The app is easy to use and user friendly. Some items I KNOW are in the store aren’t in the app which is a little annoying but overall it’s easy. The food is ready quickly (but isn’t as fast as instacart- does take at least 3 hours to prepare, so order in advance) and the contact to pick up is super smooth. No delivery fee since I pick up, just a 5.99 fee to gather food. Reasonable. Great app if you have kids and don’t want to bring them in the store and spend a long time shopping.
I don’t like how you can’t see in store pricing, only “shop online” through the uncharged apps like Uber and DoorDash. I like to plan out my grocery trips by looking at prices for my list items, and if I can’t verify an in-store price I probably just won’t go. Would like the have the functionality of searching in-store prices and seeing which aisle an item is in like the app used to do. Also I think the coupon section needs more categories (such as produce) to make it easier to find coupons.
I had been using the Tony’s app for a while now & besides having to keep signing in the app was fine. Now with the new update you can’t even see prices, and even when you go online it says you can see the price from each individual store but you still can’t. I mean is this some corporate scheme to get you to pay a higher price once you travel all the way to the store? The whole point of online shopping is convenience! To know if the store has what you want and know WHAT PRICE. It’s ridiculous and needs to be fixed immediately!
Every time I try searching for anything, it tells me there’s no such product available. There’s no bread or cheese or avocado in Tony’s? I have tried various things in hopes of being able to use the app for more than looking at their ads. I don’t understand why they don’t have a way to contact support for their app within their app either. That is bad app development. They need to fix it. My other local grocery stores have very easy to navigate apps. It makes it so much easier to shop. Tony’s needs to fix it.
The app needs a LOT of work. Can’t search things, can’t see prices, some coupons conditions not clear/confusing, app slow/buggy, thumbnail for things are blurry, weekly ad is blurry and low quality/ hard to read. Honestly, you need to hire a better app dev team and assign a better vision for the app. You need a vision and roadmap for what you want this app to be. Right now it’s awful. It’s all over the place. I want to love it, but it’s pretty archaic design, buggy, and mostly unusable. A shame. Please do better.
They literally do give coupons but when it comes the weekly digital coupons they are LIARS!!! Everything would be 2 dollars more than usual or they would replace the price with a cheaper price and not the deal they are promoting I’m all for paying a little extra if i know I’m still getting a cheaper price but LYING about the coupons and what they provide is a big NO for me so I’ll just keep things bare minimum with you guys or just stop going to you guys all together because there are other places that actually deliver on their deals.
I was so excited when Tony’s finally offered an app with coupons, weekly ads, etc. Unfortunately, this app is lackluster at best. The coupon section takes FOREVER to load, on AND off of wi-fi. I can’t just use it on-demand in the store bcz I would never get my shopping done. Search function doesn’t work properly, even when I KNOW there’s a coupon for a product bcz it was advertised. Honestly, between this and higher prices I actually shop LESS at Tony’s now. I go to Jewel which has an awesome app - check theirs out, Tony, and find a way to copy it.
I can’t even check if Tony’s has an Item in stock anymore, all that’s available now is to look up Coupons… I don’t want Coupons I want to see if Tony’s has something I need at a Glace. I like to get Pork Belly from Tony’s but I don’t want to get there just to find out that there’s absolutely No Pork Belly left in the whole Store, like Gasoline to drive is Expensive I don’t want to Waist my Gas driving there for Nothing.
Although a number of issues were addressed, I still can’t find a way to find information about items available in store. If you’re really tired of rewarding loyal customers, just do away with any app altogether instead of wasting their time with a weak one.
Can no longer search for items to find out where they are in the store can only search for coupons, and the scan feature is no longer available. This app used to be great and now it is poor.
This app gets worse and worse every time Turns out that points now expired after 3 months you can’t even use your points until you get the 5000 points how are we supposed to waste 5000 dollars in less than 3 months so we can use a $5 coupon with our 5000 points.. It’s totally insane! You have to come up with something that actually works specifically for regular shopping costumers
Crashes constantly...unusable...(update) no improvement in instability
Unfortunately, this app crashes constantly. Reinstalled. Still crashes. Unable to access account. Tony’s employees are clueless but that’s nothing new as they clueless before the store had an app. They were clueless when the app launched and they are clueless today. So nothing changed there. At least they are consistent...
the entire reason I downloaded the app last year was to make shopping lists, see which aisles the products were in, and to see if they were in stock at my location. Now you can no longer do any of that. Please listen to your customers and bring this back
This Tony’s is just across the street for me. I’m ecstatic it’s finally open. A great blessing Great looking store. Associates are very friendly and helpful. Great job everyone.
What happened? No longer either on the web or in the app can you just search for a specific item. Makes no reason for me to want to go to visit the store. please bring back a search of individual items
I used to use this to check the availability of items at the store, that is gone. Used to be able to find the location of anything you were looking for while in the store, also gone. This app is officially useless for me.
You can’t search for products in the app. When you try to search for something mundane like “eggs” it returns no results. At best you can look at the ads/coupons, or scan your membership card (if your phone gets any service in those stores).
Tony's says when you get to 5000 points you get a five dollar discount on your order. I start out at 4850 points. Every time I go and buy enough to put me over the 5000 point total it says I haven't reached the total. This has happened five or six times. The whole system is a scam.
Got the app for some digital coupons, it’s item I get on regular basis and it had digital coupons before and I DID NOT get the discount/coupon, they probably just using this to harvest your information and data. I am will promptly delete this scam of an app.
Whoever provides web and app support is pathetic. IOS password registration is nonfunctional. Weekly ads are totally web inaccessible on Macs and now no longer work at all in iOS on iPhones and iPads. Apparently Tony’s web marketer has zero competency in an Apple environment. For your own sake, Tony’s, fire these guys and find somebody who will give you your money’s worth.
App won’t let me login even though I’ve reset my password multiple times. Even with the correct login info I get locked out and no way to het back into the app to take advantage of deals!
What a joke. A new app that does less. Can’t search for items and see prices… can’t find items with the aisle number available ….. the most important features that I even use the app for are gone. DELETE ! Junk !
Just “upgraded” to the new app. Thought I already was enrolled in the rewards program but apparently not. Only thing missing was support for the Apple Wallet to hold the card
This app does not allow to clip coupons which was the only reason for downloading it. It is requiring me to store card and then does not give me the option to and shouldn’t be necessary if I am going to go shop in store.
I have this app and it logged me out and not I can’t log back in. It’s always doing that I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still lags. It’s very frustrating especially when they sometimes have good digital deals.
Didn’t used it at the store yet. I am happy there’s coupons for me to use at the store. But the app lags so bad. Also you need separate categories for the coupons. Also if you want to search for a item. You can’t do it. It just keeps loading and seems to be no end to it.
I have tried many time to use the app the cashier won’t let you enter your number without you telling them before hand. Then when you do enteryour number nothing come off. What a waste!
App NEVER WORKS inside the store. When you want to use the app to check out, it better be preloaded and ready to go. AND if you can get this moth— fu—— to open, you can only use it before you scan your groceries. Be like every other fu——- grocery app and just let me type in my phone number AT ANY TIME.
It’s faster to drive to the store and shop than use this sloooow laggy app. The coupons don’t load, the lists don’t build, adding one item to your cart takes forever.
I started an account weeks ago and spent hundreds $ there but they never recognize my # there or give the discounts advertised. Lame. False advertising.
Can’t reset password. Wont send you the email. Can’t update phone number says it’s registered to old email. Can’t clip coupons Bc of this. Bc of this. App is worthless and useless.
