The check deposit says “checks deposited to your account Monday through Friday before 5:00 will be credited to your account same day”. This has NEVER happened any of the times I used mobile deposit. I think they should simply say next business day because I’ve been late on bills thinking I would have my money same day before Other than that I don’t hate it..
After the digital refresh it keeps asking me to sign in which is fine but I when I put my info In it takes me to the next step here it ask for sms voice call or email the sms pops up my old number that I don’t even use and I went to the bank and changed my phone number aka updated it and it still uses my old phone number and it doesn’t even give me an option to use my email it does but the pop up box is blank and I already put in my info on the page before the one I’m on
I love this upgrade! There are so many new features. It’s different but in the best way possible. I love that I can see my predicted credit score and shows what is on my credit report, it’s better then credit karma. Thank you for caring for your members and giving us an app that has so many cool things.
I love this new app!! It makes it so much easier to transfer funds to other TRUE accounts and can link external accounts too!! I love that it allowed me to set up a savings goal and I can also see my credit score right on my app! So many great things about this new app! #TRUECCU #TRUEtoOurMembers ❤️❤️
The new online portal and the app are now the same views and both are a HUGE upgrade. There were just a few steps that we had to take to re-verify our login credentials and grant permissions to see non-joint accounts of other family members.
A verification text is required every login in now, that in addition to the non stop errors and the required changing of log in information make this app almost unusable to me. They needed to focus on responsiveness and ease of use, instead the exact opposite has been done. All I want is to see my account balance quickly and easily, instead they prioritize everything else. Honestly one star is to high.
The new app rearranged the order of how my account display. I want to reorder theses by priority. I don’t care to see my Christmas Club account at the top of my list for daily use. Instead I need to scroll to see my primary accounts. This is not convenient/efficient for me.
No online app is working..it’s saying user name and password is wrong now!!! You can even get to the other screen to verify who you are at all!!! This is ridiculous when your out of town and have no access to your mobile app!!!!!
Honestly one of the worst credit unions I’ve ever worked with in my life. The website is absolutely atrocious and never works. Always down for maintenance and you have to change your login every time you try to pay a bill. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This update is aweful. Why was Face ID removed? When I click the “forgot username/password” link it asks for my info then says there is already an account with those details please login 🤦♂️ App is broken now.
CP tried to make changes in the Mobil app but don’t think they researched it before implementing it. For example they included a finger print login. The problem with this is when you login this way you limited to only checking your balances. If you want to transfer money or deposit money it automatically takes you to a login screen where you have to login manually. All the other banks once you login you can doing everything you want. Also if you use the finger print to login there isn’t any tab to hit to log out. However, if you logged in manually in the upper right corner there is an icon to click on to log you out. I’ve complained about this ear lib but no changes are being made to correct this. My thought is that if you’re going to have a fingerprint login, then have it where it is user friendly where you can navigate to other areas and do things without re-logging in manually. Hope CP reads these reviews to learn from them.
I used to love using the CP app to transfer funds between accounts and checking my balance, especially since my work does direct deposit. It was extremely helpful until the last update. When CP was down for 5 days for the “major update”, it only got worse. I tried logging into CP and all I get is a white screen. I can’t see my funds or any transactions, and it says “please go to your nearest local branch to get a credit or debit card with CP!” under the section where you can see your cards and turn them on and off. When I called my local branch to inquire about the issue, the lady told me to stop wasting her time because they don’t handle the app a separate corporation does. I am still able to use my card online and in store, but it’s extremely frustrating when I can’t check my balance or use the app and I have no clue who to contact because everybody I have spoken with says they don’t have control because someone else manages it and it turns into a run around.
The app worked extremely well, until they updated it to the True Community Credit Union app. Since this update I can no longer log into my account. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, changing my password multiple times, nothing has fixed the issue. When logging in online I have no issues at all, but the app does not work. This is quite upsetting because the app really was very convenient and I used it a lot, particularly the electronic check cashing feature. Being unable to use the app I no longer have access to this feature which is quite upsetting.
Our bank was just converted into a Tru Community bank and this app is the reason why we will be moving to a different credit union. When they made the switch our payments started coming out of wrong accounts. There is no way to see what transactions are pending Aka your paycheck amounts that are about to be deposited! It’s hard to use and confusing. Plus - I have never received a replacement debit card. Only my husband has. Terrible experience all around and we have been with this credit union for 5 years.
I have been running into the problem that I can't scroll down to all of my accounts on the transfer money screen. This is an issue when I am out an about because I can't transfer money to or from these accounts. I LOVE this app and hope that there is an update to fix this soon!
I like how it lets you keep track of deposits and transactions, but I can never sign up for the e-statements. It refuses to let me touch the email section at all when I try to opt in for the e-statements. I’d prefer to have these as opposed to the paper mail when anyone can dig through the physical mailbox.
Been using CP online banking app for years, this new update is terrible!! Very slow and has a lot glitches. Wish I would have never updated the app! When I transfer money, I have to stop in between transfers to refresh because it doesn’t do it automatically. I don’t care for the new set up or random pictures of people. Definitely went from quick easy/user friendly- to inconvenient and annoying. Very disappointed
The only thing I don’t like about the app is that with no predictability or consistency it randomly asked me to confirm who I am via password instead of facial recognition… So in advertently the facial recognition just doesn’t work… It can be annoying..
True (formerly CP) has always been an excellent bank for us! Tellers and loan officers alike have always been very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful! I’m so glad we switched to this bank years ago!
I keep having to change my password because it tells me it’s incorrect
I have had to change my password 5 times since they changed it to the true app. I always make sure I store my password so I can look back at it. I can usually only log in for a few days before it does it again. Extremely annoying.
Been working with them since being called CP Federal. Very disappointed in the recent color change of the app. It’s too similar and gives me a headache. I’m not asking for a rainbow just more color to differentiate. Other than that the APP works well.
