No other insurance company compares 😎😎
All I can say is “the General “ has been a very important asset to our family! What describes them?? It’s the, we’re here to keep you covered “ is that the truth. I’ve had some very rough experiences in the past with insurance companies. Have now been with tg for almost 5 years or so. Not one time has it crossed my mind that I should change carriers/ insurance providers. From the start of the quote, to the down payment, from my daughters car accident of her leased car on my policy. To a few times being short on Bills, and needing to pay less to budget. (Of course paying the balance as soon as possible) to changing drivers, and adding cars. Not one thing has been complicated, they have been here every step of the way!! I’m super impressed with there customer service also!! I would sure recommend The General to everyone! Cheap, very easy claim process. Flexible payments. The whole shaaa-bang! Keep rocking on 🤘🤘🤘

Poor
They took it upon themselves to renew an expired policy apparently because I signed up for auto payments? Which still doesn’t make sense because my auto payments are for a contracted amount of time. I talk to a woman on the phone sadly I forgot her name because she was very polite and helpful. She provided me with an email to send my name policy number and proof of coverage with date from my new insurance I did that and still haven’t heard anything. I tried talking to another rep on their chat with an agent online and she was very short with me and seemed very upset I was asking questions about why this happened. I understand being a service representative can be draining work but it’s their job to help us understand what’s going on especially when it comes to our account and our money and blaming me the customer for something that seems to be a design flaw (no one’s fault) is very unprofessional and helps no one. The only reason why I signed up for auto pay is because all the emails I receive on payments every week. Also they raised my rates with the new policy without notice and the whole renewal happened without notice all the auto emails I got were about the expiration of my policy and how I would need to renew it myself. The anxiety of doing payments and forgetting if I paid or not doesn’t feel good lol. Switched in the first place because I found it much cheaper elsewhere.

The General has been stealing from me
I’m getting over charged for a vehicle that I don’t have. I set the insurance up when I bought my car online through Vroom before I actually received the car. They said when they put the VIN in their system said it was a 75th anniversary model. This made my policy go up another $50. I didn’t have the car yet to confirm that so I just went with it. They said when I received the vehicle if it was not a 75th model I could just call back and they would change the policy for me. About a week later I got the car I had a pre inspection done on it and was told it is 100% NOT a 75th model. So I called the general and I also pointed out that a 75th anniversary model is a 2016. I have a 2017. You’d think that would shine a light on the situation. They said they would look into it…. They never even called me back! So I got all the paperwork I have of the specifications on my vehicle (basically my cars birth certificate) and the original window sticker and emailed copies to them and still nothing. The only thing I got was a email that said “your documents are being reviewed “. That was 4 months ago. This whole time I’ve been paying $50 extra every month. For a car I don’t own!!! And not a single person over there can do something about this? That’s bad business. I wouldn’t recommend the General to anyone. They are thieves!

Be Wary
Using The General insurance company has been the worst experience of my life. There customer service representative act like they care but once they have to actually start to help by responding to emails they will just stop and ghost you. I’ve been fighting with them over payments since day one and then most recently trying to get a vehicle removed from my policy but they decided that the paperwork I received from the DMV was not sufficient so they didn’t except that date and started the removal date the day I called to ask what I need to do to remove the vehicle. The lady I spoke with sent me a form to sign but it asked for a password every time I opened it so I printed signed and sent it back along with the date the vehicle was signed over to the new owner but never received a response, they eventually sent the paperwork via mail which I signed and sent back with the paperwork from the DMV but they still did not go by the date on the paperwork provided. This has been the worst and most expensive insurance company I have had in the past 27 years I’ve been driving and I will warn anyone and everyone not to use The General due to the fact that they don’t give a crap about there customers, it’s all about money and nothing else so thank you very much for showing your true colors.

Great service
I haven't had accidents since I got this insurance, but the payment process and online services have been very simple. No doubt, the easiest insurance company I've ever had a relationship with. They checked into my address and asked me if someone else was also driving my car, someone I've never heard of, but who must have lived at this address before me when I signed up. That's what I told them (I have no information about this person... Such was true) and it was cool. It seems to me that if you don't try to fool them, they will take care of you and make this necessary process very easy. The general seems like a slam dunk to me! - Mickey L.

