I only do business with Festus, Mo location, and that won’t be changing anytime soon! They are extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient, and being a single women I’m usually in fear anytime it comes to getting anything done on my vehicle, but not here!! At my Festus, Mo Valvoline I’m never scared cuz I don’t have to be! At my last visit the district manager had dropped in on them and he too was amazing, and he actually stopped what he was doing to keep me company and took the time to make sure I had no concerns while I waited for my car to be done! You won’t find one tech there who is not friendly, honest and efficient, and the best part is they even go out or their way to always try and save you money!! So for your next oil change I dare you to visit my favorite Festus, Mo or any Valvoline location, I promise you if you do, it will be the only place you choose to go!!
First time visit exceeded my expectations. I have changed my own oil for 30 years, primarily because I just don’t trust anyone with oil changes. I use full synthetic oil, and I have control issues...I gotta know what’s going into my car and that it’s done right. But I’m too old to be crawling under cars, so I had to make a change. This place lets you watch the whole job, they yell out everything they are doing (even confirming what type of oil you asked for when reaching for the clearly-labeled oil gun), they show you the dipstick after they’re done, and they have you start the car and rev it for 10 seconds to check that everything is tight. Prices are on par with a dealer (slightly less than Lexus, though), but for me the peace of mind that comes with this level of service is worth it.
Everything about Valvoline is top-notch. About five years ago, I always went to Walmart for price savings. I was in a rush with three kids, and I loved the idea I did not have to get out of the car. I was concerned about the price, but the manager said he would price-match Walmart. That day I got my oil changed in under ten minutes. I brought my second vehicle back up by switching the kids over. I had both cars done within 30 minutes. I lived two minutes away! I was so impressed with the customer service and how easy and efficient it was I have never gone back to Walmart. Well worth the price. I have been a lifetime customer from that day on.
This app is incredibly useful and easy to use. Valvoline is perfect for people who are always on the go and my not have a schedule that’s easy to make opponents that could take a while. They are fast, friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly convenient. I’ve been to five different locations in Minnesota and have always been pleased with the result. If there’s ever a line I know I can look up what location is nearby that might be faster with the app. The app also gives you access to the latest and greatest coupons that apply to you. This app 10/10 does exactly what it should do and the people who drive the business are fantastic too.
The app interface is easy and user friendly - haven’t had an issue in regular use in over a year. Company wise, one of the best around. Even for “big box” Service techs at every location I’ve been at (which is a lot. I average 35-40k miles a year) have always been knowledgeable, kind, and quick. Prices are as they should be, no up charging techniques by techs and all my questions are answered about the current service and if / what I need to prepare for the next. As a busy mom, a student … again, and running two businesses - thankful for this place and convenience it affords me of one little thing I know is already “taken care of” even when it’s not 😂 But really - app serves its purpose and works well! Only thing I’d request from developers (since I’m a geek) is a way to see my own service history within the app at my finger tips and maybe a service list / educational infographics of maintenance schedules
The assistant manager was fantastic of the cda area . He is 23 years old but the guy knows everything there is to know about cars . Very helpful, his assistant was also very kind and they never push anything on me which is so very nice as well they just simply ask if I’m interested explain it and then it is what it is . I’ve been coming to this place when it was oil can Henry’s and it has just gotten better and better with each visit . I will only do business here for oil and fluid changes
The service here is friendly and seems OK. However, sometimes I like to do the work myself. Today, when I crawled under the vehicle, I could not get the drain plug out. I worked for over an hour with a socket wrench; I rounded the plug hex. Then I hammered a smaller socket on and used a bigger wrench with a cheater. All I did was wreck the plug. This is the second time this is happened at this facility on route 31 in Liverpool New York; the last time, they told me they had a special tool to take a damage plug out. I would not be writing this, except that this is the second time for this same facility. I will be speaking with the manager today. Oh, by the way:I did confirm that my last oil change was also at this facility. Not me.
Service team works well together. I told them I wanted to come snide bc I needed to pull up Groupon and didn’t want to slow them down. They said pull in the garage and the. Get your Groupon. I insisted no work until we agreed on the price with coupon. And that’s what we did. It was 15 minutes tops. Friendly, respectful, excellent time work for this crew. B I came in with 2 cars today. excellent service both times. My dealership offered me an appt in 2 weeks. Valvoline did the job in 15 minutes Pablo
As someone like myself who runs a business, this business is headed towards the right direction. The employees are well informed and have the correct tools for the job. While they provide a speedy service, they give you a peace of mind. You have a visual and audible confirmation of them doing the work. Before you know it, your oil is changed and your ready to go. Definitely give the McMinnville branch in OR a try if you happen to be around the area.
This app doesn’t provide me with anything I can’t get from going straight to the website or doing a basic google search. The only things available in the app are a store locator, service guide, and coupons. I was excited to download the app hoping I would be able to link it to previous service records or at minimum being able to save service records going forward. I was hoping it would add to the overall customer experience but with its limited offerings I don’t want to waste the space on my phone.
