Works as intended but…
This app and card is awesome as an uber driver. The notifications at the end of every trip induce dopamine very well too. My only gripe with it is that I can not instant transfer to other cards for the low fees anymore, hence I has to stop auto withdrawls. Also, I use Yotta savings to get free lottery kickers when doing direct deposit. IF this app processed as a direct deposit from our business account paying our personal account, then it would be best in class. Since deposits to other banks from this card does not process as a direct deposit, we are not allowed to benefit from direct deposit perks from other bank accounts. Create a creative solution to make our business pay us as individuals via direct deposit and it lets us properly separate our business expenses from our personal expenses. Presently, this business debit card is good, but it’s too easy to fall for the trap of using it for personal use also when instant transfer fees are so high and there is no “direct deposit” option into our personal accounts.

Every Walmart order gets charged twice. The original authorization and then the final amount. It does the same for Target as well. It takes 30 days for the original “pending” amount to drop off. Hertz rental takes a month or more to post so money gets put back on the card after 30 days and it’s become a huge mess. Olive Garden accidentally did two charges on this card from my Apple Wallet and it took 30 days to get it back. My brick and mortar bank has never had these issues, nor has ANY other digital bank. This bank is only good for getting your Uber deposits right away but man the extra hassle this has caused has made me reconsider that convenience. You have to scroll through all transactions for the Pending ones to show at the top. I don’t recommend this card/bank for anyone who doesn’t have a cash cushion as these pending transaction issues will have you pulling your hair out. Customer service is a joke and I have to explain myself 3+ times because they are locked and loaded with generated replies. I’m over it! Oh, and the places the app says you can add money, well you cannot add cash directly to this card. No location they say will, actually does. They all say they have never been able to. My locations say Dollar General and a couple of gas stations but nope, not accurate at all. This card and app has been a huge hassle and the biggest waste of time. Use ANYTHING else!

Thank you Uber for the Pro card!
I have been a partner with Uber for about 2 years now. Before the Uber Pro card was created and made as a payment option for us, I still felt that the option to instantly cash out 5 times per day with a .50 cent fee every time you do cash out was actually quite convenient. I had no problem with doing it that way. That being said, I was shocked by how much more convenient and beneficial Uber made their Pro cards! I love that everything I make each day is instantly deposited into my Uber Pro account after every trip with zero fees, I love that there are so many fee free ATM options with the Uber Pro card, and I love all of the helpful tools that the Uber Pro account has to offer to assist you with organizing and saving your money! I am HIGHLY satisfied with the Uber Pro card so far and I couldn’t be more glad that I signed up for one as soon as it became available! All Uber partners and drivers, I absolutely suggest applying for the Uber Pro card! You will not regret it!

Awesome
This card is great. I for one have no issues with loading more cash on the cards. All the locations it tells me to take the card to and do it work perfect on my end. It also tells you which atms you can take money out from too with or without a fee. I also have direct deposit set up through my other full time paying job and I’ve had no issues with that either. This card has done wonders for me, almost treats me better then a real card. I have it set up as Apple Pay, I can use it at hotels for check in since I do a lot of traveling around too. I’m grateful for Uber having the kindness of heart to make this card as to where before you could only cash out a few times during each day and have to wait again the next day to reset. Now I can cash out all day as long as I haven’t driven over the allotted amount of hours Uber wants you to drive each day before taking a break. This card really is a life saver.

Uber Pro Card
This card has too many cool features to mention them all here so I will tell you about the most impressive feature of any card in the world that I know of. I literally just got the card out of the mailbox and activated it. I was immediately allowed to accept a $50 loan from Uber. This came at just the right time as money is really tight right now and I needed this little boost to help me with gas money. Before all this happened I thought my Uber driving would be restricted due to lack of extra cash this week to invest in gasoline so I can earn an honest income to help pay for college. This of course would snowball into not earning as much side money driving for Uber and not being able to pay all my bills on time. Thank you Uber. Driving for Uber has always been the least stressful job I have ever had, I am my own boss and only drive the hours that I choose, great benefits, and now to top it all off, this new card is so convenient as our earnings are immediately deposited onto the Uber Pro Card with no fees to cash out the hard earned money that I spent many hours of my “free time” after getting off work at 5pm from my regular job as a Warehouse Manager and immediately turn the Uber App on and drive for 4-6 hours. This is what helps to pay the hills and put me through college.