Cancelled insurance despite payment made & they deny receiving payment
I made a payment in time to prevent policy cancelled using the "Express Service" option in this app. I took a screenshot (as I always do) for my records to prove payment made. The money came out of my account and that payment to The General was completed as shown in my account. The General cancels my insurance for non-payment and deny payment was made to substantiate enforcing cancellation stating they never received payment (I have transcript of customer support chat as proof) and denied the proof from my bank and the screenshot of the payment completed/successful/received so I ended up having to make a second payment because they declined investigating their app's malfunctioning "Express Service" option and gaslit me that I just didn't make the payment even though I uploaded proof to customer service person. I even disputed the completed payment since The General cancelled my insurance for no -payment, then my dispute was denied because my bank reported that The General responded that they didn't cancelled my insurance and had indeed provided the insurance coverage for the payment I was disputing.

Why ?
I don’t understand in 2 years why your IT department can’t write a simple program to update a policy number for your “convenient app” . it auto recognizes a customers iPhone to browse products, to review policy coverage, to even use the convenient proof of insurance if needed, or even MAKE A PAYMENT! But only to old account number which is locked due to cancellations from new policy being activated. I would please like to one day to access this app for purposes such as a trip to the DMV as proof of coverage, (and hopefully never to a policeman for any reason, but really hoping karma doesn’t claim me as deserving negative repercussions for this negative review) but I think in 2 years it should have been addressed and I’ve been pretty patient in my opinion. In conclusion I would also request that the (and I do really mean this) the excellent customer service reps, attentive and usually very friendly )be put in the loop on how the apps functions at least to some degree as I’ve spoken at least ten of them and they have no clue about the phone app functions, just how to change policy number on the website. Thank you to anyone who’s read this for your time and consideration.

Horrible they do not payout
I was in a accident I just changed to the general from a different insurance company (huge mistake) I was harassed and threatened into not making a claim basically that I was in I pay a lot of money for insurance and they will do anything they can not to pay they say do this you do it then they want more and more. I had trip a tow my vehicle to my dealership and they want me to now do a three way call with triple a and then, so now I have to get me lawyer involved yo file a wrongful discrimination lawsuit against these people for refusing to pay/ the dealership has cameras an people everywhere and triple a dropped my car off there but now they want me to 3way call triple a an them. Horrible do not go to the general I will go on everything I can too report these people an this company from the better business bureaus to the courthouse and file for pain an suffering I’m disabled my wife was with me my mother and her boyfriend and this is crazy.

Why do they send so many payment reminders????
I cannot stand when a company sends 20 payment reminders. At the General….you can pay and one week later still receive a text and notification from this app saying your payment is due in 3 weeks!!! Are you kidding me. I have never missed a payment in my life, so I don’t need a constant reminder every 3 to 4 days saying a payment is due THREE WEEKS FROM NOW!!! I’m sure some people need reminders and that’s cool. However; have an option to turn this feature OFF instead of scaring people. Today for example, I paid my bill “one week before it was due” and then a few minutes later another text reminder that my bill was due. If it wasn’t for that one VERY annoying thing…..I would have no issue with this app or their service.

Don’t Go HERE
The worst, u pay just to drive legal on the road and if anything happens u do there job for them. Without getting paid. I was with them for two years, then a semi hit me, I called the police and got a report. I notified my insurance even though it wasn’t my fault, I had damage and the driver who hit me didn’t… yet when I explained to the insurance adjuster how upset I was with them for never contacting me, and wanted a different insurance adjuster… he flagged my record with a accident. My rates went up but I switched, but for being a driver without any tickets or accident’s, my rates are high after the general did that to me, but I got full coverage and 24 hr roadside assistance for the same price as the general. So please don’t bother with them. They have lower cost for a reason, and if u do find yourself in a accident. They don’t help but say call them, the other insurance… look around on insurifry.

The reason why my payment is Light is because I got no notification of when the bill was due. I’ve tried calling I get no answer or I get put on hold and nobody will work with me. It’s in my Gmail and it’s my credit card, but you put the bill in my daughters name, so I have no way of knowing when my bill is due so I do apologize that it is late but I should had some knocked off because they repossessed the 2019 Ford fusion and I did not have it for two weeks so my bill should’ve been less than what it was because I did not have the vehicle to be paying for. I only had it for two weeks and you charge me a full amount so I should’ve got a discount for the 2019 Ford fusion was sent to you when the car was repossessed. thank you and have a good day.

