So I created an account, I received my member number and my profile and everything was set up. I go to pay for my child support case in Pennsylvania and right before I click submit payment I noticed that my case number is showing my member number. I called support and they are telling me each time I call they do not have an app for their service just kiosk and the website. I can’t tell if they are oblivious or this app is made without them knowing? Either way touch pay support could not help me at all. All I wanted to know was my case number connected to my account number and if that case number that is showing on the submit page oh purposely there or was there an error. They just kept telling me to call the child support office instead of offering any type of help. Someone needs to update them on the application if it belongs to them and how to help someone instead of referring them to the child support office. The child support office only receives the money and they have no clue how my account number is connected to my case number and why it’s not visible on my account and it’s not their job to know.
Do not use this app! I made 2 payments on this and Domestics says they never got them. I have no idea where my money went and when I called customer service the guy, although very nice, could not tell me anything. He just kept saying it was accepted. When I asked him to send me a second copy of my receipts he did not know any information. As if he was completely making up the receipt as we went. Also, my case number isn’t anywhere on there. My case # is my member ID. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there wasn’t one available until Friday (4 days away) I don’t know what’s up with this app but I will never use it again. I want my money back!
It's important for me to get my Childsupport payed . If I don't get it payed on time it screws up my credit or I go to jail . So would be nice if this app worked properly . Like remember login information so you have to type in full email every time . Second it kinda works when it wants to . I have 2 accounts sometimes I can pay both or I can pay one or the other . The one I can't pay I have to go on the computer and pay . Along with looking up all my case numbers and bla bla bla . In short just please make the app a little better so our payments can be made a lot quicker and easier .
I made a payment through this app for the first time and it wasnt posted to my case after 5 days, tried to email the customer service emails and it gave an error message that’s it not deliverable. I wouldn’t risk it, use another option. I still haven’t gotten any help.
$14.50 for a service fee is quite a bit above average for every time I pay a bill. Other cash handling apps charge a fraction of what these thieves are charging. I can’t believe I have to use this app…
