excellent customer service and support; easy to understand, purchase and have. Have purchased many times! We had a trip completely cancelled by tour company; prior to starting, and were able to save our insurance investment for a year, applied to next trip. we have not needed to utilize, so i cannot address this aspect.
I was unable to login immediately after purchasing my policy, but after waiting a few hours I could login readily. I have already benefited from one of the alerts waiting for me.
Love all the destination info provided in the app! It was so helpful in planning my trip and while I was traveling! Will definitely take app on my next trip!
I was able to access my policy (had to use my husband’s last name instead of mine because the app has no option for entering a hyphenated last name!), but cannot open a claim. Even though my policy is there and shows up in the app, the claims process wants me to re-enter ALL the info and then some. No pre-populating or anything. I do this and then it can’t find my policy! So it’s pretty to look at, useless to use.
Download worked just fine but could not get past the email verification stage. I tried every email I have: AOL, Live, Gmail, to no avail. I tried Safari and Chrome. I still get the same error message telling me I cannot be redirected back to the app for verification. The app states the user must be on the same device as was used for the download so I can’t even see if it will work using my computer. Have since deleted. Good idea but I guess poor execution.
I would give this zero stars if possible. I can’t even login. Like several of the other one star reviews, I repeatedly get the message “Oops that didn’t work. Please review your information and try again.” I pray that I don’t have to use the policy I purchased because if the app is any indication, the policy probably won’t work either. And no, I don’t have time to reach out and have a bunch of conversations. Don’t put an app on the App Store when you know it doesn’t work.
I’m a first time buyer with this company. Filed a claim over a month ago, got one response weeks later. Now I’ve submitted all of my claim information and have been waiting waiting for weeks for an approval or something. Still haven’t heard anything back. Maybe I should’ve trusted the negative reddit reviews about this company. This is Very frustrating.
App was able to find me and policy without any problem. Entered policy number without needing to be all caps. Entered access code exactly as written without any problem. Not sure how well other features work otherwise.
Well, I bought the policy and it kindly tells me to download the app. However app is inop though because it keeps saying connection errors and can’t load my trip. I’ve tried all week and the trip is coming up soon. Everything is up to date.
But it doesn’t work. I have two current policies for two separate trips. The app can’t find either one. “Oops, those details didn’t work. Please review your information and try again.” Over and over and over...
Nowhere to call. Cant find out emergency number if I needed it while on vacation. App shows a bunch of information but not relevant to my trip. Useless

Been on hold for 25 minutes, operator answers my option #5 selection and knows nothing about the application. I have been placed back into the hold tree. Still waiting for help to use the application. Questions; is there a secure log in, how do you add a trip. I received a one time access code. My profile shows my name, and email address. I select add a trip and just go around and around with adding the city and country. No information is saved. On hold for 35 minutes. Just received a message to email any questions due to high call volume!
Same as DT. Can’t get past the email confirmation. Code received & entered on numerous occasions & it just keeps telling me ‘the world has changed.’ Didn’t need to have spent 250 bucks to be told that!
