Fantastic hard retro goodness! ... a major glitch on floor 29
edit: On floor 29, I see the guy who helped me out of jail talking about building tunnels, but then I can’t go any further. I would guess it is a glitch. This game is all about determining a useful order in which to go certain places in the tower and open doors and beat monsters and obtain items. If you take on a hard enemy before you’ve powered up enough, you may lose way more HP than you need to, and down the road it may be hard or impossible to proceed. It may sound hard, and it is, but then if you can’t make it one attempt, you can start over and use what you’ve learned to take things on in a more opportune order. It is really satisfying for me. This game’s exploration and RPG elements are right up my alley :D and I am really enjoying this. Although the look is a bit on the cold and dreary side.
This game is easy for the first 19 floors. But when you go to the 20th floor you will find that no matter how carefully you designed your strategy before, you just cannot pas the 20th floor unless you tap the icon on the top right corner and “recharge gold”. Never spend time on this horrible game. too difficult
