Awesome app!!!

Have been looking for an app like this for a long time... I really recommend it! Update: still works great, sometimes won’t stream from a few websites, but not many. One thing I was frustrated about was that I wasn’t able to pause or rewind from the free version, but found out that if you do it on your regular Roku remote, it will pause, rewind or fast forward just fine. All in all this is a great app... if it keeps working this well I’m thinking of getting the payed version soon to get rid of the video ads.

Bug?

I love the app, I even purchased an ad blocker. For some reasons now my device just wont connect to the Roku TV, its in a loop and it never gets connected. I tried to reinstall the app ( and apparently now I have to buy ad block again?). I followed steps where I put my device in Airplane mode, 10 seconds later it says that it finally got connected, but once I click Web Browser, it goes back to idle reconnecting. I tried unplugging my tv, my router, I have waited ( yes, both devices are connected to the same network , I have checked multiple times ) and nothing seemed to be working. I will gladly change my review when the problem is fixed. _____ I dont know how to see the device or model I use? It is a TCL TV, I can disconnect all the devices and reconnect them again to same network and nothing happens, It wont connect, it wont find the TV to connect too (yes, tv and a phone connected to the same wifi ) . It keeps going on , sometimes its just randomly connects when I use fly mode and back, but as I said, sometimes, 1 time out of 100 tries. So the review stays the same is 1/5, because I cant still use the app I paid for, and I dont wanna sit and spend 30 minutes going fly mode and back and hope this time it will work.

App has problems

I’ve been using this app for generally about two years maybe three it’s good if you’re on movie sites and you know where to look it’s a really good app but I had to change my rating because they have not yet updated the very big flaw two big flaws….1 The app does not retain the screen that you were on when you leave the app the movie still plays even if the Wi-Fi is off on your phone press soonest you give it like 10 minutes the app will forget and send you back to the home screen of the app……2 too many pop-up accept or deny notifications just denied all pop-ups automatically ad blocker is not 100% I would like to be on the app while not being notified that there’s a request to leave to a different site just deny everything automatically without me having to push anything please please fix this app I will be more than happy to bring it back to five stars

🤗 A MUST HAVE! 🤩

This app does EXACTLY what it says it will do, if not m😳re! (If that’s somehow p🤨ssible.) in all honesty though, this 💎 of an app is an absolute insta-download if... 1. You own/ use a Roku. 2. Want to cast either photos, music, or videos/ movies🎞 🎥🍿 from your 📱onto your 🖥! It worked perfectly from the minute I downloaded it for the sole purpose of casting movies I had been streaming from a website on my iPhone, onto a bigger screen, being my somewhat older, Vizio 37 in. flatscreen! Not to mention there wasn’t and still hasn’t been N🚫T ☝🏼problem or issue which seems to be VERY rare these days w/ all the apps out there nowadays! Anyways, I recommend this one 💯% to everyone out there!✌🏼this app is a God send! 🙌🏼🙏🏻

I took my bad off review because you guys actually tried to fix the patch i notice that it works on mostly any movie i select from an ads free website i see movies. But if the http has google on it like for example http/:goolgeshare or http/:googlestorage or any other form of google it doesn't work it does play on my phone but says failed to load but only on google or lemonshare http/: if you could fix that patch i would be thankful and if its out of your hands still great job guys and thanks for all your hard work and actually listening to our comments and try making this app the best. P.S. try fixing the google problem because narcos season 3 is only on googleshare lol 😅

Actually works!

Somehow they’ve figured out how to make one of these apps actually, consistently, work. No need to download a separate app on Roku, setup was easy - it found my Roku on the same WiFi network and casted right away. Quality is good, no jitters, and you're free to browse away on your phone once it’s casted and control w/ your Roku remote from there on. I paid to get rid of the ads, but the free version worked fine too. Bought it primarily to cast from the F1TV page (which ludicrously doesn’t have a casting option yet, but that’s another story) and it works flawlessly!

