Traditional Bank has impressed me over the past year or so that I have had a business account with them. They are great to work with, the website is clean and incredibly useful and this app basically mirrors the website and has great functionality. Love it.
Love being able to have mobile banking, especially the deposits, but I’m being logged out every few days and can’t use TouchID. Frustrating since I specifically set up a hard, jumbled password, obviously don’t save it In my phone for safety, and have to wait until I’m home to sign in. Honestly, my fingerprint should be enough!
It’s crazy that I get charged a service fee for moving my own money around in my account…. Customers please pay attention to all the different frees assessed by the friends at your bank
There have been multiple times now that I have been unable to mobile deposit a check even using good lighting and a dark background. I live no where near a branch anymore, so mobile banking is my only option. After so many times of not being able to deposit my checks, I am going to be closing my account.
I love the easy access this app gives me to my bank accounts. I can check balances, pay bills, make transfers, deposit checks, contact the bank—just about anything I need to do with my bank.
The traditional app was really nice to begin with, the latest update has greatly enhanced user friendliness. Thank you for consistently providing customer service that is above and beyond!
The balance and purchases are never on the same track. Purchases show up about 2 to 3 days late but the amount has been subtracted from my total amount. Please help to sync up purchases and the available amount to reduce confusion. I am on the verge of switching banks due to this issue...
I’ve made purchases and it takes forever for them to come out, doesn’t take money out immediately so you think you got more than you do, not accurate most of time. Would not recommend.
In the current situation with lobbies being closed, it’s crucial to have a reliable banking app. I have been unable to sign on for three days. Each time I attempt to login, the app crashes.

The accessibility of the app is next to horrendous. Fingerprint ID unlock constantly stops working, you get locked out of your account If you can’t get your password right in 3 guesses, and customer service is poor