Unacceptable from support team. No access to money
I had broke my phone 6 days ago now and had to get a replacement phone. Now that I have my replacement phone I’m unable to log into Uber pro app to unlock my card to access my funds. I have spoken to two different support team members on two different occasions who escalated it to higher ups. Higher up’s above the support team sent me an email 5 days ago now saying to go ahead and log into my account with my new phone and it will prompt me to sign in new device. Yet I’m still getting the same message “new device detected “ for 5 days now. And I haven’t heard a peep from any from Uber pro card side. They haven’t responded to emails and every time I call support team is always escalated to higher up’s. I have kids and this is very unprofessional ,unacceptable , and disgusting on your side by supporting your drivers. I would love to hear back from u guys before the year is over! App support is just straight up trash

This card is great if you have your own car for Uber. However, I rent through Avis and the pending charges they put on hold every week is ridiculous. When I first rented the car I paid the deposit and for the first week. Sometime in July I was triple charged and ever since then I have had nothing but problems from this app. Every week there is a new pending charge and to get it removed I can either wait a week or email them to get it dropped. I email them and it takes anywhere from 2 hours to 7 days for them to view your case. That would be fine except I don’t have and extra almost $400 a week to just let the charges pile up. Calling them will get you nowhere because the department that handles the disputes and pending charges can only be reached by email. There should at least be a phone in the department so we can call. In the emails you have to go back and forth, back and forth before they will even escalate the email to department who actually removes the charges. They say they work 24/7 but you could fool me. This app will be the reason I no longer drive for Uber.

Uber Pro Card (TRUTH)
I deliver for Uber eats and get payed as soon as I drop an order off and as soon as I get the tip, FREE OF CHARGE, It’s easy to see what’s coming in and what’s going out ..You can take out money at any ATM, certain ones are free..You can add money at your local 7-11 any day or time, It’s a 4.95, that’s the only remark I have that isn’t positive besides the too be expected delay too dispute charges by an online bank missing actual humans constantly working..You get cash back at the gas pump and if you meet the easy to hit requirements you can borrow $100, I’m not sure how long because there was no pressure too hurry and pay it back after at least a week…I tried to give a honest, thorough review, I hope it helps..

Customer service non existent!
Renting a Tesla through Uber via hertz. I used the Uber Pro Card to pay for the rental, initial payment and deposit plus 3 week extensions for which they took money out each week. Closed out the rental and wrote up a new contract. Not only did they take out the new initial payment and deposit, but in addition the price of the whole previous month of rental even though I had already paid more than the what was owed. This left me with a negative balance of over $2000. Multiple attempts to contact support were made and was told it would be escalated to next level of support because the payments I previously made were on hold and can take up to 30 days to clear. Days later I’m still waiting for my money. Never had this issue with my previous bank as I’ve been renting same car for 3 months and this was the first using Uber pro card. Don’t know how they expect an Uber driver to have an extra 2 grand sitting around in order to rent a car through Uber using their branded cash card.

Support works against you
Have a question about the app, or God help you, an actual problem that needs resolution? Contacting support will only ever produce a link to some FAQ article that might share a keyword with you support submission. At that point, they consider your issue fixed and will automatically close the help ticket if you do not inform them that you need more info than the FAQ suggestion provided. Once you initiate that next step, they will again provide some FAQ link but this time in email format, and again close the ticket unless you initiate further requests for assistance. If an agent does eventually follow up on your issue, it may or may not be within the number of days they are able to take any action to correct the problem. Sometimes I never hear back at all, sometimes they cite information that contradicts the actual documentation I submitted, sometimes they apologize and blame you or Uber, sometimes they don’t apologize.

