Trust Pilot is a rare honest spot on the metaverse
I do understand it must be frustrating to spend hours writing a review only to have it pulled, it’s ridiculous to badmouth Trust Pilot for being so careful. Ive read both the stories and TPs responses and it just increases my respect for Trust Pilot and their processes. It makes sense that the first round of reviews must be done by AI. They’re obviously emphasizing the elimination of fake accounts, which would increase the rejection of legit reviews. That’s a good thing! I’m not sure how the follow up works but nobody should be complaining until they’ve attempted the next step. With real humans! I wrote a lot more about how Trust Pilot’s efforts should be applauded and managed to lose it. Argghh! Probably what I deserve for writing that complainers should not complain. TrustPilot= good program
I truthfully wouldn’t waste any time posting reviews on this site..
I love the concept of TrustPilot, sadly they seem to suspend your account for no apparent reason. You’ll spend a great deal of time and effort posting reviews only to have your account banned and your reviews taken down. I’m a valuable and trusted member of the reviewing community. I’ve been writing reviews for nearly 15 years. I am a member of the Elite Squad of reviewers on Yelp. I have never had any issue with my reviews. I truly am taking precious time out of my schedule to write these reviews and post them on TrustPilot in order to help other people who might need to read these reviews. The fact that TrustPilot keeps suspending my account has left me so frustrated that I likely will not try to post reviews on their site any longer and I will no longer support their site in general. An example of my getting my account suspended occurred very recently, when I was attempting to leave a review for my Primary Care Physician (PCP). TrustPilot quickly suspended my account and then had the audacity to ask me to prove that I was a patient of this medical provider! The worst part, is that I gave them proof that I was a patient, but to TrustPilot, this proof wasn’t good enough, they both want and refuse to accept proof that is private in nature. I truthfully wouldn’t waste any time posting reviews on this site.
I attempted to make a review of a absolutely terrible company I spent the last two years working with on a B2B basis. It’s a foreign company, therefore not to many review services have this company even listed as an option to review them. I found that Trustpilot has 15 previous reviews of the company. I created an account with Trustpilot, I put in my experience with the company only to have Trustpilot pull the review and treat me like a criminal because I wrote a review. What I mean by treating me like a criminal is they requested an absorbent amount of information to “prove” that I worked with this company. I submitted invoices and screenshots of various communications, as requested by Trustpilot, only to have my review again retracted by Trustpilot. I am beyond frustrated at this point. I spent to much time just getting my thoughts together to write the original review, only to be disappointed by the fact that Trustpilot doesn’t believe me for no apparent reason. It’s beyond ridiculous, and incredibly frustrating, they compounded my issues with the said company. 🙄 what’s the point of making such stringent standards to write a review? You’re making it known that you’re not on the side of the consumer, but instead on the side of corporations. At least in this instance that’s what you’re doing
I have become to be a Very Trustwory person on Trustpilot. I believe everything they say. They are here to give nothing but the truth and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Thank you so much for being here for us. So we don’t fall into traps that cause us to waiste money. You are truly honest and I commend you as the best company out there today. I have asked several questions and received the correct answers so I don’t throw away money I need to survive. Especially with A.i. out there now it becomes even harder to know if something is even real. But, you now the rest of the field to the ground. God Bless you all. Sandra Steele
Giving 2 stars because TrustPilot is pretty decent for reading reviews. As far as writing a review; not worth the hassle. I reviewed a company favorably. My review contained nothing inappropriate or offensive yet was “flagged” for “violating their guidelines.” I went over the guidelines and had 3 friends look over them; none of us could find anything that violated their guidelines. Curious, I responded to their email asking exactly what guidelines were violated? No response. I emailed a copy of my receipt from the company I reviewed as requested; a receipt is not a high tech deterrent in the fight against fake reviews and, like most people, I don’t save boxes of my receipts. Of course, this involves taking the time to block out any personal info on the receipt. My review was put back up…after 4 emails back and forth. Too much hassle and a waste of my time. Deleted the app.
Despite not having every single thing I search for, which is not a real expectation, they can’t have everything lol, it has saved me money so many times. I see something on Instagram or Facebook or Twitter or TikTok about a company selling something that I find interesting. I then go to Trustpilot put in the name of the company that is selling the item and when it does have it in it’s database it gives me a customer rating with reviews of the company. I’ve been using it for a number of years now and like I said it has saved me money.