Sad excuse for an insurance company
All they want is your premiums, they do not and I repeat DO NOT want to help you in anyway. Especially if you are in an accident.... they will stone wall you and make you jump through ridiculous hoops just to be told when you final do all they things they ask that the target has moved and you have to begin again or withdraw your claim. Forget trying to call them to speak to someone also, that’s not really their cup of tea. Remember that you get what you pay for and cheaper isn’t always better. They need to make massive profits and that does not go well with taking care of the customers apparently. They will also sneakily raise your rates even if nothing happens if you don’t arch them like a hawk. Avoid these money stealing clowns at all costs, unless you are into paying for services that you will never be able to access, wait isn’t that fraud???

Worst Insurance Company in the history
As customer I can’t tell how annoyed and upset this people makes me, since Friday when my vessel got stolen and I called to make the report and pause my liability(by the way as expensive as a full coverage for a 17 year old vessel) finally my car was found but due of my illness (accute asthma) I couldn’t go and grab it myself so they tow it to a impound, (worst mistake) when I called back to get this people to work with this, they told me they can’t help me cuz I paused the coverage, I’m sick and disbelief, never seen such a lack of empathy or anything, they don’t understand nothing, but there was a “friendly reminder that my payment was coming up” please do yourself a favor a don’t purchase insurance with this people you better rather Uber or Lift, this people don’t care at all about nothing, more than money, we are numbers and that’s what they do

Cancellation Notice
I pay my insurance monthly, I pay my insurance early every month yet I receive a Notice of Cancellation every month, that Notice of Cancellation pops up on the app, through a text and email. Since I receive that notice all the time when I am not past due, EVER I am sure I will cancel when I’m at the end of my commitment with The General. When you call customer service, they say legally they have to send that which is untrue because The General is the only insurance I’ve had that sends that notice and no one I’ve talked to about this receives such a notice. It’s stressful to think somehow you payment did not go through or something has happened that you keep getting those and I’ve never been in an accident or anything. In addition, it’s horrible for our environment to waste so much paper with those notices. The General needs to update their system and their employees from giving false information.

General app and website.
The login process and saving info on the app and website have been a hassle. It saves my thumb print, yet tells me I have the wrong passcode every time and I have to put it in manually. Same with the website. I have the login info saved and yet it tells me I have the wrong password. I save it correctly again every time. Also, they have high rates for high risk drivers, that’s assumed.... but the customer service when you finally get a real person is awful. I can go on to my att app and make a payment arrangement with my CC. Here they won’t even extend it two days and take a CC to assure the payment. Then they lapse you immediately on the due date. Customer service personnel have a bad attitude. I am only with the general because I had to get sr22 financial reporting... not dui...I got the ticket so it’s my problem, but they could have kinder customer service. That’s all.

Cancellation
I received a letter stating our policy was going to be canceled in 3 days (with a holiday weekend no less) of receiving the letter. First time I called and waited patiently for a representative, we thought we had it taken care. She was going to call me back with info about what was going on. She never called me back. Second time I called because representative was not helpful at all the first time, they said they needed a signature and explained what I had to do. The letter stated they needed my blind husband’s signature stating he is excluded from the policy. We got to the page and he signed it. Looked at my policy again and still notice saying policy to be canceled on this 3rd day. We did it again. Looked online at my policy this morning, Monday-Labor Day, and they canceled the policy. Going elsewhere for insurance. Very disappointed in The General. Never recommending to anyone.

Car insurance
I like the general it’s low payments which makes it easier for me. Although I’ve never been in a car accident so I don’t know how their coverage is. Im not liking the facts if your bill is due, say on the 5th of each month and u don’t pay it by the 5th you lose coverage completely. Sometimes I don’t get paid till the 6th or 7th usually they can extend my bill but I’ve had 2 different instances where the agent on the phone told me there is nothing they could do to extend my bill 1 or 2 days out. But 85% time I’ve gotten a friendly agent and they helped me out.

