BEST TRAVEL AGENCY EVER !!!!!!

Let me tell you guys something in 2019 my wife and I were looking to go to Italy so I went on a mission to find us the best experience that we could have. I honestly downloaded like 50 travel apps and put what we wanted into them one by one and let me tell you is was pretty rough, because a lot of them were so expensive and didn’t have everything we were looking for. So one by one I deleted each app till I was down to just one app that I thought might give us the best value and everything we were looking for but it still wasn’t perfect. So I kept looking everywhere and stumbled upon a Groupon that was kinda close but still not perfect so I looked at the fine print on the Groupon and found the website of the company who provided the Groupon and it was TRIPMASTERS and from that moment on it was a match made in heaven!! This company is AMAZING, FANTASTIC, TERRIFIC, what else could I say but I will NEVER use anyone else for my travels ever again! Tripmasters does everything for you and at the BEST price ever no worries no hassles just simply the best. I have told so many people about tripmasters and everyone I tell have used them cuz there is no going wrong when you use Tripmasters.

Excellent combination of "on our own" and pre-planned

I had always traveled overseas with groups. It was great but I often wished I could spend more time in some places and skip others. We decided to try an adventure! The Travel Master people were excellent in making adjustments in our Italy itinerary (added a day in Florence and dropping a day in Venice). The planning involved using trains from city to city. We upgraded to 2nd class seats so we always had reserved seats together. All train tickets and other documents were sent by FedEx the week before our trip. We added optional guided tours for several very popular sites - so we could skip the lines. We used Uber twice in Rome so we could get across town to sites. We upgraded to the second-level hotels. All hotels were easy walking distances from the trains. The hotels had very good abundant, breakfasts. (All places made lattes for us. Yummy!) The hotels were immaculate with helpful staff. We had our own bathrooms in our rooms, good wifi and comfortable beds. The best part was the customized website information sent to us. It gave us all the information for everything in chronological order. The information included maps of each hotel and local contact information in case we needed help. We downloaded the information to our cell phones so we always had it with us. In summary, we will use this travel planning service again. Great service for good prices.

Travelmasters has never let me down!

I have used Travelmasters for over a decade. The first time I used them it was my first time using such a service and I did so with some reservations despite all the positive reviews. From my very first booking with them all my trips have been a success. But none more recently to Madeira when winds cancelled my flight and ALL flights off the island causing me and hundreds of others to miss return flights, mine back to the US. To say there was chaos at the airport is an understatement. Travelmasters immediately put their crisis response team on my return and got me rebooked one day later out of Lisbon at no additional costs. Had I had to arrange a brand new booking my costs may have exceeded $5000. Thank you Travelmasters. I can’t recommend them enough for being an excellent one stop travel booking provides high quality service prior, during and after the sell.

Awesome app

This is my first trip with Tripmasters. I just received my email providing a offline app that has my whole itinerary with reservation numbers. It has links to maps, hotel numbers, Uber and Lyft, things to do in the areas we’re going to. It’s very well organized and app is easy to use. Wish I knew about this site years ago because it would be the only one I use to set up and book my travel. Trust me, play around in the website. You’ll find and learn that it’s everything you can possibly think of when traveling. I just learned that you can remove hotels in some cities if you have other arrangements. You can alter the direction of your trio to make this work. We’re going to use this to book our trip through Germany next year. Good luck and happy travels from someone who’s been traveling heavily for the past 13 years and like to save money when I can. Tripmasters still beat all other Tour sites!

Awesome App!

I used the TripMaster app in tandem with the Google Trip app. Both work offline, so no data usage while overseas! Both are quite similar, with the exception that the TripMaster app already had all my trip reservations and travel documents uploaded and would map a route to locations. Both of these aspects were very helpful. Sometimes, however, the suggested routes were not the most convenient. Regardless, it was SO HELPFUL! Not once did we feel lost while on our two-week adventure in Italy! My only complaint would be that my daily itineraries would frequently vanish! I had to recreate these several times. Good thing I had a hard copy. It was easy enough to look up the individual locations, though. I loved that TripMaster had opening and closing hours for all the attractions. Overall, this is an awesome app! Won’t be traveling without it or Google Trip ever again.