Used to be Amazing: Issue has been fixed

Now it takes forever just to find the T.V which is so annoying and frustrating especially because I paid for this. Before it would connect in less than a minute now its takes over 5. Please fix this or I will have to delete this app. Update: after writing my first review the app started working again. Idk if it was a bug or something because my Wi-fi and TV were always on the same network. I am glad that it is working again just as it did before 😊

I love this app

So I am laying there thinking how was I able to get watch movies from my cell phone on my roku tv and I came across this app, because I don’t have cable but this right here is the truth because I no longer have to strain my eyes watching on a small screen.. thank you so much for this app now I can watch full featured movies from my phone on my Roku TV.. and still use my phone at the same time.. streaming is what it is... which is why I dropped the cable..... thanks again this is the first time I am actually writing a review for an app.. luv it

Best purchase I ever made!!!

If I can find a video on my phones internet,then I can watch it on my Roku tv! Which means I don’t pay for cable, satellite, or any streaming services! If you know the proper websites to use, then cut that cable now and try this app out. You will not regret this decision. By the way, the upgrade is necessary for pop ups. Most websites I use have extremely annoying pop ups and with the 1 time payment upgrade you never have to be annoyed again! The best app I have on my phone and I don’t have a close second.

Kick a@$!!!

Plays media from the web flawlessly for me. It’s worked on all my iPones, 5,6 and 8. We have 3 Roku’s one the house. If your wanting to want censored content/adult stuff you want to be sure and disable the auto connect function. I haven’t figured out or know if you can lock a individual Roku to a individuals device/cell phone. So if you start streaming video it can play on any Roku you have as connected devices saved on your phone. Their may be a fix for this and I just ain’t tried that hard. Just a FYI;)

Great app despite bad reviews

This is the first review I’ve ever written, but i’m doing it because this app is so good. I use it on an almost daily basis. I love using it for shows that aren’t available on Roku but instead I need to visit a website. It isn’t the most intuitive app but after a few minutes of learning it becomes super easy. There is a pro version and although promoted to buy it or add are shown often, it does not detract from the app itself. I love this app.

Was amazing...

This app use to be something I told everyone about. Im not sure when it happened, most likely from a patch. I get constant interruptions where a video will not stream on the first attempt but does on the second. After 5-20 minutes it will just disappear and show the linked screen. I have tried restarting my iPad, router, and tv. I get the same result no matter what is playing. I hope I am not alone in this and there will one day be a fix! I used the app for a few weeks and loved it enough to upgrade to Pro. It seems most of my issues started not long after that. I sometimes wonder if the bugs are in the Pro versions ad blocker.

Was a great app, not anymore

This app worked out great in the beginning. I was able to cast on my tv with no issues. Then it started to go down hill. Now my videos take forever to load or it just doesn’t load at all by saying “video failed.” I don’t know what’s changed because I’m using the same sites I’ve used in the beginning. Was gonna buy the premium version but with the current app acting up, I don’t think I want to risk it. I’m thinking about deleting it all together.

Interface Update Broke App

The app was always kind of buggy but it worked most of the time and worked better then most other developers similar apps. But the new upgrade while it provides a most polished update has broken the app 9 out of 10 times so it is basically unusable. First you start playing the click, then it asks to cast with ad, which either doesn’t play on the screen and hides another click box behind the video that you need to minimize or more often casts the commercial and then never casts the video. It’s really annoying I’m basically given up on it now. What was a 3.5 rating before is now less than a 1 since it only works one out of ten times.

This is just an infinite ad loop

Every single time I try to cast anything from this app, I have to watch an ad. Fine. Whatever. But every time I watch the stupid ads, the app says I have to reconnect to my roku. When I do reconnect and try to cast again, guess what. I have to watch another ad. I have tried everything I can think of to get this app to cast a single video to my roku, and It. Never. Works. This app was a waste of my time and definitely a waste of $6.99 to whoever actually pays for this garbage. -Update: I found a roku casting app that I like much more, and the free version of that app works remarkably well. The paid version of that app works even better.-

Ok sometimes

This app works for like a couple of days then you get in a problem where any video you try to watch won’t work but I let breathe for like a week then came back and had the same problem but then I pressed I reloaded it and once that failed I casted it before my tv said it failed and it worked this won’t make sense unless you have the app but after that it is playing this video idk if this fixed the problem or not but it worked at least this once

Must-have for streaming Jeopardy

I've tried two other apps for streaming Jeopardy...and they’ve been very spotty. Some episodes work, some don't. There are ads preceding each episode and I suspect some apps handle those better than others. This app (the free version) has been rock-solid in successfully streaming whichever episode I choose. If it continues to work well, I have no problem in supporting their development by purchasing upgrades. It's like a dream cone true.