This card is vulnerable to fraud
I was scammed thru the app and scammers easily withdrew all the funds from my card posing as Uber support. Branch has not returned my funds and the investigation will be at 90 days on 12/13. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use this account. I am a platinum driver and have been driving Uber for over 2 years. I lost my home because of this incident and they more than likely are not going to refund my stolen money. They are now forcing me to continue to use it until I repay my $150 back up balance and I can’t even log into the app and I don’t even have the physical card anymore. After all of this I am done. Between risking my life driving in areas where cab companies won’t even send their drivers for fear of being penalized by Uber and being forced to use this service I am done. Please learn from my mistake. If you have this card they don’t allow cash out to any other account except the weekly payments to your bank account.

I love that there is rewards if you use the card and I also like that there is a back up balance of $150 that you can take anytime you want I rated at five stars because it’s been very helpful and accessibility is very easy and you get paid instantly, and there’s no wait time when it comes to paying for gas and other things that might require processing the only thing I kind of have a problem with is that $150 loan only stays at 150 I wish they kept track of it and rewarded those who paid it off or paid it off quickly and they would increase the amount other than that very great company very great banking very great pay and very useful tools can be used with them

Surprisingly Great Card
Instant deposit after the trip makes it very convenient. Able to withdraw up to $1K same day for free at certain ATMs that their map will allow. Instant withdraws to your own personal bank acct with a fee is pretty standard but also convenient if you don’t want to go to an ATM. Great perks when using the status tiered discounts. My supercharger cash back is currently 8% per transaction. Almost to Diamond and will be bumped up to 12% so looking forward to that. I use it to pay bills like car insurance and even everyday purchases. If you drive Uber, it makes sense to use the card. $150 cash advance is also really cool and helps. Easy to pay it back too.

Wish I could give 0 stars
This is the most infuriating banking app I’ve used. Just trying to log in I used the facial recognition but it asked for my passcode as well which I entered and it wouldn’t move to the next screen. I tried again and the same thing happened. I attempted to reset passcode to see if that would help. I got the email to reset passcode and it directed me to a web link that redirected me to the App Store. I opened the app and tried this process multiple times but it never moved past the page to send the email request. No matter what I did I got redirected to a page that would redirect me to my web browser that then would redirect me to the app which wouldn’t move past the send email page. There’s no customer service either which makes this even more annoying. Supposedly this last update would’ve fixed the issue but it just made it worse. The developers need to fix this issue ASAP.

Instant pay hasn’t worked for me and support team unable to assist to fix the problem
This card does not work as advertised. I received my card and switched to instant pay on the app. I have yet to receive my money to the card. I reached out to support team several times over the last 2 days and they all say that’s not my dept or they send me info that doesn’t even pertain to my problem. The support team has been unable to assist so I’m going back to my previous payment method even though it costs me extra, at least I can have access to my money since nobody can help get my problem. The support team says that instant pay can take up to 24-48 hours how can someone call that instant. Instant to me means within minutes. I guess that’s where the confusion is, instant to Uber is 24-48 hours and I highly disagree with that statement. It’s just not worth the headache. I’ll pay extra to alleviate the headaches.

*DO NOT TRUST THIS CARD* I used this card for direct deposits from my employer. Everything was fine until January 2023 when I didn’t receive my monthly direct deposit from my employer. I contacted my employer to see where my direct deposit was and they provided me with the account number for Uber that it was sent to AND with the Trace ID # to provide to Uber to locate the payment since it never bounced back to my employer. *DO NOT TRUST THIS CARD* I have contacted Uber for months now with no response other than “someone from accounting will contact you”. No one has contacted me yet or ever. I have email proof that I have reached out to Uber pro card again and again and again, providing screenshots, detailed information relating to the missing direct deposits, the Trace ID # to locate the direct deposit (my employer told me to provide this number to Uber to locate the payment), and all they say is they “can already see where my request has been escalated” and they ask me if I want them to escalate it again. *DO NOT TRUST THIS CARD* My entire paycheck is with Uber pro card and they are apparently stealing my paycheck. I have received direct deposits before and after this instance but they stole my January payment. You may have to take legal action in order to receive a response from this company. *DO NOT TRUST THIS CARD*

