Big Dawg Status

Since I had took my lil break 22mths ago and now my I’ve returned it’s been an major upgrade/facelift and i must say it’s truly remarkable and breathtaking walking in the casino now but the buck doesn’t just stop there what y’all have done on the Unity app is not just bending the block ohhh no baby it’s like y’all said come ride with me somewhere and that ride wasn’t around to corner store to get snacks nope surely wasn’t. This is more like an escape to the four seasons resort of bora bora for 3wks all paid round trip it’s just that remarkable since joining the Unity By HardRock you guys have done an outstanding job and now sports betting has arrived superb but I just can’t even imagine what the update going to be like so I’m just waiting patiently to see what’s in store….⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Reservation

I was granted icon status. They matched my platinum status from Borgota . I decided to book a room . I requested a king bed smoking room . When I went to check in I had to go to the front desk . I wasn’t offered mobile check in or mobile keys like Borgota. When I got to the desk I was told they didn’t have any smoking rooms available. So I dealt with that . When I got to my room it was not a suite , it was not a king bed , and it was a handicap room . Those things I was not told . Then when I was ready to check out I called the operator Bd was told , I had to be out by 12 , Borgota is 2 , I asked to speak with the front desk , I was told there is no direct line to the front desk . I asked if there was a drop box for my keys , was told they didn’t know . Was told to leave keys on my room . I asked how would they know if I checked out on time so I don’t get charged a late fee. I was told if I was worried about that to go to the front desk . Hard rock needs to update their system. This was when you check in on your phone you know exactly what you are getting, no front desk , no keys , no waiting . I was very disappointed that Hard rock is so behind in technology. Also tier status does not give you any perks . No free play or comps towards food .

Is hard to win

Hi Seminole clásicc family I fell so sad because I love play at your casino but I never won any decent jackpots , I saw people no black card won a lot 50 ctvs God players like me nothing , I spend a lot money weekly and I no get nothing , every time I ask for concert tickets the host guys especially Bruce no have nothing for me , terrible the attention , I see host have preference in the players it’s not fear I’m a kind of player very nice and when I go to pick up my offers gift and if I go 5 minute late they close but I see they hold for another’s players , the attention of the cashier poh terrible and rude ! Well maybe things change in the casino like good customer service and kind people

We had the best experience with the front desk, receptionist, LaKayla!! She went above and beyond to meet my needs and has a great customer service skills. Our reservation happen to get canceled because we had a late flight and wasn’t able to check in. we called the one 800 number and a gentleman by the name of Jesse did not empower himself to take care of me. He said the room was fully booked and that there was nothing he could do for me. It wasn’t until we showed up to the resort, and Lakayla went above and beyond to make us happy! We appreciate her and you have a beautiful resort!

Hard Rock Tampa

My wife and I visited the Hard Rock numerous times over the last few years and always have an enjoyable time. The slot machines seem to pay back at reasonable rates and keep us going. Now I’m not saying we always win, but at least we feel it affords us some payout to keep playing. The staff is seriously the nicest in any casino we’ve ever been too. We live close to Atlantic City and those other casinos don’t come close to the Hard Rock Casinos. AC Hard Rock is also great but Tampa still outshines! Stay Great Tampa- don’t change a thing!

I love playing at Hard Rock Hollywood but at my last stay I went to the comp area in the high limit room to see if I could get breakfast the next morning. The gentleman said he could give me $50. Which was great but when I went to check my unity points to see if I could get a sweatshirt because it is always so cold at the tables I saw that they took the breakfast off my unity points. So disappointing, unless I didn’t do or say something right at the restaurant. I still love playing at Hard Rock Hollywood JanetMerrall

Happy, but could use improvement!

I’ve had good luck at the Hard Rock one time. I left my wallet on a machine and I called and immediately they told me they had my wallet. They’re very helpful and courteous. Every time I’ve gone there. My only problem has been receiving a card offering me free rooms and then when I call they don’t have any rooms available for months. I would appreciate if somebody could look into it and possibly give me a night night or two a free stay so I can play the games. Thank you.

Safe environment!!