Irritating and unforgiving
I don’t like the general at all, it was the cheapest at the time so I’ll be shopping for insurance again soon. The harassment on my texts, the annoying reminder emails and basically threats to pay pay pay or they’ll cancel you or double your premiums!!! This is by the worst most uncaring crap of insurance company. No day to be late. I had to borrow money to avoid getting a double premium. I AM ON UNEMPLOYMENT AND IT TAKES DAYS TO GET PAID!!! I have very little money and this company harassing me about a payment being maybe a day late and they’re going to cancel or double your payment?! Poor communication
I bought a new vehicle add it to policy. ( charged to talk to an representative). Called back the same day 10 minutes later to remove new car because they could not give the coverage I needed ( charged to talk to representative again). Called in to ask why car is not removed and I was being charged. Emailed paperwork to have charged removed. It was never done and they want payment for a vehicle that should have been removed and it was their error. Guess I will move all vehicles to the new company.

Do not waste your time or money! Stay away
In all of my time driving, And I’m 37, this has been by far the worst insurance company I’ve ever affiliated myself with. From how they handle claims, the absolute poor communication, the lack of customer service, and complete inability to accept accountability for their own clerical or logistical mistakes. If I could give a 0 rating I would. If I could give anyone a useful piece of advice, do not waste your time, or your money, or your mental health on this joke of a company. Spend alittle extra anywhere else. If this review could possibly even save at least 1 person a complete disaster of an experience, I would consider it a success. I hope this review is read and helps flag someone, and makes them go else where for car insurance.

Best Insurance ever!
So convenient and easy to use for car insurance! I had USAA for over 15 years, they were not doing anything easy for me, as far as switching vehicles..changing addresses, etc…too much of a hassle & way more money! I would not recommend anything else other than the General cause I switched & have not had any problems or issues and I highly recommend getting the General for sure! So much better for my hectic schedule & cheaper! I am thankful for the convenience for sure

Salute to the General
1 speeding ticket and a minor accident, my previous insurance dropped me and for 3 months I was unable to find full coverage for a certified used car purchase. Down payments but wanted me to be ok with coverage staring 2 weeks from first payment. The General made it simple over the phone, agent took the vin and in 30 minutes I was insured, full coverage on my new purchase. I just went ahead and paid in full for the 6 months. Thank You General.

Bills due date
My policy stated that my payment was due by Feb 21. On Feb 13 I got a notice stating that my policy was going to be cancelled due to non payment. The letter stated that the policy would be cancelled at 12:01 on Feb 22. I have used several different insurance companies and never have I been threatened to be cancelled before the due date. In fact, there was always a grace period of 7-10 days after your payment was due. If you did not pay by that date than cancellation would happen. In my opinion that is asinine. Sometimes things happen and you need to be a little bit late, as long as you pay your policy that month you should not be worried about your policy being cancelled. I am definitely looking around for different insurance.

Automatic Renewal process is terrible!
Even though I have always been on auto pay, each year at policy expiration/renewal time I get multiple notices saying my policy is courting and that I better renew before I have a lapse in coverage. If you are on autopay you can’t interrupt the process or you run the risk of having a double payment come out of your account if you just try to pay it prior to the autopay deduction. Ridiculous to scare the crap out of people for several days with betraying emails, texts, and even letters in the mail when an account is clearly set up for autopay and has been for several years with no history of any problems with payments. No other insurance company does this to their customers at renewal time.

Please think twice before doing any kind of business with this company!!! I hope I can save someone else from making the same mistake I did!!!! My experience with the general was very disappointing. I paid my monthly premium over the phone with an agent two days before the cancellation date on my letter. The agent that assisted me with the payment assured me that my payment satisfied the cancellation notice. Not only did they still cancel my policy the very next day. They canceled my policy a day early.

When I was on my last leg and no other place would take me the general stepped up and give me an affordable rate so that I could continue working the commercials it true they may look a little cheaper but that’s why Shaq stepped in to say they are actually good try a quote man you’ll at least get to see what they offer ”For a great low rate you can get online go to the general and save some Time!” {*****}-5/5

Overpriced
I was a member for almost a year. I’m a military spouse and move around a lot. My car is still registered in a different state than I live in, I told the lady on the phone this. But all she keeps repeating is “you need this states policy” she would not listen to me saying “why? My car is t registered here and I can’t afford an extra $200 a month for the same exact insurance im already paying for.” All they want to do is get more money out of you. I switched to USAA and they told me that I DO NOT have to switch to a different states policy when my vehicle isn’t registered in said state. Everyone respects the military until it comes down to money.

