Would be nice if you can make reservations on the app or even add your room to the waitlist. Another bonus feature is being able to order room service from the app.
Forcing us to use this app has really cheapened the experience at Excellence resorts. I come here to unplug, not to sit at a nice restaurant with a PHONE in my hand. I know that some people like using their phones for everything, but some of us would rather leave the phones in the room and browse a REAL menu. Until paper menus are made available to those of us who don't want to carry our phones, I will not be returning. It's so sad that they did this.
The app’s design and functionality is great. It very clearly listed everything you needed to know during your stay and was quite easy to navigate. A must have during your stay in any of their resorts.
You can link your account to the app. But there is no messaging capabilities. Since everyone carries their phone to look at menus, it would seem logical to be able to receive messages from the hotel via the app. Would be a nice addition to the app.

Food labeled for dietary restrictions not accurate
This app includes all the menus at the resort but you cannot trust the labeling. The labeled gluten free wrap on the room service menu has a flour tortilla… a plant-based vegan appetizer from the Mexican restaurant has milk in it… it’s all really unacceptable. Anyone with food allergies should not trust anything on this app. I became very sick because of this.
Helpful app when I see it on my husbands phone. Won’t download on my iPhone. Restaurants have no menus outside of the app so it’s been frustrating to say the least
Could not recommend this app any more. The bride and groom of a wedding I’m attending suggested we download this app and it might be the best decision of my life. Wondering what the dress code is for the restaurants at the resort? They got it. Trying to find out if you can get a steak at the steakhouse AND tacos at the taco bar? You bet they got that info too. 5/5 stars.
I can sign into the website with my username and password, however when I try to sign in on the app says my username and password combination is wrong! I know it isn’t wrong!!!
