Tucson Federal Credit Union has consistently provided excellent customer service. I had a serious situation involving fraud. My bank account was wiped out. TFCU handled this effectively and professionally. The TFCU team was able to recover the funds in less than 48 hours. They made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. In regards to obtaining my loan TFCU answered my questions thoroughly which helped me to understand all the details of the loan.I must say I had a great experience.I am very happy driving my CLS55AMG. Review

This app crashes a lot and the Mobile Deposit for checks has not been working for two weeks. Tucson federal credit union no longer does share branching either so if you have a credit card or loan that needs a payment posted, you have to now mail in a check and most likely get a late fee. App is pointless currently. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Works Great!

I prefer to use this app for all my banking, such as check deposits, transfers, and bill pay. It’s so convenient to not make a trip to the credit union. The app always works and has had some improvements in the last year.

Needs updated

The app works great when I’m in the U.S., but it becomes useless when I travel because it needs to “confirm my identity” every time I update my device. This is a major problem because I get a new SIM card and phone number every time I go to a new country. The app only supports sending texts to confirm identity, unlike the desktop version which also gives the option to confirm/verify identity by email. The app needs to be updated to allow “confirm identity” by email, instead of only by sending a text.

Great app that allows easy access

I love how easy it is to access app with just a finger print. I can easily transfer funds & pay bills. I just wish modifying an existing scheduled payment was accessible through the app since I don’t always have access to a desk top. I also LOVE the check depositing feature. I used to hate getting checks since they required a drive to the bank, now I’m like “write me a check”. This is my favorite feature :)

App works great except for mobile deposit

The app works great but the only issue I have had this year is with the mobile deposits. Any new phone won’t work with this and I think it’s the update (app update) that is messing with it. Hope it gets fix soon(I have mentioned talk to them about this issue before and still no fix)

VISA and ATM issues

No available ATMs in other states. When I had fraudulent charges on my TFCU Visa card, you guys just said - talk to the credit card company, who really jerked me around for over a month. One person said call a different department and the other department said call the first one back. Then eventually they put part of the money in my checking and gradually put the rest as a credit on my Visa. It took over a month and many phone calls and waiting, listening to your LONG phone message to get it straightened out - with NO help from TFCU.

Works fine but not mobile deposit

I get a paper check from my work every week and I used to use mobile deposit to deposit my check. Now the app won’t work and tells me “turn your phone to complete deposit” but no matter what I do it won’t work. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

App quit working about two weeks ago

App just doesn’t work anymore. Every time I try to open it I get an error message and says to try back later. Been going on for about two weeks now. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but did nothing to help it. Used to be great now very frustrating. I used it daily for personal and business now nothing.

Won’t fix issues

Notifications come in super late. No ATMs in other states. They won’t fix my issue with my Zelle no matter what. Overall it’s an okay credit Union but could be much better. They now have option to get kids a debit card which is a plus!

Easy mobile banking

I am recently disabled so getting to the bank is sometimes inconvenient to deposit checks. Mobile deposits are awesome! Too bad you can't do the same with cash ha! I can see pictures of my checks (front/back) for deposits and on the rare occasion I write a check. Mobile text alerts for deposits, balance updates and withdrawals give peace of mind. TFCU now supports Apple Pay but still too few merchants offer it during checkout. I'd LOVE it if this app would support Touch ID and balance peeking like other major credit cards do. But maybe someday!

Great app

It is fantastic for my hometown credit union to have an app that is on par with the major banking and credit card apps! I love banking with TFCU, have for 20+ years and plan to for the rest of my life. I do hope that they add in the feature of depositing checks through photos soon! And it would be really nice to access FinanceWorks through the app as well. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

Good but could be better

It's not a bad app for checking on your account or even seeing some extra stuff. What I would like to see is pending transactions. Some times it will show but most of the time it has your balance and your available balance without showing what's pending.

Very handy, but a bit glitchy.

I love all the features, such as transferring money and especially depositing checks. My only issue is that sometimes when I try to deposit a check, the app closes when I take the picture. This might be my own phone's problem, because sometimes it'll do the same thing when I try to take a picture from my text app, but I'm not sure.

Great App

After the updates, this app has improved quite a bit. Originally had issues attempting to deposit checks- problem solved. Works perfectly, love the credit score app, and it's now easy to get ahold of support help.

Easy to use!

Great features include snapshot of your accounts and then when you want to transfer $$ your simply drag the accounts into the box, type the amount and your done. Very user friendly.

Needs a lot of work

I really love how safe and secure the app is, it's just that it often crashes or fails to load your account balances. Which is super stressful if you're trying to make a purchase. They need to set up some sort of Tech Support that operates 24/7 for these kind if circumstances otherwise it will create a lot of problems for people trying to manage their money.

locations & hours

Love this app, use it all the time. Just wish that you would add locations & hours to the app, so that we don't have to go to the www to find them. It would be so much easier and faster to get to the nearest branch and see if it open or not. Over all great app, thanks.

So much easier!

Don't have to login through my browser anymore. It keeps me logged in for quick access to my accounts. Great potential! Maybe make it look a little cleaner or streamline the design but it just came out so not an issue.

This is a great app if you have TFCU as your credit union. My only suggestion is that we be able to make repeating payments on the bill pay function. It's easier if you don't have to manually put in monthly payments every month.

Bill pay is frustrating

Be careful, the bill pay part of the app does not accurately list already scheduled payments that have not yet posted. This is frustrating and has lead to me accidentally over drafting twice now. I'm to the point where I may have to stop using the app.