Best Travel Agency and App

My family and I have used Trip Master’s for over a decade to plan all our trips. They make it super easy to plan multi country/ city trip, complete with flights, accommodations, excursions, etc. they are always supportive when I call. They have top tier customer service that help you before and during your trip. I have no complaints. They are excellent. The app is also very impressive and even gives you updates on your flight including gate, departure time, delays, etc. it’s amazing. I don’t have to look through my email for any of my reservation details. It’s all there in one spot on the app. I recommend Trip Master’s to everyone. I always get asked how I’m able to plan these elaborate, complicated trips and Trip Master’s is always my answer. Ask for Donna, she is amazing.

Wonderful app, wonderful service, great value!

Super easy to use the app, tons of useful features and without pushing you toward further tour purchases (as comparison, think of the best part of TripAdvisor without the pushy ads and package purchases). Not only does it have a ton of useful information on the sights, attraction, and tours, but also provides in-depth information on each city and point of interest, including an AR function. Each attraction, hotel, restaurant, etc also has in-app reviews from other users. Only area of improvement (other than to expand destination list!) Is to provide app content into other languages. Overall very impressive, keep up the awesome work!

A+ service and app by Tripmasters - Smooth

we were skeptical at first in using tripmasters as our travel agency, but we are so glad we went for it. Our europe trip went smooth with exception to the Big Bus tour in Paris because of the ongoing protests and civil unrest and had roadblocks so we we will be refunding Big Bus tour. Im sure it was nobodys fault however we werent able to tour paris. Gladly we were just walking distance from our hotel to the landmarks. Tripmasters is excellent in price and made it possible for us to make my wife's dream come true to see the tower. We loved Venice the best during our tour. Be careful of scammers and pickpockets in Paris.. i was pickpocketed there by some middle aged man and stole from me $200.

Live Tripmasters!

We used Tripmasters last year for the first time for a trip to Switzerland and Italy and we are completely hooked. We have already recommended TripMasters out to multiple friends and family. Feedback was amazing. Family used TripMasters for a first time international trip to London and are sold! Friends just texted from Spain and Portugal a thank you for letting them know about Trip Masters! They are midway through their trip and commented how smoothly it has gone! We are getting ready to look at our next trip and starting with Tripmasters! Best piece is the night before your trip to hit print! And your whole itinerary is laid out before you. Phone app works great too!

Great travel service

We used Travel masters for the first time for a trip to Spain (Madrid & Barcelona) in Dec 2019. Everything was great. From making the online booking to the customer service staff it was all very seamless with no hiccups. The hotels chosen for our trip were boutique type hotels located in great areas. The entire costs of the trip which included airfare, hotel stay and train transfer vouchers from Madrid to Barcelona was a great value. If we were to book each separately on our own we would have paid double the cost of the entire trip for 4 people. We will definitely use this travel service again.

Multiple trips! Always a joy!

Been using this website for all our family international trips and have no complaints! Even when we had to cancel a trip for personal reasons, Tripmasters were extremely helpful whenever ready to rebook! The hassle free planning of putting a destination and the website does the rest and then you have the choices of making any changes. Customer service is just as helpful! Already planned our 2023 summer vacation and looking forward to the next and many nexts coming!

App is useful when on your trip

Other than for just booking, I’ve found the app particularly useful for keeping documents and itinerary in one spot while on my trip. I like being able to access all the details in one place (especially when doing a multi-city trip) to keep organized and know what to anticipate next. Tripmasters as a travel agency has always been great. I like the flexibility and how easy it is to book and customize. I also think their prices are very competitive. I’ve done over 5 international trips with Tripmasters and have not had a single problem.