Oddly useful
Since I work in an EV and they give tiered cash back on charging, it has become a great conduit and buffer between my actual bank accounts and my earnings. I can make payments and stay on top of my credit building and the back up balance is extremely useful for that. This is a strangely great system and I hope they continue to expand the benefits. If they had given a refund on all out of network atm fees, I think this could become the best checking account ever. But it’s a matter of whether or not they decide to. Great for what it is and what it does. I am hoping to see what more they have in the future.

One thing after another
First of all, support for this card is horrific. They are closed most of the time, if you make the unfortunate mistake of trying to resolve an issue through e mail … expect 20 e mails with no solution. So you call. They are closed most of the time as they are central time. Your account gets flagged again and again and again for things like taking a scooter past 8pm , buying a cake for a friend’s birthday party. I was locked out of my account time after time and high and dry with no money. Careful borrowing money! Each cent you make after borrowing goes to Uber. You CANNOT make ANY money until the debt is satisfied. God forbid you lose the card. Make sure you have another bank account to transfer the funds before reporting it, or else you are held hostage for 10 (TEN) days minimum without so much as a cent to use. Simply not worth it. Trust me! Awful experience for 8 grueling months.

Pretty good bank account
I’ve been doing Uber since 2021, Uber eats. But I’ve been using this card since I moved to Los Angeles last year, although I’m in Kansas now. It’s very easy to use and it is accepted in many places that the DoorDash DasherDirect card are not! The extra $100 backup balance they provide if you can fulfill the eligibility requirements comes in if you fall that low. But I will admit I don’t like that It automatically repays itself with your earnings because especially if you have to use the majority of that money for a bill.. just make sure you have enough gas to finish your shift before all of your earnings get eaten alive and you end up stranded.. I wish it was a dollar load fee like cashapp.

Liars, cheats, and thieves
This app/bank is garbage. I’ve been with Uber for over a year, consistently maintaining diamond status and earning well over the required amount for backup balance. Yet they will not give it to me. I constantly call And message about the problem but no one ever and I mean never ever answers the phone I just get placed on hold for hours. when I do get a response from Chat, I am told that a request for a callback has been placed in on my behalf, but lo and behold no one ever called. Now, my account has been overdrafted and I don’t even have overdraft option on my account. These people are liars, cheats, and thieves. Ok, but…
Once you sign up for the account, Uber puts you on automatic transfer to go to this account for each transaction. Meaning you’ll get a full break down for each deposit including order pay and tip pay. It’s convenient for those that don’t have a bank, and it’s cool that there are options to earn cash back on gas. It would be nice if there were other cash back rewards for shopping. If you want to transfer money to your personal bank account using the debit card method for instant transfer then there’s a $3 fee which means it would be better to just add your own personal debit card for payout and only pay a much lower fee for instant transfer from the Uber driver app. I would also prefer Zelle as an option to transfer money.

Your payment methods for lost or stolen cards is robbery
If I am waiting for a replacement card, I should NOT be forced to wait days for a payout by using a bank account rather than using the same account’s debit card. I should not be forced to use this stupid app for my payouts and pay a higher fee just because I want to use my original debit card I started with while waiting for your card. I wish I can just close the account with Uber Pro and Uber driver account and just start all over. This works against us instead of for us.

Scam warning!! Be aware!!
If you use this card be aware of the scam they try! If you borrow the money they lend you!! Make sure you have money money in your pocket or credit cards because they take every single fare n tip back until paid off! I had a quarter tank of gas n though I could work n fill up the tank n pay back as you go! No that's not the case they take every single dollar from your earrings not a percentage! If you have a 20$ fare they take it all back until paid in full amount! Very wrong I thought it was like 3$ 5$ no it's all your earrings! What's the point of borrowing the money if they want it right away! It's crazy! I'm half way paying the 100$ I borrowed n I'll be delete my account n they charge so much money to transfer your. Great App minus one issue
Everything about the app works well, however I have one issue with it. There is no way to sort transactions, so if I want to see a purchase I made a week ago, I have to scroll past hundreds of deposits to try to find the one purchase. It would be nice to have the ability to sort transactions by various types (i.e. deposits, withdrawals, charges, etc). I have recommended this to customer service any time I needed to call in about something. If you’d like your driver’s to use this as an active or primary checking account, please make this small change so we can do some accounting with efficiency.

