Good Hair AFFORDABLE

I first start purchasing UNice hair my junior year of highschool in 2016. Back then the prices was very very cheap for such good hair. I wore this hair for my 20th birthday. My highschool graduation, lunch & prom and never was disappointed. Ordered a few more time my freshman and sophomore year of college. Their hair is GREAT !! I’m guessing since more people has started buying hair from their company their prices has risen but it’s still affordable. I love there hair and recommend it a lot to friends that need options. They’ve added a lot of more features to the website. Different grades of hair and 360 wigs.

Unsure of how “U Nice” When Customer Is Not Satified

But because I need hair since I’m without my own currently, I had to repurchase a faulty wig that was sent to me previously! I was in immediate contact once I knew and seen the faults and asked seller to exchange wig and they fought tooth and nail!!! I sent pictures of the faults and they only wanted to give $15-$20 back from a $180 order. That’s an insult to me! Working on that issue right now but I needed another wig just like the faulty one they sent me because I don’t like switching up my hairstyles like that, I like for my “hair” to look the same every time. I sure hope these businesses remember that they’re ONLY in business because of US and want their customers completely SATISFIED and change their tactic of just wanting the money over making the WE ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THEIR PRODUCT! It’s “man made”, every wig is not going to be “perfect”. When it’s brought to your attention, don’t insult the customer’s intelligence by offering them $15-$20 back from a huge purchase, rather offer a more fitting solution (exchange as I asked)! You’ll keep (me and some others) customers coming back if you do!!!! Thanks!!!!!!

Overall Amazing So Far

So far this company/ app is amazing. I’ve already worked my way up to Plus V.I.P and every single time I place an order they pamper me with free gifts. Shipping doesn’t take a long time at all compared to other companies. The app is easy to navigate. And the quality of the hair they sell is up to par and then some with the pricing. I will continue to purchase my wigs from UNice Hair and I’m excited to maybe purchase some bundles as well.

Customer service is TERRIBLE

I requested an exchange on a wig that didn’t fit my head (most average size wigs fit my head, which means the average size cap size they were advertising is really a small sized cap) and they were not trying to let me exchange at all and only offer $20 or $30 back on a $200 wig purchase. Plus, different people kept responding to my customer service messages each time and some were saying they couldn’t do anything at all and others were saying I can get a full refund…..nothing has been solved yet because they take forever to respond to their messages. It takes them a day to respond back. Will not be ordering from them again and don’t recommend.

Glad I FINALLY bought my hair from here

I’d been scoping the site for awhile. Would often get pop ups and see advertising for them on my social. I finally committed to buying and it did not disappoint. Within one week of ha I my first wig from her I purchased another with from here. The hair is true to size, soft and manageable. It’s beautiful. I’ve gotten so many compliments that it looks like my natural hair! Love love UNICE!

So I’ve ordered one deep part curly clip on wig from here super soft and great hair holes good with conditioner & water mist spray I also had coconut foam hair is def lovely Than I ordered my daughter 3 straight human hair bundles for back to school install it was her first time getting weave she’s 13 great no shedding little to no smell great hair holds curls good Today I ordered a v-part body wave clip on wig I hope this one is as great as the others !! 1st time user

I’ve been meaning to buy a week from UNice. This is my first time and I’m very excited. I’m really looking forward to the week because of the reviews been following a page on Instagram can’t wait to see what it will look like. it was a easy process by using the app to purchase the wig instead of online website.

UNice has unique, beautiful and stylish wigs that easy to install even for a beginner. Ordering from here all the time.

I order from here all the time. It is convenient & fast. I’ve never had an issue. I loveee the hair. Sometimes it’s discounts, sometimes it’s not. But in my opinion, the hair is not super expensive. But it is great quality hair. Thank you so much. I usually get the Brazilian body wave, I’ma try Malaysian or Indian next.

Unpleasant

I purchased my wig on the 16th of March 2022. I paid the extra $20 for express shipping. Going into the app I learned that express shipping for this company is 1-2 shipping days. Ok it is now the 21st of March and I still can not track my order. I have tried to reach out the the message system they have set up in the app and I get zero response I also tried email still nothing. So then I go back into the app and learn that they use all other app to communicate trough so I try this and still nothing. I guess if I don’t hear back from them by morning I will just cancel and go to LUVME hair.

Cut for free

Ive shared two different wigs on this app to get the cut for free and i had over 100 people click the link and view but yet i still haven’t seen a difference on the app to say i made progress at all im disappointed i just wanted to get a wig before my baby comes in the end of November if the site just wanted promotion they should have said that instead of claiming you will get a wig off a certain amount of people that click the link , if i can get a wig for free before my baby comes that will be great it would be one less thing i have to worry about

First Time

I hope it’s a great purchase. After reading all the reviews I was convinced. I’ve never worn a wig and have only had a weave 2x in my life and each time I’ve haven’t kept it in pass 3 days. I’ve spent close to $1200 for the 2x I did it. I’m older now and my hair is thinning. I wanted something natural to my own texture and chose the wavy - 20in. I hope it’s my style and I wear it well just as all the ladies on the reviews!

not good

Every time I click on a wig, it takes 5 min to load the page. It wouldn’t allow me to get a nice wig that was on sale for a limited time flash deal because it wouldn’t load and the time ran out. So frustrating knowing I could’ve saved $60 on a wig but i couldn’t because the app wasn’t functioning correctly. On top of that when i scroll looking for hair it randomly brings me back to the top of the page. I could be scrolling for 10 min and then randomly it will take me back to the top which is so annoying.