I went to Valvoline for an oil change and an inspection. This was done in less than an hour. Amazing. They checked everything and informed about what I needed and didn’t. They also checked all my fluids. No one else does that. There are 2 managers on duty and they both came over and thanked me and spoke with me while the car was being serviced. Awesome service. The location was Cicero, NY. Thanks to everyone that was there. EVERYONE should go to Valvoline!!
I was impressed at how accurate this app really is. I got to the store pulled right in. App said wait time was 0. Then another car pulled in. After both of us had taken our seat I said let’s check the app. It now showed wait time 15 minutes. I would say that pretty impressive. This location. Is the only place I will go for my routine maintenance. Quick fast HONEST and professional. Excellent job fellows. As Arnold says. I’ll be back.
I love love valvoline oil company. The people are so friendly and are always giving you great prices with coupons and quality service. I love that this app helps you get great deals and will show you the nearest locations. Lastly my favorite is that you never have to get out of the car when their doing maintenance like other places. I love going to Valvoline and getting my oil change in 15 minutes. I have been going to Valvoline and getting services from them every since 2017 when I purchased my car and haven’t had any car problems nor Customer Service problems either. I would recommend anyone to go and get service from one of the Valvoline center. 😊
What is the point of having the app if the location that is closest to you always says call the store instead of giving you the estimated wait time for service? My understanding of the app is it was designed to show you exactly that. Yet every single time I log into it the store nearest to me says I need to call them to get the wait time. And it’s not just the store closest to me that says that. I do not know if that is an issue with the app or if the Newport Kentucky location isn’t doing something on their end so that it shows in the app. Either way something I feel needs to be addressed otherwise there is absolutely no point in this app.
I went to the location on W Craig Rd It was my first time my daughter took her car also. OMG I was impressed they told me exactly what I needed and didn’t how long the service would last on each thing I did. Went for an oil change I also needed my tires rotated and I purchased a cabin filter. These young me were efficient , very pleasant I will return. That’s the kind of service everyone deserves. Didn’t kn what to expect first time their. Having to stay in ur car & all. We(hubby & I)was very impressed. As ur waiting to pull in, they check headlights etc working (w driver help of course)& back to. Every one was very nice & polite & funny. Lady taking our inf was able to turn computer show us what was going on and options. LOVED the pl, I’ll take my car there tomorrow, I also agree w customer statement before mine
I try my best to keep my information secure. However, upon registering for this app — I have been met with a hoard of spam/scam emails. This is the only app I registered my email address for in the last couple of weeks. So if it walks like a duck, talks like a duck, and looks like a duck, it’s a probably a duck. I would encourage users to use throwaway email addresses when registering for this app. One additional star as the app itself is not bad. Minus three stars for blatantly selling my information to unverified third party services.
I’m only giving this app 3 stars because I was under the impression that I could see my oil change history here. It’s nice to see what locations are close to me, but that’s what a map is for! If I could see my history, make changes to my account, maybe get an alert for my next change, then I’d maybe (maybe) give this app 5 stars. What a waste to download imo. Uninstalled. And why is everyone giving reviews on Valvoline? This is an app review; not business review. 🤨
Sometimes apps go overboard with so many features that it takes away their functionality. Not this one. It is very simple and has everything I need. A map of nearest service centers (with wait time), available deals, and my vehicle information. I, personally, don’t need anything else. Good job!
Never had I experienced business like this So quick, calm, and relaxed with everything. They work together excellent teamwork. They even tell you what needs to be changed sooner or later. They’re very professional and talks with you in a professional way. I would recommend others to come here as well! Keep up the excellent work!
I sat in line for nearly 2 hours today while my location never displayed a wait time longer than 18 minutes! I could see that every time the line moved, the timer reset to 18 minutes and began counting down, but they didn’t complete an 18 minute service while I was in line. There were 2 cars being serviced and 4 cars in line (2 in each line) when I arrived and was leaving 2 hours after I arrived. App is okay for finding locations and coupons, but I would not make a decision based on displayed wait time!!
This was a great experience. The service was quick and the guys there were professional while still having some fun while they worked. I had a coupon from the app and it was scanned at checkout. No problems at all and I was on my way!

I’ve been coming here to get my oil changed for my car and they do an awesome job , I recently went to get some other things done that another place told me I needed done and I went to Valvoline and they confirmed it wasn’t time yet … I loved that he was honest about my service not needed to be done at the moment like that first
I have been taking my Chrysler 300C to Valvoline for a while now and I feel very confident that I am receiving the same top quality care I would get at the dealership. I have had the differential and transmission fluid changed there on top of oil changes. Top notch service, and I recommend them to friends and family. Keep up the great work.
