Suggestions: allow contactless delivery where id is picked up from a cart which we use for deliveries. This is what Drizly does and it is seamless and more efficient as well as being contactless. And also sync the twin liquors app with the doordash tracking web page so doordash knows you have already tipped through the Twin Liquors app. Seeing “tip your runner” on doordash tracking page makes it look like the original tip through Twin Liquors didn’t go through. Third one: Not obvious to see the original order later with all the numbers. So far, just photos of products you order appear for previous orders. Or that one may be operator error.
Due to the coronavirus we decided to place an order for pick up for the first time ever. We placed our order on Monday with a pick up on Tuesday. We also had several calls with the staff to clarify our order. The staff was very informative and helpful. We asked if we could simply call them when we arrived so they could bring our orders to us outside and they gracious agreed. On our arrival we pulled up, called them and our order was placed in the rear of our SUV with no delay or fuss. Thank you to Twin Liquor for your great customer service and kindness.
I suppose it’s cool that a liquor store has it’s own app. However, I hoped to see it perform with greater functionality and with a more instinctive flow. Certain things that I know are sold do not show up in the inventory. Also super weird and inconvenient that you have to pick a store before you can search. I understand the need to do so if you’re placing an order, but to browse, it seems like picking an item AND THEN being told where to grab it is easier than trying to locate the same item 10+ times at 10+ different stores. I could go on and on about its shortcomings, but I feel like “adequate” is as good as we will get. Again, it’s a liquor store app, not a dating site or a hip social media app.
Twin Liquors in Temple is the best business we deal with by far. Their employees are professional, friendly, kind and go above and beyond what would be considered “regular” customer service. It doesn’t matter if your order is store pick-up,curbside or delivery the service and quality of professional is the same. Their prices are fair and the store is immaculate! This is the only liquor store we would consider using. We have lived here for 41/2 years and Twin Liquors will always be our choice.
The Twin Liquors app is very convenient and easy to use. I usually only buy liquor for guests and special occasions. I don’t like walking around in the store looking for what I need. I like being able to use the search to find exactly what I need and having my selection delivered. This app not only saves time but also saves me from having to carry bottles to my car and to my home! It’s so very convenient!
Booking large wine orders, brought to my car is very convenient. Being able to log my favorites is extremely helpful. The only change I would like is to be able to keep my favorites in a single list that would allow a 1 to 3 rating.
I’ve downloaded this app twice and it’s so buggy. After selecting the store you’re shipping from, it’ll show items in stock. Only, after adding them to the cart, suddenly I’m shopping from a store 100+ miles away. After changing it back to my store, the items obviously aren’t available. Clearing one item from my shopping cart clears a the entire shopping cart. That is, until I open the app again and everything is back in my cart. Anyhow, it’s a frustrating app. Easier to deal with the website for sure.
Love the app! I can see what they have available and order for pickup alleviating the need for me walking the aisles. Also it saves me money because I have a knack of buying things when I go in and look around :)
I love that I can see not only the products, but also the variety of sizes. Additionally, the products show availability of each individual size. And, the folks at Twin are always friendly and helpful. Thank you!
It’s easy to order for pick up or delivery, even when the store is closed. I also love scrolling through to see all the new stuff. My only complaint is that when ordering online you do not get the Twin discount for buying 2 or more.
This app is easy to use. The variety of wines is quite nice. When I’m busy and cannot get to the store myself, I find it quite useful to have an app where I can easily find a wine and have it delivered.
First time trying this app. Super easy to use and it’s great because I’m in a wheelchair and sometimes it’s harder for me to get out of the car and go grab a bottle of something from the store. This is perfect!!
The app seems pretty well aligned with the inventory that’s in the store and easy to use. The delivery option is the feature I enjoy the most, even though the ID scan verification never works, the delivery drivers just enter the details manually. So, good enough.
Everyone is offering touchless pickup and I had my son taking a nap in the car or I would have gone in. I call and for the umpteenth time they only have one person in the store. What is the point of ordering before had to go in and get it which would have been the same experience. This location not effecient and they dont have customer service. Its right up the street from my house but I will not be going here anymore. I would rather drive!
Curbside pick up or delivery options were easy to understand and very self explanatory. They even have “gift” option with a free complimentary gift bag & bow for those last minute gift ideas with delivery!
Repetitive errors stating that my phone number was being used on another account. However, I was in my account. Frustrating and then could not even order by phone. I need to figure that out…
I used the app. Got two emails one saying it was processing and one saying it was confirmed and would be delivered. The order was never delivered so I emailed the store. Then got a text an hour later saying they were closed and I’d need to call Postmates about it. I’ve emailed customer service for Twin Liquors and for the app and heard no response back. I still have a pending transaction for almost $50. I will not use this service again.
My brother-in-law just notified me that he would be coming for the holidays. I knew he enjoyed Makers. Online shopping made this the easiest gift to get!! Happy holidays

My delivery is always on time. The deliverer is always really nice. I can call the store to confirm if I need to or change the order. Everyone is just genuinely happy to deliver it and always polite, not sarcastically polite but just very personable.
Ordering wine through the Twin Liquors app is a breeze and saves me time. I can browse at my leisure and pick up my order a time convenient to me. Very convenient.
This could be a helpful app. I hope it will be, but right now it is really rough. And, sadly, the app isn’t well designed and now that I’m stuck with trying to work around the poor execution, there appears to be no thought for support of the app. I’ll check back in a few months. In the mean time, app developers, please contact me to help me with my issue .
Twin is a great store for wonderful wines, including gifts for holidays to family, friends and business associates. Great place to browse, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
Twin is always our go to store, but their online service provider and delivery service needs serious work. The manager at Twin did heroic work to try to fix the situation and many thanks to him! I wish they would contract with Drizly.
The app won’t load on my iPhone 6 (the icon just spins around and around against the TL backdrop), despite having been uninstalled and reinstalled three times. In addition, the thing doesn’t acknowledge that the closest store to me even exists, and insists the closest one to my home is over 15 miles away.