DO NOT GET THE UBER PRO CARD!!!!!Missing Money and Uneducated Customer Service
I never write reviews but I felt it necessary to warn you all before someone else falls victim to this practical scam. Since getting this card a week ago, I have had countless issues; from missing nearly 160 in deposits (even though my statement reflected it, my balance didn’t), to duplicate transactions, to rude customer service agents trying to gaslight me about my issues. It has been three days and I need my money for bills yet it has disappeared into the cosmos and I have been on hold for an HOUR trying to get in contact with customer service for the THIRD time this week because they lacked the capacity to fix my issue the first two times, said they would escalate it, and then it was never escalated. Do not waste your time, it is not worth the headache.

Not a bank at all
Please do not use this card, I logged into the app on a separate phone. I have been locked out from my Uber payouts and everything for two days. Everyday they say it has been elevated to higher support and nothing. I couldn’t pay a bill that was scheduled on this card. All Uber gives me a scammer vibe something isn’t right. They barely speak English, so if you ask a question a little more complicated then common basic words. It goes completely over their head. If you have a regular bank do not use this card. Support is nonexistent and the fact I haven’t been able to work for two days because it’s just donating money is absurd. At times like this it seems inhuman. Since there is a huge country difference no sympathy is given for the American.

Good Features
Very well organized and doesn’t miss a beat with the earnings and expenses. Very detail oriented and no delays. When u get earnings and/or use the cars for expenses, it is updated right away. Also has some really good features. The card also provides ATM’s where you can withdraw funds without any fees being assessed. Also, the card offers the options to transfer funds to a bank account (3-5) business days without any fees and a debit card with a $2.99 fee (instant transfer). Overall, I’m enjoying it.

Thankful
I decided to give the Uber driver app a try whenever I got laid off, and I was needing some type of income until my unemployment started. Since using this app, I’ve had no issues at all whatsoever. The app is easy to navigate, and any questions that I’ve had about some thing the answers have always been easy to find. Then getting the luxury of having the Uber Pro Card with a back up cushion is an even more motivation and incentive to want to drive more. Thanks Uber you guys have been a lot of help!!

Great service so far!
Have had someone charge $120 at a restaurant WHILE I was driving. Was able to dispute & they sent me a new card. Every trip you complete goes directly to your card as well! Then, granted you drive enough, they give you a “back up balance” that helps in a pinch. Customer service so far and my all around experience with this card hasn’t been nothing short of spectacular! They do everything you think a card SHOULD do. Well done & thank you very much 😎🙏🏼🙌🏼

Uber Pro is on point
Iam an uber driver and have been for just under 2 years. The uber pro card is amazing, I love the fact that after every job my money is automatically deposited into my account free of charge and that they provide a backup balance of $150 that you can use for anything and then it is automatically paid back from your earnings and as long as you reach the requirements you can use the backup balance as soon as it has been paid back. This is a great feature!!

Weekly and daily statements
Hi Would be really nice if I could see separately daily total earnings and weekly total earnings like you could see that before on the Uber app if you had a direct deposit to your bank account. The deposit would be every 7 days. That way you could figure out how much you worked that week and every day and could compare your earnings base on your activity on different areas. Thank you anyways It’s nice to have access to your earnings immediately. 🙏

Time saver
I love love love the Uber Pro App. Being able to use the Pro Card to pay for gas, food and other business-related expenses makes it so much easier to document my tax info at tax season. I also like the added benefit of moving funds into a savings “account” that allows me to create a goal and not have that money in my bank accounts where it can easily get spent. But, if I needed it in an emergency, I could easily and quickly move the money into those accounts.