Italy trip

My family and I took a trip from the US to Italy last December. We booked our flights, trains, and hotels through trip master, as well as some of our excursions. Everything went very smooth and we couldn’t have been much happier. It is so easy to book various things through the app/website, play around with the various settings. We were able to look at everything through the app to have it in one condensed area, which was nice as well. LOVE

I love TripMasters!

I have taken six or seven trips using Tripmasters along with its app. The prices are unbeatable and the service of its staff has been great. Whenever I have had minor hiccups while traveling they have always rectified the situation. TripMasters is the best site I’ve found for multi-destination vacations. I just wish you offered more African destinations. I’ve been to a couple places in Africa using your site but would love to see you add more African countries. Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Senegal, Tanzania would be great additions!

Very user friendly

This was our first trip to Europe. We had never used Tripmasters but after being in Italy,France, London, and the Netherlands, I won’t ever travel without Tripmasters again. The app made it so simple to maintain all your documents. There were several places we stayed, and Tripmasters made the reservations, and provided all of the information we needed. From train, plane, hotel reservations Tripmasters made for us, we didn’t have a single problem. We are definitely Tripmaster Fans!

Extremely useful app!

The TripMasters App is so useful while traveling. It’s great to have your itinerary in one easy to read place, but it also shows you all the attractions nearby with great descriptions of each of them and even provides directions on how to get there. Even when offline, it still can give you directions from where you are staying! And I haven’t even used it for things other than attractions but I see it has more like restaurants.

Excellent App

My wife and I booked a 9 day trip through Prague / Vienna / Budapest with TripMasters. At their suggestion I downloaded their App. It was an absolutely great decision. I had my full flight schedule / train schedule / hotel information all on the App. The best part was that any flight info was updated immediately and in real time. When we would land I got a notice of my next flight’s gate info. I was telling other passengers who were on same connections what gate we were at. This is probably one of the BEST apps. I have ever downloaded

Great campy, great App

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked our family trip to Rime on Nov, ‘22. TripMasters was perfect from each step of the way. No confusion from the day we made our first payment. All the paperwork was sent to us and flights, vouchers, hotels were all confirmed well before our travel date. The app, put all our info in the palm of our hand. There is no doubt that we will go to TripMasters first before we book our next vacation.

Very helpful app

This is a very helpful app. Once you download the Maps for where you’re going it will show where you are on the map with respect to your hotel, for example. You do not need Internet service nor Wi-Fi to do this. The only trick is when you are online or using data, download the map. Your GPS on your smart phone Will put you on the map so you know where you are. It also shows interesting places, places to eat, and other things

Best agency and I am LOVING the app

I’ve taken 12 European trips with Tripmasters. Just got back from my last one which was the first using the app. The app consolidated all my info whereas in the past I carried around a folder. And the updates via popup notification were so useful especially since we used multiple airlines! Tripmasters was great with a trip we had to cancel due to covid too. Highly recommend the company and the app

Excellent!

Tripmasters has done it again. They have been my go-to for international travel for years because of their customizable, fair priced and wide ranging choices. Now, with each trip they give you an app that puts your itinerary in your hand on you phone. It’s complete with hotel, airline and train reservations, guides for each city and a place for you to upload documents such as tour tickets. Fantastic tool!

European Trip

I booked a European trip and was able to customize it the way I wanted it. From flights, transportation (which is important), hotels to activities. This should be your official travel app. Thank you Tripmasters for making my birthday one I will never forget. Oh and by the way Tripmasters updated you by sending you text every step of the way. Try them you will not be disappointed.

Not as Advertised

Link for the app from Tripmasters indicates all data for trip is available offline, which it needs to be when overseas as well as when traveling such as on subways (since SIM cards don’t provide data when underground). This is not true, when I needed to know my airport terminal when in Seoul on the train, I could not use the app as it said I was not connected to the internet. 2nd issue - dead links: When in Okinawa I tried to use the provided button to check in for my next flight and it showed a 404 error. This app constantly fails to work when needed. You cannot rely on it for anything.

