Bedazzled 🫨

You guys just got a huge fan I am amazed by how smooth everything is I did have some problems at first but when you get used to it and understand the sizing and the terms of returning or exchanging definitely check those out but other then that the quality is pretty nice / comfortable I would like to thank the whole service for helping me enjoy a cruelty free planet 🌍 friendly experience much appreciated 💯

I have had a good experience with TGM, except for one issue related to their mobile application, which hindered my ability to place orders. Aside from this concern, my interactions with TGM have been positive. I have placed multiple orders with them, and I typically receive my purchases within a week, despite them being shipped to the US. Furthermore, I am highly satisfied with the quality of the quilts I have purchased, as they consistently fit perfectly and meet my expectations.

Worst customer service & delivery

I have made an order and for some reason the payment type chosen was cash on delivery even after i entered my card info and the order was placed. When i wanted to return the toooo bad sizes and quality arrived, they said i can only get the refund as a points (like a gift card of the amount) in my account for the next purchase. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I didn’t get my money!! But their service is tooo bad and I don’t want to order for them again and want to get the amount back in my account but they said their policy doesn’t allow!!

Don’t fall for their marketing!!

The WORST customer service and delivery!! Every time I purchase something from TGM there is a problem. On this latest order, the 3 items I bought ALL came with a problem. 2 of them weren’t even what I ordered (wrong color and product) and the 3rd was defective. The quality of the clothing and the quality of the customer service is less than 1 star. They don’t even answer you when you request assistance. I’ve contacted them on the phone, WhatsApp, email, and Instagram and nobody is helping. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

bad customer service

Very bad customer service, I received wrong order , and I tried to reach the customer service! It was very bad ! It takes to long to respond and after two weeks of trying to fix my order they did even send the item that i paid already for it ! And they toke the wrong item! Until today I cant reach them ! They are ignoring me and I didn’t receive even an apology! I wont ever order from them anymore

They are very unprofessional, despite me paying extra money to deliver early they still didn’t deliver my order , they promised the order will be dispatched within 24 hours multiple times yet today is the 20th day and i received nothing The worst customer service ever I tried to contact you through email,whatsapp, and insta Yet no answers and no order delivered I asked for my money back and they completely ignored me !! Unbelievably horrible customer service دافعتلهم زياده عشان يوصلون مبجر ، وما وصل الطلب وصارلهم اكثر من ٢٠ يوم وكل مره اكلمهم يحقروني او يردون بعدها بفتره طويله ويقولون الطلب خلال ٢٤ ساعه عندج وماوصلني ولا شي .. كلمتهم ابي يردون فلوسي حاقريني !! اسوء تجربه بحياتي .. اسوء سيرفس شفته بحياتي .. لو في صفر اعطيهم .. لا تغلطون وتطلبون منهم نصيحه

Be careful!!

This is by far the worst online store in terms of customer service. I ordered from them twice and each time there was defected product and when I returned the them they gave me a voucher instead of refund!!! It takes them DAYS to just respond to emails. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!

Worst customer service

Despite paying extra for my items to be delivered next day.. i recieved them a month later. An automated reply is generated whenever a customer complains about the delay & no help at all to solve the issue. Terrible service & overly priced.

Worst customer service!

It’s the worst customer service ever! I sent over 10 messages no answer. Been over 10 Days for my delivery and I can’t even track it to know where it is. Will never order again!

Not professional

I have order 3 T shirts and after i use them for 1 week the t shirts looks like it has been 2 years of using. And the did not care .. very high prices very low quality

Ever received my two orders

Worst company ever, do not buy from them , you will never get your orders, I had to dispute both orders payments to get my money back after waiting for several months for my orders to arrive .

Bad experience

Bad customer service and delay in orders too much. If you are not in title of delivering to GCC countries on time then remove the estimation delivery time on the website. The customer service will always have excuse for the delays.

Company will hire people and get them to training non paid assuring that their papers works and then just bailed and cancelled with no reimbursement

الموقع تعبان

اول طلب يوصلونه بسرعه ومن بعدها تقع في الفخ الطلبات تاخذ بالاشهر الين توصل بالاضافه الى الغاء احد الطلبات وكل ماتعدل وتطلب يرجعون يلغون واحد من الطلبات وهلم ما جرا ويستفيدون من فلوس التوصيل كل مره حركات سخيفه ونصب