I submitted a review of a service called "Squabbles" on Trustpilot, only to have it flagged and taken down by Trustpilot's "integrity" review. They sent an email asking me to provide receipts of my purchases from Squabbles. However, as a very busy person, I don't have the time, nor do I want to waste more time, tracking down receipts to verify a review that ultimately won't contribute, enhance, or resolve anything in my life. Trustpilot's system for flagging legitimate reviews is flawed, as it requires individuals to go through numerous hoops just to leave a simple review. The ones truly affected or deprived of a review are Trustpilot readers and potential customers who could have learned something about the useless service, Squabbles. This situation makes me wonder if both companies are owned by the same people, given their equally subpar service offerings.
This App was recommended by a friend who shops almost exclusively on online. As a physician, she seldom has time in her schedule to physically shop. When discussing an online purchase I made with no communication by the seller she looked the company up and to my horror read me the reviews. We put faith in companies that once we input our credit card information—we have entered a contract “if you will.” I pay, you send in a timely manner. This has been an eye opening experience for me. Given most online retailers are in China, it’s imperative one researches the company via this App or it’s truly buyer beware. I absolutely love Trust Pilot and value the reviews and feedback others have taken the time to share. It’s an incredible tool for those who put trust in buying online.
I had a review up for months and no problem. I gave a company a 1 star review, then all of a sudden they took it down and said they were not sure I used it. I see a lot of other 1 star reviews up. I have been falsely flagged, by a company, and my review is immediately hidden, but when I flag a person that had 2 reviews pop up around the same time and had the same exact name his review stays up. I just checked and the guy with 2 5 star reviews still has both of his reviews up. I am starting to not trust this company. I wonder sometimes if the business pay them. I don’t know, but I wonder or if they don’t like a person, for whatever reason, then they cause that person a headache.
Name says it all as they do not mess around when it comes to legit thoughts or reviews about even big name companies being posted for everyone to see and use these as you see fit but know they are fair and legit and verified is always key so just trust me if you want to get any idea of somewhere you haven’t been but like to know, this is definitely the place to do your homework
I love Trustpilot because they make trust a priority and maintain actual accounts of consumers and their experiences dealing with companies that sell products/services online. Making life a little easier and preventing people from false or misleading web sites. The Wild West days of the internet are behind us now that we have this valuable resource of Trustpilot. Keep keeping them honest, I love what you do.
I requested that they freeze and issue a consumer warning on “The Life Coach School”. Why is it okay to receive ten 5 star reviews in a single day? There is no way she didn’t ask for those. Please help. This woman has ruined my financial life and is ignoring my review and everyone else’s and going on to sell more products before addressing the issue in an ethical way or even at all. She is dangerous.
Application for accessibility options. Thank you. I will recommend this application fully. It will be best to have that in the Icelandic App Store if that is a good option for you, I recommend this application for a iPhone users who like to submit a review for the eSIM capability companies for other companies, thank you very much is a very good. Application for accessibility options. Thank you.
I’ve especially appreciated being able to check into businesses that post appealing-looking merchandise on Facebook but seem a bit sketch. Almost all I’ve looked into have info on Trustpilot, and the reviews have been super helpful in allowing me ti make a decision one way or another and move on.
To be able to see what other people thinks about items and services is extremely important. especially with today’s prices. I just wished I looked up a couple of on line purchases before I made a purchase. I definitely will going forward,
I’m really so happy it work and I’ve been search for a way for find an app since 2019 where I can purchase iTunes cards and now I’ve found the best app where I can easily purchase an iTunes card without any delay Thank you so much Trustpilot 🙏🏽🙏🏽💯💯💯✅ I’m really so grateful
This app is great! Some of the reviews seem harsh and not necessarily targeted right. For example, my local grocery store has a horrible rating and it all seems to be related to the pharmacy. I personally don’t use the pharmacy. Maybe separating them may help? Just a thought. Great app and I do recommend
I trusted this company that turned out to be a scam
I trusted this company that turned out to be a scam, and it left me devastated. My investments seemed gone forever until I connected with 𝓢𝔀𝓲𝓯𝓽𝓵𝓮𝔁.𝓬𝓵𝓸𝓾𝓭 They took swift action, investigated the scam thoroughly, and managed to recover my money. Their no-nonsense approach and competence were invaluable in resolving this situation.
I tried reading review after review, but was unable to see more than the star rating, and a few lines of text inside a rectangle with “ . . .” indicating there’s more somewhere to clck to continue reading. Either the app designer messed up and so did the app reviewer, or I’m 4 years old and know nothing about reading or apps. I tried to ask support, but that tool is also unfinished. They forgot to program it. Trustpilot, you have a good theory, but can’t execute.
I have never had a review be deleted even after months of running on Trustpilot unlike Yelp! I have never been solicited to purchase some feature that allows negative reviews to be “scrubbed” like Yelp as well.