No longer finds devices

used this app consistently for 5+ years in many different locations with no issues (amazing ad blocker on browser) and after getting a new router that upgraded to a gigabit connection it can’t find a single Roku on my network, (I use an Ultra, it used to recognize my roomates’ Roku TVs and Roku stick with no problem. I’ve tried resetting and restarting my phone/devices/routers/connections, reinstalling the app, tried manually connecting via IP with no success. disappointing, i hope it gets fixed soon.

Best app EVER!

I absolutely love this app, it’s super simple to use and allows you to use any platform you wish to stream videos. They also ask every time if it was a successful cast, and all messages/notifications are very friendly. All around a great app, I have zero complaints. You can also pay a minuscule fee for endless benefits, SO worth it! If you have a Roku and don’t have this app, you’re seriously missing out.

I love this app

This app is awesome as it allows me to watch all my anime that I otherwise can’t access without a wired connection to a computer. I also bought all the premium features because they’re amazing, and this app really should cost money up front. But I appreciate the developers keeping the app free so people can try it out. The only reasons I gave this app 4 stars is because of of the remote feature. It would make more sense to me if the remote buttons were at the bottom instead of the top. That way, one-handed use would be super easy and convenient. Also, volume buttons and a mute button would be amazing as well. Additional request but this doesn’t affect the rating. Please add a dark mode to your app. It would be wonderful especially at night in a dark room.

MY FAVORITE!!!

I never leave reviews, I also don’t pay for apps and only get ones that are free, well, after getting the fabulous free version of this app & because I use it ALL THE TIME, I paid to upgrade as well! Free or paid this one is a must have! Sure it may freeze up every now & again which also may be due to my router or WiFi, still I don’t know what I would do without it! Developers you are much appreciated in my book so I just want to say THANK YOU!!!

Want an app that does nothing?

I am almost 1000% sure that all of the reviews that are written below are from the developer themselves because this actual application does not even recognize a Roku stick a Roku television or any other streaming platform at that even if you pay for it. So my suggestion is just do not waste your time and go buy yourself something that’s actually compatible and not from the App Store because these guys have absolutely lost their minds scamming people. I’m sure the developer will get defensive and try to leave a reply below but trust me they are full of it. This app does not work. The end!

It was fun at first...

!!!MY REVIEW CAN CHANGE IF THE MAIN ISSUE IS ADDRESSED!!! Most of these reviews are old and not very helpful. I’ll try to help as best I can. I’ve had the app for 3 days and the past two were excellent! I got to stream from 123movies, putlocker, you name it. Now, for some reason when I try to load something from those websites it doesn’t work. “Video failed to play video” It works for some other sites, but it’s not working out well on the ones I like to use for my movies. The most recent bug fix patch I saw was from 2 months ago. (Man I wish app devs would explain what was fixed in the patch notes more, WINK WINK!!) I paid for the app recently and even that hasn’t fixed it. Six bucks is a bit much for the pro version, but I was and still am pleased it works on other sites. There is A LOT of potential here, and I mean A LOT. I just wish the devs would fix the issue of the videos not playing consistently...

Money well spent, even if it doesn’t always work perfect

Download this app and pay for the premium version so you’ll have all the features available on ALL your iOS devices. Some videos don’t cast, some cast and then stop loading after 20-30 minutes (could be a network config issue on my end, not sure) but this app is fantastic.

Does the job

Great app, comes in handy when you want to watch something on your tv but don’t want to go through mess of connecting your laptop. However, it poses some challenge if you have multiple Roku devices in your home. The app automatically connects to the first Roku device it starts. It ends up starting my tv in other room - i wish they turn off that feature if the network has multiple Roku devices and let user chose one at startup.

Best web browser stream ➡️ Roku app by far

I have tried at least 5 different stream to Roku apps. This one works with the live streams I send to it virtually every time. If the stream plays on your iOS device in safari or other web browser, this app will make it play on your roku. At least it has for me. It’s very good at sorting through the junk on a webpage and finding the stream url and flicking it to your Roku.