Seriously!? This app requires you to use a complex password, fine. What is not fine is it blocks pasting of those complex passwords from any other app making the creation of the passwords near impossible when using 1Password. Even after the password is created within the 1Password app there is no way to “confirm it” because the field is always filled on the top regardless. I wouldn’t even try to log back into this app but for some reason it keeps sending me coupons 350 miles away which are useless.
These guys are friendly, professional, and fast. I’m glad I came here for service because you’re able to watch and they call out what they’re doing and the oil required for my vehicle. My husband is no longer able to change our oil and I think he’d be happy with their service too.
It was nice to see the waiting times on the app. Opening and closing times and to be able to sit in my car while they do the oil change. Good service. They were super nice and they fixed my skid panel that got knocked out of place under my car. Thank you Valvoline. I will be utilizing this app.
I’ve been using Valvoline products since I’ve started driving, so 20 years, and they’ve never disappointed. I am a regular customer at the Oil Change locations, and again, never a disappointment. They’re quick, dependable, and straight forward. I will continue to use Valvoline in all my vehicles.
Helpful app to know the locations but observed that the wait times shows were not accurate. I was in app and see my nearest location shows zero wait time and I went there but see there were 4-5 vehicles in line. May be this wait times shows will be required to improve, otherwise easy and fast app. Thanks
I like the idea to your guest but the estimated time it shows for when you'll get in is wrong unless it says 0 min. When I went to Valvoline it said 19 min and they always say 15 min or less. So headed over and there were 6 cars waiting to get in. And I closed the app re-opened to reset it and it still said 19 min. If your gonna have the feature least make it more accurate for us so we know. And if someone is getting a service add the 10-15 min.
Came in spur of the moment for an oil change and I am so glad that I did. I was impressed at the customer service they explained all services so well and there was no pressure to sell. They did explain services available, prices, and benefits but were honest in letting me know that things look good and I didn’t need them at this time.
The reason you go to this type of oil change is the speed. But they offer so many services now the car ahead of me was already in the bay and in process when I arrived coming up on an hour ago and they still aren’t done. The App works well enough but ironically it said 10-20 minute wait when I arrived then 3 more cars pulled in and it changed to 0-10 minute wait???
I want start off by saying the customer service is amazing how they talk to people 5 stars there and they they make sure the job is done right and fast to there speed and strength is good enough for me and got say the discounts u get u can’t beat amen thank u guys for all the help u do keep it up
This was my first visit. I have always used the service department at the dealer. My dealer closed so I thought what the hay I’ll give it a try. My BF usually goes there. I was impressed. They changed my cabin filter. It looked moldy. I had no clue it was even there. I was done in 25 minutes and left feeling skilled people took care of my car.
The wait times in the app for this store are no where close to being accurate. The times continue to read 0-10 minutes wait even though I have been sitting here much longer than that. The wait times in the app have not changed the entire time I have been here even though several people have entered the line.
Unfortunately the app doesn’t help save time or improve service. This is the second time I have used it, sitting on hold, while can’t even talk with store location placed back on hold for them to tell me they can’t do inspection either. Cross train your employees so if someone don’t show up someone else can step up. Service your machinery or have back ups so that the service you say you provide can be provided.
Went there a couple days ago for an oil change and tire rotation. I was very surprised on how they communicate with you about everything going on! I usually do it myself but with the limited shop space at work I decided to just bring it in instead! Will be going back!
Just moved to Medina a few months ago so I decided to stop and get an E check and oil change what a great team they have in and out in less than 15 minutes fair price great coupons excellent team environment clean and friendly I will be going back this week for my wife s oil change
I love Valvoline because it’s drive-through and I get my car fluids topped and tire air checked free year round! I use a coupon and it’s so worth it! I purchased windshield wipers that were literally GONE in a flash flood... and I HAD to drive that day 70 miles stat... They are always friendly and helpful to me as a single, older woman (grandma), with very busy grown children!
Fast … No line… under 15 min… Happy People that are happy to be working! Great customer service! Great attitudes and teamwork. Checked everything and some extra things I asked about. This place will definitely be my go to oil change forever! 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

My first time going so I pulled up she was asking me questions the next I know I was pulling off in less then 5 mins. I didn’t even know they was doing it. This will be the only place I’ll be coming to!!! Not to mention they checked EVERYTHING and filled up all my levels.

Took two of my 4 cars to a new location in town. Was meet with a smile and speedy service. They went through all the items that needed attention and offered the services for them but didn’t pressure me into having them done.
Amazing company. I usually do the work myself but traveling in my truck as much as I do it’s great to know I can get my services done with good customer service and fair prices. Very helpful to have the app I can look up where any location is no matter what county or state I’m in. 10/10
Unable to scroll to see services for a given location (have to use web browser). They don’t support scheduling, so it is a waiting (not fun) game. At least they show wait times. Unfortunately, it is inaccurate. Their services are not updated. The one I visited indicates they can rotate tires. Got there (20+drive each direction) and they were missing sockets. Scheduling would have avoiding this issue.
