Unless you hold strictly main coins (Btc, Eth, etc) you will have a hard time seeing, monitoring, and gettting accurate updated price info on tokens(erc20). Which is pretty frustrating ,but its better than having them in a wallet that logs your seed phrases, cough cough Ledger. I would like to see the implement of tokens into the app, it would make the experience much more valuable. There are vast amount of people who would like access to accurate data on the coins they hold outside of the very large caps. Ledger exceedes in the user friendliness/display of data area ,however, security is head and shoulders above for Trezor and to be fair that is the main priority. Id hope the devs take my insights into consideration and implement the proposed ammendments, if one person feels this way you can gurantee there are alot more who are just too lazy to write a revie. Thanks have a good day!
Pretty good for main coins by balances don’t match
Overall it’s a good cold storage wallet. The pc and hardware work well. I like the extra security features it has over ledger. Downside is this won’t support many alt coins which is a bummer. So I store main coins on Trezor and alts on ledger. I also find the phone app doesn’t report correct balances on the main screen but does on the detail screen. Kind of annoying as I think this should be fully operational at this point of deployment.
DO NOT use this app to receive crypto! You will lose it. All this app does is show what you have in your wallet. Trevor Suite Lite can’t send crypto. I learned this the very hard way. I recommend ONLY using Trezor Suite on your computer along with your hardware wallet. And Definitely don’t start with a “hidden” wallet, another good way to lose all your crypto (speaking from experience.) Customer service is great and very helpful, but if you screw up there’s not a lot they can do. If you’re a beginner like me, don’t use this app until you do know what you’re doing. Use TrezorSuite on your computer. Don’t create a hidden wallet. Follow instructions to the T. Test with a tiny amount of crypto.
A beautiful looking UI but please add support for XRP. I get the crypto industry is dynamic and keeping up with coin support is no easy task, but when the official Trezor Suite App has support for XRP, I feel so should the Lite App. Every coin that you can select in the Trezor Suite under "COINS" should be compatabile in the lite app; Please. Future request: - Please make tokens under Ethereum as a sub catogory on the main page. It seems a little backwards to have to go to "My Assessts" in order to view them and even when viewing them they still don't reflect the portfolio balance. - Please include token totals as part of the "My portfolio balance". Again, thanks for a great start to the Trezor Lite App. I'm greatly looking forward to future versions increasing functionality. I think the teams off to an amazing start that can only get better with time.
In dream world, I would love to be able to connect trezor via usb-c to iOS, but simply being able to check my balance without all the wires and codes is great too and this app accomplishes that. Much nicer checking btc price though trezor than coinbase. Thanks y’all. Also, will end this review advocating for a thorchain swap integration into trezor suite. It’s quotes would likely be superior to the centralized swap services currently offered.
It does what it’s supposed to do, but you can only view the balance of one address. If you go with Trezor’s regenerating of wallet addresses, your desktop app can show you all of them but you can only pick one to view in the mobile app. I was hoping it would be like the desktop application where I can see everything
Great companion app. I’m coming from Ledger and won’t lie - Ledger Live is top notch with numerous features. I only really care about being able to see my balances and receiving crypto. I don’t need all the other extras that other apps offer. This app does the job for me; the UI is good and no issues yet. Look forward to see additional improvements over time.
Like the app, but am finding that in the “My Assets” page, the dollar/btc balances are not updating. When I drill into a particular asset/account I do see the correct balance so not sure why the my assets page does not report correctly.
The app does the bare minimum like seeing your balance. But nothing more. Your stakes ETH won’t be visible on the app which is a huge letdown and the reasoning for my low score for the app. Considering that they recommend you to stake with lido on the Mac version but don’t have support to see the staked amount on the iOS app is bizarre to me. The app seems a bit underdeveloped to me considering they are one of the leaders when it comes to cold wallets.
I staked 1 ETH and after 24 hrs, the transaction was confirmed. Now in the mobile app, I just see an ETH deduction but no staking amount. In fact, my overall balance now shows less because of the ETH I have staked. I use the app frequently to keep tabs on my balances, and I would expect to see how much ETH I have staked and my rewards as they come in. I don’t like the idea of having to plug in my Trezor anytime I want to check my staking balance.
there should be a password to open and see the transactions and balances. You don’t want for somebody handling your device to be able to see your transactions and balances
This is a nice little app to check your balance Without booting up my computer. All I need is to see my wallets, nothing more. A perfect companion for a cold storage wallet.
I like the concept of an app that lets me see my balance through the ledger public key, but it is less useful since it does not support the same list of coins that the Trezor natively supports - specifically missing are XRP, DASH, DGB, BTG, NMC, and VTC.
I really like the Trezor app, minimalistic and it gives you info about your portfolio value. I just wanted to ask the developers to include Dash, Xrp and Cardano in the app please. Thanks in advance!
This app doesn’t show many coins/tokens, such as XRP. You can view your coins in the desktop app only, which is a pain having to go to your computer anytime you want to view your coins. It also doesn’t track coins, other than your own, to show how the “market” is doing.
My Trezor Hardware Wallet was hacked through this app
Suggest that everyone avoid this app. Received an email saying that an iPhone XR in Colombia had “paired”. This app gives out your info which results in a “spoof” email tricking user into divulging seed. I lost a substantial amount of money. Waiting to see how Sitoshi Labs will help me recover lost funds.
There should be a proactive warning that this app shows an error message — showing no backend data available — if a VPN is also in use. It took weeks of working with IT to uncover this.
I have no idea what this app is like, since it locked up after loading one wallet. Pretty bad out of the gate. Next day: Updating my review. I am deleting this. Doesn’t work at all.
Would like the ability to change the date format form DD/MM/YYYY. There is no where in the settings to change this. Even if you select US dollar, it still doesn’t switch from DD/MM/YYYY to MM/DD/YYYY
Very undeveloped app, no support to track ERC-20 tokens. Needs serious improvement in order to compete with the user friendliness of other hardware wallets apps such as Ledger.
Update 05/31/2024 Latest update fixed the portfolio balance issue. Now shows the balance of all crypto in the suite. Thank you! This app needs a lot of attention. I know your working on things and adding more coins and tokens. I don’t see any reason why portfolio balance will not show. It keeps spinning saying retrieving data. It shows everything separately but the main balance is not working. Please keep working on this. iOS is kind of on the short list here. Still 3 stars for the effort and hopefully continued progress. Best regards. Updated review, 04/29/2024, Just updated to the latest patch. This app still does not show portfolio balance. States retrieving data. Shows individual assets but won’t update the total balance. iPhone 14 latest firmware. Still 3stars. Thank you for the latest update and continued work. Looking forward to the next patch!