Would be 5 but recently quit working

I’ve had this app for about 2 years. I’ve always loved it. It’s worked with basically everything. I even purchased additional options because it’s a great app. Lately though it will begin to load stating “retrieving” get half way through and then just stop working saying it “failed to load” sometimes after a couple try’s the video will work. I haven’t changed anything on my device or WiFi. I’m going to start looking for a new app soon.

Great App, Could be Perfect

I love the app and I have been using it for almost 2 years now, but unfortunately it won’t cast any subtitles. Even if I’m watching movies that are in English but have another language with subtitles to English for some reason that does not get casted. If the developers could either figure that out or just allow the app to use the subtitles it’s casted from then it’d be a 5 star app.

Better than i EVER anticipated possible

just what it promises to do. If you are confused and think that this is an app that you can just watch anything from your phone to your TV you’re mistaken you have to go to the website in order to be able to see it so it does exactly what it supposed to nothing more nothing less I think this is a five start at

DOESNT WORK

If I could give this app a -0 stars I would. When I first downloaded the app it worked great opening up on my Roku from my iPhone but after a few weeks it stopped! When I open it and start a movie as soon as the movie comes on it kicks off and goes back to the Roku home page. I’ve deleted and reinstalled still doesn’t work. I’ve updated the app and still doesn’t work. I’m so aggravated after spending almost 40 minutes trying to get this to work it’s just not worth my time anymore. It’s a great app concept but who needs it wasting space on their iPhone if it doesn’t even work.

Lately audio won’t work

This is a pretty good casting up (I have paid versions for both roku and firestick) but each app tends to have a set of issues. The Roku version connects easier, but lately the audio stops working mid cast and I cannot get it to work again. The same video will work on the firestick version of the app. And the firestick version of the app works well once connected, but I have 3 firestick and it rarely connects on the first try. I usually have to reboot the stick to get it to connect.

I Love It

My wife and I wanted to cast some internet movies onto the tv, but I forgot my laptop at my mom's house. I was able to download this program and have the movie playing on my tv within 3 minutes. Watching high definition movies on my tv through my phone, for free. God I love this country. The best part of all is my Roku remote allowed us to pause, rewind, and fast forward the movie independent of the phone.

Needs some work

As far as big fixing they’re doing well on resolving it. I like it because you can deny unwanted pop ups. Although there are some set backs. While mirroring the screen on my phone to my TV I’ve found that I am almost always needing to retry a few times for it to work. Also, it never allows me to get off the app to continue to see the screen mirroring. Whether I’m just answering a text message or putting my phone on rest. So all in all it’s a solid 3/5 rating.

Great App, Easy to Use

This app is fairly simple to use but of course could still use some improvements. For example, would be great if it was possible to queue videos so you don’t have that gap in between of searching and then loading each video separately especially since there doesn’t seem to be a way to open multiple tabs (though perhaps I’m just not seeing it).

It’s good but needs work

I love this app other then . It shows on the right a tv with a WiFi thing on blue which is good its on my WiFi but when I watch one show it turns red & then it says I’m not connected to WiFi & I check my Roku & it is connected so it’s the app & it makes me so mad because every time it does that I have to restart the Roku & then the app shows the tv again & it’s blue again & working so I watch Duck dynasty one episode then when it goes off I have to restart all over again to watch another episode & im getting sick of it .. 😡😡

I like it

I have seen the bad reviews and I’ve had it for a few years. Folks probably seen my other reviews and know I’m a real person. If I don’t like something or have a suggestion i don’t hesitate to share via this forum. I will edit a review several times depending on updates. It works for me. It’s good for me as I am a homebody, do pt, watch videos, craft and read, etc.

Nice app works well after update

This app started out awesome and no issues whatsoever but then the ads were getting horrible to the point of not being able to watch video or even cast but then I spoke with support and they said to update ad block(in settings) and now it’s back to awesomeness. Thanks again for the help and A++++++ service.

Only one the works

Idk what people are talking about this is the only streaming app that works for the roku. I use just an iPhone 7 casting to the roku. It doesn’t matter what website I’m trying to use even free tv and anime websites with tons of adds that pop up work, you just keep denying the adds (Which feels so good to do). And this app has the best quality nuff said.