Ive had many issues receiving my hair

I ordered a curly wig from unice, then waited a week for it to arrive. I then reached out to unice only for them to tell me the hair was out of stock. But they do that alot! if the hair is out of stock you should put that on your website or at least reach out to let somebody know! Then They offer you hair that doesn’t even amount to what you ordered as gifts then they will finally offer you a refund. The wigs are cute overall but don’t really last long in my opinion

Loveeee this app

Much easier to use than the site, everything is organized and simple to checkout. You can easily use your points on your account to pay part of an order, you can see past orders, wish lists, order tracking etc.

Never Disappointed

Unice always satisfies! I have a small head, and a lot of wigs are just too roomy for me. Unice’s wigs adjust to the perfect side without that headache effect. The hair stays soft and looks so natural. The parts and hair barely need any work… just cut the lace, slap it on and go! And my Unice wigs usually last about 2 years even repeated washings.

Don’t fall for promotions

They barely take the price down during the promotion and the Black Friday promo where the wigs are super cheap is a SCAMMMMMMM. I was clicking long before the timer was up. As soon as the clock hits the hour it’s sold out. There’s no way to click before then either. I think they put it up to bait people in because I saw that same wig with the official price still up so they ain’t SOLD OUT. Also with the free spins you NEVER GET FREE HAIR. It’s always those stupid lashes or bonnet and you can’t even get it without buying something first. UNICE? MORE LIKE NICE TRY.

Love the hair but not the website

The pricing on the website is wrong throughout. Will be advertised for much lower price but when go to checkout it’s much higher. Don’t have multiple pictures of the same wig with different pricing. Worse part is when I asked customer service, they just said it was a mistake. Seemed intentional when it occurred on more than 1 higher quality wigs.

This app is on point the wigs are always amazing they don’t stink and the price is right!!! I have ordered a few wigs and they are still in great condition after 6 months of moderate use! Out of all the online stores this one is by far the best in every way

It’s good

Would’ve gave it a five star if the tracking delivery wasn’t messed up it completely blank and I like to see where my package is at. But besides that it’s great, nice wigs , easy to get points, and affordable wigs that are good ALSO HAS A FREE package that comes with the wig. I’ll come back when I actually get the wig and give more feedback but I seen reviews and I’m sure it’ll be great.

I like the company

It’s quite difficult to use your coupons and discounts, sometimes you select them and they don’t apply and then they are invalid. Other than that, once everything it working well it’s great. Products are very nice and work well. Looking forward to my new order.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEW

I have been trying to get in contact with customer service for almost over a week in regards to my order. No one has messaged, emailed or called me back. This is very frustrating considering how much money I’ve spent on this company. Everytime I try to send a message through the chat as well it says offline. When I tried to call main line for customer service it says phone is disconnected. Please respond to my issue.

All these positive reviews can’t be true I ordered a wig a whole month ago and paid for express shipping I did over it until today then I purchased a 26 inch wig I have 24 in they won’t refund me the difference from the inches or the express shipping And please customer service is a joke u can never get your issues resolved no matter how they screwed up!!! Everyone that works for this business needs to take a class in customer service Including the BUINESS OWNER!!!

Easy to use

Excessive amounts of messages and emails

Like the app. I don’t like the fact I’m messaged through Text, WhatsApp, and email for the same thing. It’s like I get it, you want me to buy your products but please stop harassing me all day long with the constant messaging. I get texts every 10 minutes from UNice hair.

Need More Consistency

I am always appreciative of reviews especially when shopping for a product. On some of the wigs, there are clearly other pictures used from different wigs (when you look at color and closure vs. frontal). Also there were a few wigs I wanted that said they were in stock, however were sold out.

Needs A Better Payment Method

Your only two options shouldn’t be creating an account that can possibly check your credit and forces you to pay in installments and will absolutely not let you pay the full amount of something over “their limit” or using PayPal.

UNice V part wig

I see the same wig with different prices, and I am confused by why that is. Makes me a little skeptical about the site. I purchased a beginners V part wig. It didn’t give me an option for a head size. So I pray this wig isn’t to big for my head. I am not a wig wearer, this is my first time. I am crossing my fingers!

The best

My 3rd unit from them. The hair is soft and very manageable. Does shed a little but not enough to stop me from purchasing their units. I used to shop luvme hair but the quality changed tremendously. I pray that unice continue to provide this great quality of hair.

Had to order my wig twice

I place a order for the same wig on May 29th I still don’t have delivery date for that order. I received a email basically saying if I order another wig I’d get it within 24-48hr or refunded. My birthday June 8th & im hoping this wig comes in the mail within the next two days. I’ve reached out multiple times with no response on the previous wig I purchased on the 29th it still says “processing”