Always difficult
I have always either made or attempted to make a payment on my due date as my payment history will show and even still when time for payment comes I have obstacles and hoops to jump through which on more than one occasion has caused me to be late on making the payment and at that time the late fee as well. I have set up my touch/face id identification features only to have it denied when I attempt to enter the app. This method works great with every other app on my iPhone but not here, other than when I set it up to use. Why this is, I still don’t know and cannot be given an answer on. My search for a new carrier continues.

Thought Shaq’s Company #635(slight exaggeration) was suppose to save me money but I’m paying more then original coverage. They pulled me in with a decent quote online, payed it, the second payment due was $100 plus over. Had to pay because all the insurance company’s work together🤔🤫. By the way I’m almost 31 no tickets, never had a dui, one fender bender that payed out $900 almost 3 years ago(scammed). I pay $300/m. And my vehicle isn’t covered at alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll! Is there any good business now a days😡

Perks
Should show you all your perks to your insurance. I once needed pop a lock and another day I needed a tow and before I had Geico but I switch because I was on someone else insurance. But had to ask a favor from someone else because it was to hard to find out whether I had it and when o called it was asking for too much information and I couldn’t get to someone. So the app should be more convenient so I don’t have to call at all.

I love the general!
I just love how flexible they are! They know people have to have insurance anyways and times are hard right now so they give you grace with the extensions and you can easily reinstate your insurance even if it lapse! They are the best! It’s a good for a year so you don’t have to renew so quick! The price is the icing on the cake. I pay $240 for a convertible mustang and Benz! Best insurance I’ve ever had! Hands down!

You think the general is affordable and will help you when you need answer is big no well when even geico given a cheaper price and high quality top service please be aware from the general and check geico and other companies and don’t forget the general only work for proof of insurance to report dvm and will not give any service when you have right to get payment even just like scam and miss information who said the general affordable and cover your vehicle only at the paperwork to report dmv well forgot to get any money like for what insurance just for dmv paperwork :) be aware !

Negativity each month
The one issue I have with The General Insurance is that each month, by text and hard copy and email, always getting threats to cancel policy. It’s been even worse with the Corona Virus spreading across the world, jobs are lost, unemployment benefits are delayed due to overwhelming applications. With all the other negative issues bombarding people almost every way you turn, why would the General add to it, not once or twice a month, but THREE TIMES in each month threatening to cancel coverage.? Why can’t ya all give out some POSITIVE messages ? You’re paying Shaq and SnoopDog how many millions of dollars for advertising? Having SnoopDog as a spokesperson in that idiotic commercial is most likely why I’ll find a different insurance company after this 6 month policy term. Snoop Dog is NOT a good character to represent any company, unless he is representing the illegal drug business or the abuse of women in the porn industry.

I haven’t been with the Company very long and just down loaded there app. Seems to me like everything is very simple to follow and so much easier than having to mail a payment somewhere and hoping it makes it to the insurance place before your cancelled! The customer service is excellent and answered everyone of my questions with no hesitation! You guys are great keep up the great service, I will reference everyone to you guys definitely!!! 🌻

Had an accident and called the General. The two ladies that I talked to were extremely kind. It wasn’t fake. They were just genuine kind people that made me feel better about the situation and that everything would be taken care of. I wanted to write a review after the phone calls to let everyone know. What a joke
They are the worst insurance company ever the worst customer service, horrible agents. If you get into an accident they will never call you never never email you respond to your voicemails emails anything lie to you tell you have certain types of coverage even after several phone calls, then you find out that you don’t have certain things on your policy which you relied to in the past and told that you did when you actually have to use them will definitely be looking for a real insurance company in the future will not be staying with the general

I have not had to file a claim with them and that’s always good but the way they word your bill you always fill like your behind on payments they send you your bill or notification on your phone and say that due to non payment your policy is due to be canceled even if your payment is not due yet just a simple hey your payment is due would be nice no need to make you fill behind when your not

Worst experience
By far the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. What kind of insurance company tells you to talk to your former insurance company regarding an accident after you have paid thousands to them( the general)only to be told by former company you used to be insured by andhaven’t paid in months that they can’t fix your car, I will never use the general again. As a first and dissatisfied customer the general can expect me never to pay them 400 a month again. Cheap my *** they like to seem understanding and never help with solutions. Only come to general if you Plan on not driving at all.