Extremely surprised!!!!

I would say out of 10 movies I request of new releases maybe more then half come through. As long as I use Streamango it will go through. There was only one boot legged video that some one tried to copy while sitting in movie theatre that was terrible( Ocean 8). It was really bad. But all others authentic videos( clear and bright). I’ve been able to see movies that are still in theatres. I can’t complain. What do you want for free viewing. Thanks you . Millie C.

Doesn’t have reliability

Even though the app worked at first that was not the end of it. What happened to me was it worked fine and then out of nowhere all you have is a red icon. I’m not sure how to fix it because I restarted everything and nothing has worked. And I am wondering if is due to the fact that all that is updating is the versions on the phone because on the Roku TV that I have is says there is only version one and maybe that isn’t compatible with the version on my phone.

Ehh It’s Alright For Roku. FREE NEW MOVIES😁

It took me like 2 hours to figure it out and how to get it working. It wouldn’t connect then finally messing around with my other tv with Chromecast and went into this app then BOOM💥 I heard noises from the other room it was playing on the Roku. Everything seems alright except for the other features that cost $money$. No big deal though it works and plays videos from websites that have ads.

Annoying unless you buy premium

I have been using this app for a while as it’s nice to stream to either my roku or my chrome cast with the other app. The most annoying and frustrating thing about this app though is unless you have premium any time you try to stream it and take the time to watch the ad it will randomly close your video on you, force you to watch the ad again and loop endlessly making using it impossible. Unless you want to pay for premium I wouldn’t recommend this app

Worked immediately & easily :)

I’m not remotely tech-savvy, and was searching for a way to view online videos on our TLC Roku TV. This app TOTALLY did the trick. I downloaded it, turned the TV on, opened the app, and (so cool!) the app connected w our Roku TV automatically. I followed the onscreen directions to search for a video, clicked it, and just like that I’m watching it on my TV. Love it! Thanks for a great app!

App Crashes

The app crashes after casting a couple of videos, and yes right back to the app start screen. Not much maintenance on this app. A lot of unsatisfied customers with the same problem for months on end with no updates .. we should at the least get an explanation, the paid customers such as myself, at least.

Works wonderfully!!

I never really write reviews but honestly this app just works out so well I wanted to leave my positive feedback. Works every time for me and the best thing that surprised me was that I could still leave the app and use my phone regularly while my movie was being cast, so it’s not like mirroring anything. So far no complaints!

This is the best one period!

Don’t even bother downloading other stream apps....these guys have been around for a while now and I have used their other apps for streaming to other devices, and everyone works flawlessly! And beyond simple to use!! Oh, one other thing...spend the money and upgrade to the pro version!

So easy

Went from googling how to display my phone screen on my rocky tv to actually doing it in about 2 minutes. Super easy to use. The play button it prompts you to push under the browser looks like an ad at the bottom of the screen so it took me a minute to realize what it was referring to. But so far so good!

I was looking at the apps on my Roku and found this one. Added it to my channel list then i downloaded the accompanying app on my phone. I was literally up and running in less than 5 minutes! Now I can seamlessly cast videos from my phone to my television. I am so glad I ran across the app by accident,

DON’T Pay - it STOPS working!

I loved this app so much I wanted to give the developers the money - BIG MISTAKE, because it caused it to stop working! I have to use the same app on a different device and use a free account. So I paid the $5.99 and it BROKE the app! Won’t play, hangs, crashes now. If I use a different device that only has the free account (and don’t sign in or restore purchase) it works! I am going to uninstall the paid app and use it with the ads again until they fix it - I repeat DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY paying for ad free or premium! I emailed them and no response :(

Does not work

You have to pay the Premium with ad blocker for it to work. My app will pull up two different ads -- one on my phone and one on my TV, Which is fine, except when I X out of the ad on my phone it takes me back to the first screen (not casting), and it asks you wether it worked or to try again. Trying again doesn't help. And there is no option to X out of the 10-minute-ad on the TV screen. So, in other words, there's no way to cast the video without paying for ad blocker, which I'm not even sure will help.