Comprehensive

I was pleasantly surprised by how the complete and comprehensive nature of this app. It has been quite useful for planning my trip, and I like the developers idea to store the trip information on your device instead of in the cloud. This is my first trip with TripMasters, and my first time using their app. I look forward to writing a second review about its performance after I return.

Love it!!!

We’ve used Tripmasters before but there wasn’t an app. I was hesitant to download the map because I had all the info I needed in a folder on my phone or on paper. Wow was I wrong !!! Everything you could need is right at your fingertips.. flights, hotels, weather, and even a journal ! Anxious to use the ‘nearby’ function for restaurants etc. What an addition to your service. Better than any other app!

We have been on our trip for about 4 days of a 14 day trip and we use this app more than all the other apps put together. It is exactly what your looking for and want when your on your trip. The maps and find portion is especially helpful by being able to go in and out of locations and directions when wanting. Uber if available at your fingertips.

Makes travel very simple!

This site allows you to get all you need in one place! I love it! Third time I have booked with them and it’s my go to for all travel to Europe! The app is amazing with all my travel vouchers and information in the app. Also currency converter and maps I recommend to all my fiends and family. Working on trip #4 now! It makes Europe not seem scary or expensive.

Great companion app for your Tripmasters journey

If you booked your trip with Tripmasters, then this app is an excellent companion. Having all our trip details, reservations, etc in one place was so convenient. Most features are available offline so it was still helpful despite not having a cell data plan while we were in Europe. I loved receiving timely notifications for flight check-ins, gate changes as well. Definitely a worthy app!

I don’t use anything but TripMasters now

It’s so easy to navigate thru the app and online. I do everything on it for my travels to include flights, hotels, excursions, etc. Can’t believe they have maps put together for you, etc. They send reminders & recommendations on things to do in each city. I travel a lot and TripMasters is the only the site I will ever use ever again! They are awesome!

Trip to Brazil and Argentina

Our trip ti South America was great! However communication wasn’t the great with trip masters while there, especially when they had to cancel a tour. Also extra fees for the domestic Flights wasn’t clarified when buying the tour. The quality of the hotels was ok, we didn’t like the fact that our view was always buildings, storage rooms or the hotel parking. Other than that we had a great time in both countries.

Amazing!

Our recent trip to Europe was fantastic! I will use travel master for all my future travels! Hotels were excellent ,flights and trains all smooth check in even with the bad delays with American Airlines trip masters was in communication with us to help us find solutions. I highly recommend this app to everyone that wants to book a trip with multiple stops ! Thank you trip masters .

Best travel company for the self guided vacations!!

We have used Tripmaster's several times, and every time we have had no issues. On one trip to Europe, they called couple of days in advance of our departure in Budapest, warned us about a storm coming to Chicago. They RE routed our flight home through DFW and got us home safe without delays. There was no extra charge for this service!!

Love how helpful and organized

The best travel app I have ever used...I am very impressed. I just hope it allows uploading trips that are not necessarily booked by Tripmasters as you can have the primary destination booked with TM and some side trips booked elsewhere. It will be nice to have a trip purchased immediately to the app to allow for exploring nearby activities and plan accordingly, not only after 7 days before the trip.

Great tool!

We recently planned a trip to Europe using TravelMasters. We had a great experience. We were asked to download this app before we left and it was great. Very resourceful. We had local maps on there, all travel documents, even a place to journal. I used the app several times while on the trip, I even used it to check into the airline. Very very useful!! We will definitely be using Tripmasters again.

Is our favorite online/app base travel services!

We have traveled with Tripmasters about 5 times and compared by to other similar services they are by far the best. The app is fenomenal and works offline everywhere. The attractions recommendations are always on pints and you can budget and count on no extra charges. We travel a couple of times per year and will continue to use TM services...thank you!

Tripmasters

We have been using Tripmasters now for several years. Having access to everything that we would on our home computers, including the documents, hotel and flight info has been quite nice. Also the chat is actually better than the website version. If you use Tripmasters then you should definitely download this to accompany their service.

