Just started using the app today. So far I like it. I like the following in the app (website has additional features): - Can sign in with a fingerprint. - Can make internal and external transfers - Can pay bills - Can use Zelle - Can deposit checks with phone Features I would like added to the app: - Access to messages like on website - Access to statements

Ever need to just login and take care of business. But NO in order to continue without pop ups I get to do this review. Now back to my time sensitive matter

This app is so cool

The app always glitches when I’m trying to login. That’s like the biggest bug ever!!! Please this fix issue ASAP! It’s been going on since when I first started using the app.

I would give this 5 stars if it offered facial recognition and fingerprint authentication on devices that offer it after you have logged in once. The app itself does everything I desire and does it well.

Of course with the new update the mobile deposit area of the app is working anymore. I can’t take pictures of my checks to deposit but my camera works just fine. Nice.

IOS 16.3.1, iPhone 12, The most recent version is supposed to incorporate Card Agent function from a separate app. When the update was performed, tapping the card icon crashes the app into a white screen of death.

No updates available on iOS device, but when trying to open the app it just closes out.

Anytime I press select “cards” it kicks me off of the app.

This app is ok at best, it works when it wants to, and has non of the features that other banks do. Don’t get me wrong, love the bank but this ap is straight number 2

App closes on startup

Awesome app with bill pay in there and you can take a picture of a check to deposit it!!!

IF I get past the first loading screen, I am stuck in a never ending loop of security questions, that I have never filled out the answer too.

This app is completely unusable. The last one was bad enough.
