As an active retirement-age full-time employed checking & savings account CBCC customer, I really like supporting my Cape-wide neighborhood via this bank. I’m just one person, but every time I go in everyone is friendly ... and every time I have a banking need, I get answers & friendly service. Thanks!
The app keeps getting better - for instance you can add a payer (payee?) from the app; a few versions ago you had to go to your computer to add bill-to contacts. Recently for the list of payees, it’s sorted in chronological order. I’d like to see an option to toggle between chronological order and alphabetical order (as it was before). Keep up the good work!
The bank is really great! They keep up w the times have convenient hours. They have a very personal touch they usually know you on a first name basis and they are really careful about security. You couldn’t ask for a better bank!!
No option to update app, can’t open old app...and here I am with a paycheck I can’t deposit. Somebody didn’t think this update through...there are still some people out there with old phones who need to use mobile banking. 😡☹️ I was told by a Coop employee to update my phone. It is updated and restarted, still no option to install new mobile app. 😡 I have wasted hours on trying to make this work! This update is incredibly unhelpful and aggravating to boot! Grrrrrr!
While I enjoy the app on my iPhone the latest update required IOS 13 and this is not available on iPhone 6 so the app has stopped working. Disappointed.
It would be great if the nickname also came up on the bill pay list on the app. Also, most recent payment made and/or scheduled would also be very helpful.
This is a simple app that works fine for checking g your balances, etc. However, contrary to the app description, it does not have a bill pay function. You have to go to the website to pay bills.
Keeps asking me for my password to reenable Touch ID
Every month or so this app demands my password again, disabling Touch ID. Ostensibly because some boomer they have in charge of security thinks it’s “more secure.” The password I keep in my password manager, to which I get access via…drumroll…Touch ID? No other banking app I’ve ever used does this.
This app is useful but falls short at ease of use. The bank should invest in a more modern app… look to bofa, Santander, Citibank, citizens bank for a general sense of what I am talking about and not the gap. Please improve the app.