Tampa Hard Rock is such a fun atmosphere. I have been coming here for 20 yrs. Their security has always been prevalent, and I have to say for a business that sells alcohol I have never seen a fist fight there. Any alter actions that have occurred they have been right there. I guess what I am saying is they do not over step their bounds, but you will be aware of their presence. That’s important when you are a family man like me who owns his own business. There is no fun like safe fun!! Thanks Tampa Hard Rock!!

Unhappy app user

Since my account was switched from the Seminole wild card to the Unity card, the app never opens the way it supposed to. It always starts out with finish your online account set up. I already have an established account set up. I did over the phone, so even if I put in my information, the feedback shows you already have an account. Why can’t the app just open and let me login and go right to my account, I even upgraded my phone from an iPhone 12 pro-max to the iPhone 14 pro-max. So I went to my app to login and it was exactly the same as my previous phone. I also deleted the app and reinstalled it thinking that might solve the problem but no it has not. :(

Great Times

For starters they gave me a discount rate for a overnight stay which was a very nice room. I went there with my father-in-law and I to celebrate our birthdays. We had a great time and enjoyed playing all different games and slot machines. We will definitely come back. It’s a place to go to to have a real good time. To relax, have fun.,& really enjoy yourself, playing their many slot, machines, and table games. There is something for everyone. Thanks and hope to come back real soon. Daniel C

Crazy confusing app

This new app is so frustrating and confusing and should offer a tutorial in how to access specific information. The selected defaults options sometime become viewable but most of the time all I see is ransom pages of info I didn’t request to view. I could go on and on how horrible and stressful this app us in lacking flow and simple usability, but see for yourself. WildCard site was far superior in ease of use than Unity App. Good luck….

Hardrock best casino ever!

Hands down the best casino since switching over to unity, the upgrade to the guitar rooms and pool is phenomenal and the service at the Seminole Florida location is respectful and its spotless! The staff, including the hosts such as Michael, are outstanding! Thank you for being an oasis to run away to so close to home being and living in broward county!! Also the cleanliness has increased so much and the accommodations that go above and beyond for my paraplegic husband have been fantastic! Five stars!!!

Casino With Great Amenities

The HardRock Casino in Gary, In, has the most hospitable service I have had at any casino I have been to. Nora was very helpful and answered all my questions. They have many food options, from Asian flare to America fare at the HardRock Cafe. The Rewards card has better benefits and rewards perks than any other casino I’ve been to. The $20 in free play won we $50 in real money. I will be visiting this casino and other HardRock in the future. Consider me a Member

Dashboard loading

The app was great for quick reference initially but for the past week or so the dashboard just sits on loading. Every other aspect operates fine aside from that. Not sure what the issue is but every time I navigate to the dashboard it just sits loading…been that way for at least 4 days now. I’d otherwise give it 5 stars but this is a basic function. Another recommendation would be to remove free play that’s been used already. Just a suggestion. The non-loading of the dashboard though is an actual problem though.

Booking a room is impossible.

I have been trying for three days now to book a room on this app and it’s madness, and untenable. I gave it three days of trying because maybe it was me. No, it’s the godawful app. I wanted a room for tomorrow night. I know they give you an 800 number to call if your having technical difficulties, but I was trying to work through the app because that’s what it’s for, one stop shopping. Another thing, I placed the Tampa Hard Rock as my preferred destination and every single time I open my Unity App it takes me to the Hard Rock in NYC. Me and my wife are still going to the Tampa Hard Rock on Sunday but we are staying somewhere else. This app is beyond aggravating.

Love Tampa HardRock

I love the casino, been going there for 3 years, however, the free play has been disappointing for many months, unfortunately I don’t go there as often as I should, but if you promote higher and more free play it would encourage more people to go. I would love to give a shout out to a gentleman at the Rise, his name is Curtis, his work ethic and dedication every time my husband and I had gone there has been outstanding.

Lack of water

Hi, my basic concern is that it’s not enough staff walking around to assist the patrons of getting water..I try acquiring through the machines and they’re even longer!! I have sat from 1-2 hrs looking for someone to bring beverages of any nature and I end up having to ring for service, It’s just crazy!!! Another concern of mine.. I have a small purse that’s being checked at the door!! I understand everyone is doing their job, so no disrespect on that part. But what I’m concerned about is the men not being checked and a weapon could be amongst them.. I feel like everyone need to use the metal detector or pat them down!!! Just looking in someone’s purse will not stop them of having a weapon. A weapon could be in their bra’s, wig, waist, shoes/boots, etc… Men especially need a pat down of some sort!! Why don’t I have offers.

