Love the mobile check deposit and transfer between accounts features in this app. Saves me from having to run to the bank for these tasks. And account balances at my fingertips, helps managing monthly budget!
Love the new mobile deposit feature in the app. However what I don’t like is that once you make a deposit, you do not get an immediate confirmation of doing so. Even when checking online through the Internet the deposit does not appear in my account online. Recently I had to call customer support to see if in fact the deposit had been made. After checking two separate systems the representative was able to confirm the deposit did appear on the Bank’s end. Another comment— is it absolutely necessary to receive two text alerts when updating account balances or deposits that have a link to the terms and conditions for text alerts? I think once you’ve reviewed the terms and conditions it’s not necessary to send a separate text with the link. Other than those two comments the app is well done and overall I like it-thank you for listening.
Very accommodating staff and fair rates on interest checking and cd’s both short term and long. I know there are some familiar names with online banking and the rates they offer, however, I feel much more comfortable handing a check to someone personally and walking out with everything complete for a CD or other investment. Further, if I have a question, I can actually speak to a human very quickly. Bill
I’ve been stuck with a Third Federal HELOC account for a few years now. I opened it at 2.99%. The interest rate on the account is stated as “Prime minus 1.01”. My rate as of February 29 is 4.24%. When I called recently to ask about redoing the loan to take advantage of newer terms, they referred to this as an “older product”. What? Bottom line, I do not recommend Third Federal for these types of loans because they become “older product” in about 2-4 years.
3 weeks ago my flood insurance company called. I advised then the payment was sent in well before the due date. They said you had notified them of the requirement. This week I received a notice that you are going to purchase insurance for me. My flood insurance is with the same company. You know this. Stop harassing me.
I dig it. Thanks, Drew Carey! As for not being able to mobile-deposit checks: 1. It takes over half a week for banks to post mobile checks anyway. An envelope is faster. 2. Don't be sad. 1. I like friends. May the oil fires on Lake Erie never fade!
Update (12-03-19): Huge improvement. Much easier to navigate and more functions. Only issue is that the Touch ID doesn’t work. Also...why does MINT always lose connection with Third Federal? Is it MINT or Third Federal? Noticed this on two separate accounts. Not necessarily related to this app. Old Review This app use to be horrible. The redesign is much easier to navigate and view. I do however experience two issues: 1. “Application Error” constantly pops up with every task I do, saying it can’t show the information...but it seems to display the information fine. 2. The Touch ID doesn’t stay on.