First costly glitch
What I feared is taking place with the app being unresponsive. Just as soon as I'm ready to make a payment using the card it stopped functioninging. I deleted the app for reinstalling and as it is uploading it won't complete and I'm not able to stop it. I preferred cashing funds out to a separate account to avoid this issue. I love the absolute ability to drive and earn, but this issue is very concerning as this can happen anytime causing inconvenience.

Uber pro card & APP are both amazing !
This application & card are impressive to say the least… This interface is intuitive, making navigation a piece of cake. The app loads quickly, and I haven't encountered any glitches or issues so far. It's been smooth sailing all the way through. And makes my job easier & my performance on deliveries consistent. I Definitely recommend giving it a try if you haven’t yet, espically being an Uber delivery driver.

Horrible app
When using the payback balance. When repaying the balance you have to repay it all before you can start making money. The bad part is the app glitches way to much and doesn’t add all the money you make. My payback balance was $45 due I make $41 and it’s still saying I owe $27 this is a horrible app now I don’t know where my money went because it’s adding way less than you make to your account. Please fix this issue!!

Chat support refused to help. I have been on an email support thread since yesterday. They refuse to help. They actually stopped responding multiple times. And I reply again, to only be given the run around again and again. I have been on hold with phone support for hours. Then I finally selected the call-back option. Hours ago. Still no call. I simply want to activate the card so that I can receive payment. NO ONE WILL HELP. ***They must be adding false positive ratings, because I would not have even tried to use this app or card if the average rating reflected the reviews. So many are like mine & much worse. And some of those terrible ratings have 4 stars. DO NOT USE THIS CARD.

I love that Uber is buying reviews for their payment card. Anyways, here's my take on this app- RUN. The instant payouts and cash back on gas was nice while it lasted, but somehow I've been locked out of my account. I have attempted to call their support number numerous times, THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. Today I found an email for them so I will update if / when I receive a response. EDIT: Their Email support will give you the runaround, literally copying and pasting support articles instead of solving the actual problem. They claim the issue is with my phone despite their app being the only one I've had a problem with.

Multiple issues but overall okay app.
Okay so I love being able to get my money right away and be able to spend it immediately. First complaint I have is you get notified on the Uber app when you finish a ride how much you make then you get another notification on this app. Why get double notified??? Second issue I have is on the Uber app you can instantly transfer to any debit card for $0.85, why does Uber charge more just because you have their card. Seems like they are punishing you for having their card. Stop the double notifications and make it be similar across the platform for payouts.

Many banks provide benefits for reaching Direct Deposit quotas. It would be nice for this card to allow us to set up our own “direct deposit”, allowing us to choose: weekly/monthly timescales, day of the week or number day, cash out or preset value (with on/off to utilize directly, available umbrella funds) this would add a layer of security for drivers to leave their money with you, and for people like me who want to use as many eco banks as possible, to meet these various quotas. Uber Pro Card not working
I have spoken with numerous Supervisors here at Branch and for Uber Eats and still must use my own debit card even though I am paying 85 cents often when it should be free with the Uber Pro Card instant cash out. Whenever I go into the Wallet section of the Uber Pro Card, it says apply for new card even though I already have the card and it appears correctly in the Uber Pro Card app and has been verified as such. Lastly, the branch customer service agents say its a problem within the Uber Driver app and the Uber Eats priority support say it must be a problem with the branch app. I have had this issue for nearly a year and am fed up. Will anyone solve this issue?

Needs some improvements! ASAP
I will give this bank credit for be convenient but when it comes to disputes, it’s the worse. I was on hold for so long that I had time to shop at 4 different stores, drive home, put away the groceries and was still on hold. Approximately for 4 hours and the battery of my AirPods died. I just wanted to stop a payment on something that I did twice (my fault) but to contact my bank and wait this long for answer, then get an answer then being transferred and wait some more is ridiculous. I think I will take my money somewhere else who got it together. It’s stressful and exhausting. I hope you guys hear this review and do better.

