UCCU Mobile Banking

It won't fully load, and it crashes. I've restarted my phone, deleted the app and redownloaded it and the problem still consists.

This app used to work good with my IPhone but it no longer uses my biometrics to recognize me to log in. This is bad when I’m that person who has to deal with so many pass words that I don’t even remember my pass words without looking them up and when I’m out and about I just like to get on my banking app and see what I have without looking up password to get on the system!!! Please fix this so the app can recognize my face to login! Please!

The new UI refresh is awesome. Way better than what we had before. Could still use a dark mode but I’ll take what we got.

I’ve never seen an app “down for maintenance” both app and website more then this one. Always seems to be in the most inconvenient times too.

Glad to see updates. Wish I could get biometrics to work.

Keep being told that it's not talking to my account and try back later!

Good app and hasn’t failed me so far

I just downloaded the app and it's already not working, it needs to be fixed asap. I might have to change banks.

Every time I go to log in it says that it failed to talk to server and to try again later. Every time.

Update installed and now the app does not work. :( The app worked great prior to update.

It crashes when you clicking 'pending transactions'

The update has caused it to close itself after the opening banner. Please quickly fix because this is the way I check my account

Has been very convenient for me and easy to understand.

Latest update does not even allow the app to open but as soon as you attempt to open it it disappears.

The "update" now crashes the app due to a compatibility issue with apples new iOS version
