I'm not sure when exactly this started happening, and a couple months ago I would have given them a 5 star. Now I do get alerts but when I try to access the app on my iPhone and iPad I get the white screen. It happens when I'm using wifi so that isn't it. I can't even connect to the developer. My friends use it all the time. I am in a FB makeup group and I always found the info very helpful. Both devices' software is up to date. I have deleted and reinstalled both more than I can count.
I don’t have any social media besides Facebook so I really loved that she had an app so I was still able to see what she posted in an organized manner but the app is so garbage. All of her social media sites are awesome so you’d think she’d take some time to work out the kinks. This app has been out for some years now and it’s still just as horrible as when I first got it.
This app has so many bugs I need to call an exterminator. You’d think they’d spend some time ironing the kinks out but nope, it’s super glitchy. Buttons don’t work, search bar gets stuck, etc. Don’t waste your time, just look at it through Instagram. This app doesn’t save time or headaches. 0/10, would not recommend.
I loved this app when i first got it. Now it’s useless because all I get is ‘forbidden you don’t have permission to access/on this server. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app but it’s the same results.
The app just doesn't work the way it should. It takes too long to load, the back arrows don't work, it crashes or it will get stuck on a white screen for minutes until you restart the app. Very frustrating to use. Hopefully some good updates will come soon.
I've been following TrendMood on Instagram for as long as I can remember, even before her account became super popular! I've always relied on her because she always gives the best makeup news right when discovered! I'm so excited she finally made an app and it is AMAZING! I hit "allow" for post notifications so quick! Love you girl! Keep doing what you're doing ❤️
Nobody is faster or gives you the time & place to get the new beauty releases and restocks I'm looking for. Plus it's easy to shop with the link right there to purchase. Love this must-have beauty app. No wonder people love Trendmood! ❤️

This app is totally useless. The only time I downloaded it was to get the codes, other than that there's no point. Just like a poorly designed Instagram feed. Needs a lot of work.
I've been a Trendmood fan for years and I'm so happy Sophie finally got an app! It's amazing. Now I don't have to turn my Instagram notifications on, I get alerts only when she posts and it's the best!
This app is so helpful! I always get alerts on when new products are out or restocked. I don't know how I functioned before as a makeup addict before the app was launched. 💄💁🏻👏🏻
I follow this person on Instagram, and on Instagram she said to download the app to get codes… But all this out this is basically her Instagram all over again. It is really redundant and unnecessary to follow this person on Instagram and have the app when there is literally nothing different between the two
It's a good app but it needs some work on it. It's glitchy and slow at times. Very helpful though for finding specific things you would need to comb through her Instagram for!
This app is necessary for any and all makeup lovers! It gives you up to date info on launches, restocks and releases on all the hottest makeup products on the market! Must have!
Most of the features on this app don't work/do anything when you click on them, none of the search bars work, it really defeats the purpose of having one spot to make access easy. I wish this was a good app, but it's not,
I'll just stick to her Instagram.. the app is a great idea but it still needs a lotttt of improvement. It's glitchy. Slow. And a little unorganized, I hope to come back once it's more improved ❤️
