Used this app recently for a shuttle ride to Cancun airport. First off, it took over 24 hours for the app to recognize my confirmation number so don’t expect it to show your booking instantly. I tried to get in touch with the company to move my pickup time. Attempting to call through the app didn’t work (couldn’t connect), but the chat function worked ok (it disconnected/reconnected a few times). On the day of my pickup the app still showed my booking under FUTURE not TODAY, which made me nervous if our ride was actually going to be on time. It wasn’t until I used the in app chat function to reconfirm my pickup that my ride appeared correctly under TODAY and I could see my driver was assigned and on his way. TLDR: Don’t expect much from this app, use the chat function to confirm your pickup. For the price I paid I expect the app to work better. I have used other more affordable shuttle services with better customer communication and user experience
I’m not sure why all the negative reviews, but it worked perfectly for us. Showed when the car was coming, alerted on pickup, and provided all driver details. So much easier than wondering and waiting. Will use USA Transfers again because of the app and timely/friendly drivers.
I tried for days to modify a reservation on the app. Most of the time I get an error message, but when it goes through, the modification link doesn’t work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that didn’t work. I finally called the number and made the change. She said she’d send a confirmation email, but I never received it. That was a few days ago. I’ve used USA Transfers a lot, and this is the first time I’ve had this much trouble.
While over used USAtransfers several times , this was first time trying the app. First off the status doesn’t update unless I log out and log back in. It never showed the drivers name until after the trip was completed. The map only shows where you are - it never showed where the driver was. The chat function never worked. I tried checking on driver status but got no response.
Many things have been fixed and now it works great. It is very helpful. You can call their customer service for free or chat with them and track your van. Great job USA transfers!
All of the challenges have been fixed! The “log-in” is seamless! A little “baby” App can provide you with the basic info, and assist with finding of the “greeters “ at the airport! Love the USA-TRANSFERS! Reliable and consistent! All the time! Bravo!!
I tried several times to log in. It asked for my email and confirmation number. Then I got an error message saying incorrect password. How is that possible when it didn’t ask for a password. This app doesn’t work at all.
Maybe not too many users during Covid and it shut down? Looks like they did an update 2 weeks ago and maybe that is what killed it? Oh well I hope they update and fix. Like others have said as soon as you tap it, the app no longer works.
What a useless app. One can’t even hit the log in button once you enter your email and reservation#. It is apparent this is the case for any iPhone user.