What a Great, Trusted place to find valuable information and reviews. To place both good and bad experiences i have had. Keeps me updated, informed and safe. Thanks Trustpilot! Hum guess that’s why they call it “Trustpilot”. It demonstrates trust & pilots you in the right direction..
I have heard so much about Trustpilot that I feel. I’ve been with them for years. I’ve done my reviews on reviewing others and it seems to me it’s fairly one of the best trusted apps I’ve come across.
I love this app, helps me know which firm is the best for my agenda and helps me also express myself in reviews, I hope the developer gets back at me to help me know how to earn from this app cause I have been verified 😮💨👉💵
Grease site to basically fat checks some websites unfortunately I did not do it on time and I lost a lot of money, but I am grateful for the website I will be using this website. I do not recognize.
Trust pilot will take down your reviews and mark them as ‘spam’ if they’re negative. There have been a lot of reports of this. Many people claim it only happens on company profiles that pay TrustPilot. In my case I was verified with ID on their website and after posting a lengthy and detailed review, it was removed for being “potentially spam”. They marked my post as being a bot post even though I’m verified with my ID.
I reviewed Trustpilot reviews and what they said and how they send the reviews we write straight to the company we are reviewing is fast and always on point! Thanks You Trustpilot! I Trust You! Also, Thanks to Trustpilot I was able to get my refund!
I have been on several different platforms like TRUST PILOT BUT NO ONE PLATFORM THAT I HAVE SEEN COME CLOSE TO TRUST PILOT! Next time you want to join a company, chat site, or dating site, before you waste your money check the site out first Right here on TRUST PILOT, because they work for US!
Once again a company using an app for customer service but when you use “contact us” the auto reply is it may take 10 working days to respond. Yet the email they sent me said they needed to have my reply in 3 days. Well for me to reply I need information from them. So if they take 10 days my ability to reply to the business is gone. What a joke
I recently interacted with this platform and I wanted to share my experience. The platform provided a trustworthy and secure environment for users to explore their interests. The content was engaging, and the community was respectful and supportive
This app is very helpful, it’s straightforward and helps out , like the grocery store where I’m from has a horrible rating it’s related to the products department, more fresh items and clean the area may help, it’s just a thought, This is a Very Good app to have
Always always check with Trustpilot before committing to anything and save yourself some heartache or to find the best places or products before purchasing
I absolutely love trust pilot. It's a good way to leave your honest reviews discussing companies strengths and weaknesses. If you have an online business, this is the way to improve your profit or product quality for free.
“Trust”pilot touts itself as a platform for organic truthful reviews. If it really was, it would be incredibly useful. But everything costs money, and TP gets theirs from businesses for extra “features “. Criticize one of their patrons, and you’ll be harassed. Compliment a competitor of one of their patrons, and they will pull it without explanation or recourse. Don’t waste your time crafting useful and honest reviews. All that awaits is disappointment.
Major credit card fraud!!! Do not give them your card information unless you are ready to close your account. They repeatedly try and charge your card periodically and it’s never on the same day. It’s just random. They let a week or two go by and then try to charge it again. Luckily I used a card other than my debit card so it was easily canceled.
I posted one honest review of some service. It was critical but genuine. No bad language either. Just my experience. Ttrust Pilot quietly removed it with the following statement: “We use a strong combination of dedicated people and clever technology to safeguard our platform and detect suspicious reviews.” What!? In other words, it’s probably all ChatGPT type driven now, or the service that I reviewed pays them for good reviews. I will also stop using their app. Because this one example shows you how biased a review company can be. To anyone else I would highly recommend Google Maps reviews. I’ve never had such bias happen with my reviews with them.
I’ve been trying for 2 days to create account and login , all it does is tell me something went wrong on your end. Then says login again, and it just keeps doing it over and over. I actually tried to do this a week ago and it was same thing, very frustrating when you can’t even create an account and login!!!
I check wit TrustPilot before buying at a new place. I send reviews to TrustPilot so people like me can rest assured they get accurate reviews and advice.
I can hardly believe the experience I've had with TRUST PILOT! Through it, I discovered a recovery company that helped me get back the money I lost to scammers about three years ago. Amazingly, I was able to recover around 90% of what I had lost. I'm incredibly happy and grateful for their assistance. If you're in a similar situation, I highly recommend checking out their site: [Adro Recovery] www. adrorecovery. com
A great way to gain assistance about the source of future purchases. The process of submitting a review is easy and will potentially provide the assistance necessary by all consumers.
It is a very good tool for us as consumers to express our good and bad experiences and at the same time to expose those that are not doing any good to our communities. Excellent Trustpilot.
Trustpilot is a very trustworthy company I have full faith in their integrity. It is refreshing to see a company hold such high standards. I think that says it all. my hats off to you gentleman. Good job. Doc.
