out, remove the usage from your RAM and log back in. 3/5 stars.
The old app was great. It updated in real time. However, this last update has ruined that. Account overview reflects pending transactions but once to click to review transactions, it’s not synced. And most recently I’m getting “connection on hold” error. Please undo this last update. It’s not effective.