App wont allow future payments
I would give the app 0 stars if i had a choice. The app will not let me schedule a future payment, this feature has not worked for months. Why is the feature even on the app? Useless i will be changing insurance companies because of lack of attention to fix this issue

I just feel like The General is money hungry . They also fail to inform you that most changes can only be made when you first sign up ! They threaten to cancel your insurance for everything ! If you don’t enroll in auto pay or send pictures of your car or if you don’t do this well cancel you insurance ! They are just annoying . I guess they can do this because they ensure the people That really can’t get insurance coverage other places . My insurance hasn’t been in my name in over a year so nobody would iNsure me . I have to deal with them for now . Wish this wasn’t the case ! If you can go somewhere else go now !!!!!

Be prepaired for hidden fees everywere that are not discussed when purchasing I paid full year next thing I know I have been getting bills for $92 each last 2 months ask why and then you get the craziest customer service ever I suggest you go with someone else it’s not worth only saving a couple hundred a year especially when they find ways to get the money out of you anyway just go with a normal Corp like progressive or your choice you will definitly be glad you did Edit there is no loyalty at all the longer you are with them the more they charge .

I love the general
I went and was looking for insurance company's for first time in my life and I looked for weeks and came up with nothing... Then someone told to check the general and I tell you what it was the best and the lowest price.... I never have trouble with the website...I got my card in the mail quick so yes I love the general and I would tell everyone that needs insurance go to the general....

Worst customer service ever
This was my first car accident that I was at fault, I filed a claim and was appointed “Daniel Murphy” as my adjuster, he is so unprofessional not only didn’t he resolve the issue with the car accident, but he didn’t even bother to reach out to the person who vehicle I hit, he doesn’t respond to voice mails that’s why his box be full, it’s a shame it’s been since august 26th an nobody even reached out to the person that I hit to even check up on their vehicle, totally unprofessional, he needs to be fired, they just appointed me a new adjuster let’s pray she’s a lot better than Daniel Murphy

Stay Away!
Stay away from the general! Idk what type of people work for this company these people are scam artists! I pay and it doesn’t get recorded .... these people charged me 3.5k for myself, husband and 2 daughters (18&20 yrs old) ~ no tickets or accidents ~ for one year of insurance with liability only on a 15 year old beater and full coverage on a 2018 car. Like what? I went to Geico and it’s $1500 for a year of THE EXACT SAME COVERAGE. Good God get a grip The General! You need a class action lawsuit for straight up ripping people off or either for not knowing how to operate your software or training your staff to operate your software.

Best insurance company
I love this insurance company they have been so good to me really really really nice and trust me which is what I needed I’ve had bad luck with other past insurance companies not believing anything that I say it’s good to know I found a company that I don’t have to worry about and that doesn’t have to worry about me thanks the general I owe you everything!!!

Frustrated
Alittle frustrated that they lapsed out coverage on 27th and we didn’t hear about it till the 1st of Feb. then we tried paying it and the account kept declining our payment. Some people have really busy lives and just forget to make payments. I would love to see real customer care come back.

Sad to go
I had to drive for business purposes and use my personal vehicle. I wasn’t not able to upgrade my coverage due to this company not covering any business purposes. I love the app, everyone I spoke to was excellent. The General just doesn’t provide the coverage I needed. If you are looking for a good experience and great value for your dollar, this is a great company to use for personal coverage.

Great and Easy App!!!
I love how easy it is to pay my bill and for the money to be taken off this app! I know the General is a new company building themselves up. I just need them to discount customers for the more we use them for coverage!! I’ve been with other companies that the more cars you add the more discounts you get and the General hasn’t reached that level of discounts yet!!!

Auto payments
I don’t remember signing up for the auto deduction. But then when I was looking at my account to make a payment, it said I was on auto deduction so I didn’t worry about it. I’ve been checking it all day because today is a due date and it says I’m not on auto deduction, kind of confusing. I was able to send an email and then got the answer. I’m glad I asked or I would’ve been late on my payment.

Dont rush and select the right policy
Great customer service, nice app and good policies. Be sure to add on the rental car in to your policy in case of an accident. I wish I had done this. I am now almost a week without a vehicle while they conduct their investigation with no eta or hardly updates as to when it’ll be handled. It’s very overwhelming and frustrating. If you find yourself in this bind u-haul rents pickup trucks less that enterprise that you can use but it’s 300$ a week.