Corrupted coding on Lock Card
This happens on any Apple device I have so far, I’m on my second iPhone 14 Pro and I bought a backup iPhone 8. I vaguely remember the iPhone 12 having issues where I force the app off and reopen while it should be plain and simple. I use the lock and unlock feature because I do not want to see how long a missing card can go because I have automatic deposits.

Don’t get the card!!
I purchased gas at a pump using it as a debt card. I did not get the % back as you need to run it as a credit. Per instructions from Uber Pro Card support. On my next fill up I went in and pre purchased $40 and ran it as credit per instructions from support. Once again I did not get the % back. Not only was the issue not getting a % back but the gas station put a HOLD FOR $150 on my card which didn’t release for 3 business days! When you have bills to pay don’t use this card for gas! I will be cancelling this card and going back to my cash out to another card. This card sounded good at the beginning, but after having it for a week it’s just a way to get you to use their card.

We all need to sue Uber they are the biggest scam out here Lyft if much better Uber told me to rent a car from them to pick up my Uber passengers and only a debit was needed I went o pick car up and could not get it w o a major credit card so Uber kept my money told my bank it was for and Uber ride and some how sent documents to my band showing it was for and Uber ride so they was able to keep my rental car money I’m blogging everywhere about this 😡😡😡

Where is my $6.31?
Uber says that I was paid, but this app that I was encouraged to use by Uber says that I was not paid. I used chat several times and they all replied that I was paid. I called Uber support. They gave me a $3 inconvenience fee and said I would be paid the $6.31 on my next ride. That did not happen. I called back. Uber support again said that I was paid on 3/21. By the end of the call the person agreed I had not been paid and said they would open an investigation and get back to me within 2 weeks. That did not happen. I called again today and they said I had been paid on 3/21. I had not been paid. Ann then said they would have to open an investigation AND said that a previous investigation does not exist. After I demanded to speak to a manager because I have no reason to believe that an investigation would be opened this time since an investigation was not opened last time, she hung up on me. Stay tuned for an edit for what happens next.

Just wish the transfer fee was 0$ - I have to transfer money a lot an I’m losing a lot of money by doing so 🫤 so I just wish they had a better option an not charge a transfer fee- also it would be nice and idk if anyone is having issues with UBER or the pro card - I think it’s UBER in general but I am getting money taken from my tip money —- it’s like 10 cents here an there ; but that adds up !!! Idk what that is but UBER customer service says that it’s not them. So- I’m not sure what’s going on !!!

Risk vs reward
The Risk is having happen to me like many others the white screen of death. When I open the app it lets me log in but only to be greeted with a white screen. I cannot access my funds from my past few trips and I’m sure that many of you know this could make or break you if you’re betting on your next cash out to get you some gas. Thankfully I’m not but it’s clearly a big error on their side and getting in touch with support can take a long time. Hopefully Uber sees this and will help me out but I know I’m not the only one this has happened to. Peoples money cannot be something that can’t be reached or seen.

Uber Pro Card (My)Review -#UPC
I am writing this review from my experience of using the Uber Pro Card for 30 days, I am extremely happy with the service. Firstly I get instant rebate when I get gas, food, or regular store shopping. After all my uber trips once I turn off my app my funds gets send to my upc account without the wait. Secondly the UPC app is very interactive which is what I love mostly you can check your funds, save money in a special part of the app, check your rewards earn for using your card even deposit money on your card 😍. In conclusion if you is still debating to yourself on getting a UPC I hope this brief summary will be of great benefit to that you will enjoy the status of having this platinum instrument in your position. I have no con about this card.

Locked account
I have been locked out of my app for a very long time and customer support is no help. I was told that my provider blocked them from sending verification codes but they do not. At this point none of them can unlock my account or email me once they have done anything to update my app information and all they know how to do is claim they know what I’m going through. So my next course of action will be to find a way to withdraw my funds from the account and close the account because I don’t want to deal with a company that can’t fix their system’s issues for their customers.