I’ve been going everyday for almost a year. Spending my check every week and you’ve completely cut me off. Though I don’t make much but I was content with the 5 a day and now you don’t give me dissly. I was told if I spent more money and that’s what I’ve done. The promotion people were rude when I asked almost as if I was begging. Learn how to treat people. I don’t understand

Absolutely abhorrent

Despite all of the accolades to this “new programme”, it is a disaster from the first email trying to set it up and login. After finally able to login, everything that was supposedly going to be transferred (cumulated visits, hotel points, etc.) has not at this point. Over functionality of the app is basically an electronic rubbish heap. Outside of the visual appeal (the only reason rated as a 1⭐️, and no option for 0),it is overall underwhelming overrated. Though the HR Rewards app was in definite need of improvement, it was at least something to build upon, not needing to reinvent the wheel. If it was not ready for release, why even bother releasing it?

Customer service

The features are clear and informative only lacking area is in live customer service. I would like to be able to interact with a live concierge person who can see my play history and be able to assist with providing free play or talk about upcoming events and be able to secure tickets. If you can provide that level of support I will brag about it to others. If not no point to bring up.

Free play

I live an hour and a half from hard rock in Hollywood. I drove all the way down there because the app said that I had $70 in FreePlay now I know it takes 24 to 48 hours to update however it was way longer than that and if you look through my transactions, you will not see where the $70 was played. So I drove an hour and a half to get no free play!Needless to say, I was not very happy, because as you can tell, I am a pretty, consistent, high gambler, and no one could help me with this issue.

Can’t ever win in this place.

Come here often with different friends. For some reason always go home loosing with the money I come with and then some. Then I find out that one of my friend that hardly comes here to play gets a free cruise. His a Star and am a Legend. I just can’t figure it out. How does that works. I come here about 5 times a year sometimes more, spend money and don’t win. I don’t even get a break on getting a certificate for a free cruise. What do I have to do to be able to qualified. I guess I have to stop coming here all together.

Relaxing,Fun & Entertaining Environment

We had a great experience everyone was very kind and the Hotel is extremely clean and inviting. The only change I would make is the smell of cigarette smoke upon checking in and walking to your room. Put the non smoking area by the check in of hotel so not everyone has to smell that. Otherwise I highly recommend this stay!

Buffet

I love the hard rock at Tampa. I’m hoping that you will please bring the buffet back. We are getting tired of eating at the same places all the time. The buffet gives everyone a very large variety to choose from , and everyone is happy. At the cafe, it takes too long to wait for our meal. Please, please, please bring it back. Staff

I fell when retrieving a ticket from a roulette machine at Tampa Hard Rock and staff were everywhere helping me. They filled out a report, and told me don’t hesitate if anything happened if I heard anywhere to let them know, asked me if I wanted to go to the nurse, it couldn’t have been more caring concerned experience, which took the humiliation of falling off that chair away. Although, I must admit the tickets were way too low to retrieve, and now they have placed them up higher. Thank you and God bless Lauren Waterman.

Awful

After being badgered for months to switch accounts, I finally sat down to start the process. I thought it was me…I’m not tech savvy…but I read thru all instructions and followed them specifically. Nope! Horrible web site and horrible app. I’m currently in an eternal loop of trying to reset my password. I’ve been sent a dozen emails to reset my password but it takes to a site that’s undergoing ‘maintenance.’ This is for the website and app. This is beyond aggravating for a membership for HRC pins only. Run, run as fast as you can away from this app and site. Not worth it!

Unity App-solutley wonderful

New app Easy to understand, navigate and find information. Dashboard makes information readily available. Reservations go more smoothly than the previously used website which often had stalls in glitches. Great idea. It’s a game changer for access to rewards, reservations and events. Love it

Security

I like to come early in the am but I don’t feel safe in the parking lot and especially while waiting for an elevator. Even the doors don’t close quickly when the button is pressed and it would allow someone to jump in. Not a good feeling when I’m the only woman in there. Any crook knows that everyone coming to the casino is coming with cash.