Made traveling so much easier

This App was very helpful. Our trip to Italy had a lot of small details that were easy to forget. It was much easier to pull out my phone to check times and locations, than pull out the paper itinerary. All important info that I needed was at my fingertips. There was also lots of other useful info about each city we were staying in.

The app gives me peace of mind

The Tripmaster app is great! I never have to keep track of the location of the hotel or how to find my way back to the hotel because the app will guide me every step of the way. You can’t become lost! I use Pinbox to remember a special place like a restaurant I want to find for dinner, or a shop I want to come back to another day. That would be a great feature to add to the Tripmaster app.

Best app ever!

The Tripmasters’ app is easy to use and includes everything you can think of! It also sends you reminders about travel plans. All your paperwork and plans are organized in one place. It includes info about not only your reservations, transportation, places to eat, and points of interest near your location.

This app is so helpful!

This app provides everything you need - language guides, history information, documents, and a map. The only thing I would say about the map is that it could be improved by putting more locations on the map. Too often we tried to go somewhere only to find out it was not identified on the in app map. But besides that, this app has everything I could need traveling in a foreign country.

Europe

Tripmasters is the best. We had several travel delays and cancellations due to staffing issues with the airlines and every time Tripmasters staff worked diligently to ensure we had flights and reservations to continue our trip. Emily would not go home until we are on board. They always come through 100% to give you an amazing trip.

So helpful!

Took a trip to Europe and didn’t have cell phone or data connection. This app works offline which was great for getting directions and looking up nearby attractions or restaurants. Our trip had several legs and it was really helpful to have one place that held all of our hotels and transportation info in one spot. If you’ve booked a tripmasters trip this the ultimate accompaniment.

Exceptional Service

One of the best travel site i came through. I was dreading to go to Italy and found this site after all travel agents told me nothing is available. The team was exceptional they provide 24 hr support and i called them from italy, made changes to tour and hotel. I git all train tickets upfront and just walked in rail stations with vouchers. Even called for directions to hotel in narrow streets of back Venice

Wowwwwww!!!

I am truly amazed at this app!! It has our entire itinerary, access to the flight info and the ability to check-in,travel guides for the places we’re going (that can be DOWNLOADED so you don’t use data), interactive lists of anything you’re looking for and MAPS.... It’s CRAZY GOOD!!! So, so glad to have this for our trip. 🥰🥰🥰 It’s a one-stop tool for all our travel needs.

Loved the App!

Loved the app but the only feedback that I have is that we didn’t get access to the app until a week before we left. It would have been very helpful to have earlier ahead of tine. Also it does not have some very popular places in their things to do. For example the Tiger Kingdom in Phuket, Thailand is very popular but we did not see it in their things to do. The “Things to Do” section needs to be updated.

Great app for travel

I’m glad I got the Tripmasters app for my first vacation to Europe. The app kept all of my documents and itineraries all in the same place for easy access. There were notifications and reminders for upcoming things on my list of things to do. There is even a help center although I didn’t need it.

Very easy to use

This app is user friendly and even if you didn’t book right, customer support agent will contact you right away. I’ve used them twice already to book international flights and was very pleased with the experience. Highly recommended!

The best kept secret

Discovered this little gem in 2017 and have only used this company for international traveling. I love the customer service, so professional and easy to do. I recommend this site to everyone and anyone who wants to travel abroad but doesn’t know where to start or wants the trip on a budget.

So helpful and convenient

This app has been so helpful and convenient. During our trip I have used the information daily. When I needed vouchers or information about our activities it was so easy to pull up on the app. My next trip will be through Tripmasters!

Best keep travel secret

I tell all my friends about TripMasters. I’ve used it for lots of travel over the last few years. The prices are the best, way less expensive than anything I can find in my own. I love the boutique hotels. And I’ve had fantastic customer service. I’m a huge fan!
