Good while it works

VC Bank is the most popular but not the best bank no argues. This app is not stable, it logs you out and not allowed fingerprint re-logins if you haven't login for a few days. Sometimes it wouldn't take your password and reported back as "wrong password" even though the password was correct. Sending money is quick and easy enough. So 3 stars, thought the bank itself was ok to work with while I'm living in VN.

Fast Transfer fail if note content # symbol character.

This is not app error, it’s system error. It’s also happen when using web to transfer. Additional info: Transfer method: Fast Transfer by account number. Target bank: Techcombank

I don’t like the constant advertisements, but it’s simple to use and works great. Hoping for more improvements and additions to the app here soon.

Too disappointed

The app is not stable, errors occur regularly. Sometimes it even freezes for no reason. Besides, every transfer is charged unreasonably. Transferring to another VCB bank account used to be free for a short time only. Bad service for such a big4 bank in Vietnam. Not recommend

Doesn’t work completely

Very bad app. Can’t make any transactions whatsoever. Can’t even recognize any bank account number. Wasted of time. Just don’t install it.

Incredible Change

This time, Vietcombank made a great change in its apps so that the clients may find extremely easy to make any single banking transaction through mobile banking which is mostly available in website. Keeping the apps updated is highly recommended!!!

The app has not working since last few days It looks like that Vietnam Bank's server got problem. Apple Staff should test the app more frequently.

giao diện 5.8 nhìn tưởng có vẻ hơn nhưng thật ra loè loẹt , rối rắm. Yêu cầu vcb up lại bản 5.7

Chắc lại huỷ dịch vụ chuyển tiền thôi

Do đặc thù công việc nên nơi làm việc phải dán camera không được sử dụng. Nếu sinh trắc chác chắn là không thể giao dịch được. Vậy mong quý ngân hàng xem xét lại. Và chọn dùng chế độ có sinh trắc hay không!

Phiên bản cũ nhanh hơn phiên bản mới nhiều, phiên bản mới tự động out tài khoản khách trong khi chưa kịp sử dụng dịch vụ gì, cài có cái sinh trắc học out ra vô lại tài khoản hết 8 lần chưa xong, là khách hàng của vcb nhiều năm thật thất vọng khi app như vậy

Giao diện mới mất tính năng xem “ưu đãi”

Version app mới này bị biến mất tính năng xem “ưu đãi” sau khi đăng nhập. Tính năng này chỉ xuất hiện ở giao diện màn hình đầu tiên khi chưa đăng nhập nằm ở phần dưới cùng bên tay trái. Tuy nhiên để lấy mã ưu đãi thì app yêu cầu đăng nhập và sau khi đăng nhập xong thì ko thể quay lại màn hình đầu tiên nữa mà trong màn hình chính chức năng này lại không xuất hiện. Mình đã inbox fanpage của VCB để thông tin nhưng cũng ko biết khi nào nội dung này tới được bên tạo app và cũng ko biết vde này khi này được xử lý 😐

Ngân hàng thì lớn mà đọo viết app như loz. Có mấy tính năng chuyển tiền mà cũng lỗi tùm lùm. Không có bước chạy thử à? Hướng dẫn thì ngu.

Tác vụ rất chậm

Cải thiện trải nghiệm dùng đâu không thấy, chỉ riêng xem số dư tài khoản hoặc thoát ứng dụng cũng mất thời gian gần cả phút, chưa kể các mục thanh toán hoặc chuyển khoản thì lỗi tùm lum, update kiểu này thì để phiên bản cũ chạy còn ngon hơn.