Always a great time

We’ve been visiting the Tampa Seminole Hard Rock Casino & Hotel on a regular basis over the last 7 years when staying at the homestead in St Pete. We have always enjoyed our stay as well as our play. Love the vibe & certainly appreciate the cleanliness of the establishment, especially during these unprecedented times.

a terrible app & program- AND my tier & rewards seem at risk

the app AND this thing called "unity" appear amateurish. the app is unwieldy. easy and clear use by a new user was not a high priority for this app. upon entering the app using my account number, it has my profile information but no tier or rewards data from my Rock Royalty account. so, am i in or out?! do i have Icon tier or not? (my 17,000+ points or not? my $500+ comp points or not?). overall, it's a confusing and inept roll out of a "new" program that is of little or no value to anyone unless they travel the world.

Checking in

I’m just trying to check in. I got an email with a link so I could check in before arriving. I followed the link but it wouldn’t let me check in without joining the unity club. I did it. It still wouldn’t let me check in, so I downloaded the unity app. It still won’t let me check in. I’m almost at the hotel now but starting off on the wrong foot. I’m sure it will go more smoothly in person.

I didn’t realize how casinos could vary in so many ways. The Hard Rock Casino offers so many fun things to do that make it really different in a fun and exciting way. Makes you feel welcomed and relaxed as if you are there with friends and family. Great experience

Improving

Much better than the old app which was really just the an app version of the website. Hope to see precious locations visited added soon as that’s usually the only reason why I would check the app here and there. Haven’t had a chance to have the rewards “scanned” yet but I’ll see how that goes next visit.

Overall I am enjoying most of what u offer. But one thing all my fa & friends hate is waiting excessively. and this is our average wait regardless of where we r this mega facility : out of 10 being the worst we are lucky to get a 3 out of 10. To us service is everything. I gave them a 4 star of if 5, not for long.

Hard Rock Unity App

This App is Great. Easy to use and do many things like checking Status of Points/Reservation and etc. Great feature to have on the phone and Handy to have Access when u need it. Definitely Download and start using this App if You belong to the HardRock Casino.

Points Expiration

Love the idea of receiving points but have a problem with keeping them since they expire after 6 months. I believe that it should expire after 12 months. I am considered a “snow bird” and do not have the ability to visit my favorite casino in Florida for 6 months. I just feel it should be changed to 12 months. Thank you for your time.

Kinks Finally Worked Out

Unity had a rocky start but it appears any issues are resolved. I have had no issues logging in and so far everything looks correct. Going to HR Tampa tomorrow 10/1 so I’ll update if my points don't accrue or my free play is wrong. I have faith! Happy gambling everyone. 🎰♠️♥️♣️♦️

Tier status match

Very disappointed that I am a diamond member with Caesars with almost 20,000 points and was only given a match worth less than 15,000 points. It takes a minimum of 15,000 points with Caesars to be a diamond member when asking the employees at Hard Rock unity about this they said that it is not a point for point match. If you’re going to advertise matching tier status, then this needs to be looked into because you’re not matching tear status.

I like this app because it helps you learn a lot of the games that are already in the casino which helps you develop some favorites to try once you get there and show your friends how to play as well.

Easy access

I enjoy being able to check my status and offers whenever I want to. Sometimes , not often the hotel reservations part is not in sync with the reservation system at customer service. Overall I enjoy the site.

Nice but could be better

They need to have a way to input transactions that you forgot to show your account number during checkout. Also, it would be nice if they brought back the “unverified “ visits so we can document the Hard Rock’s we’ve been to before they had an app (for us old timers)

Customer service tops other casinos especially Jolie and Eddie and Eric in slot service. The bathrooms are impeccably clean which I appreciate immensely and are not that way in other casinos . Hotel stay

Good morning when I checked im yesterday I spoke to the customer care person in person and informed her my request of ocean view and or upgraded room and I was given neither . I was given room. 1243 which is a horrible view room , it’s a view of a parking deck and roof top generators , this has been a horrible negative hotel experience for me .
