App seems to work seamlessly. I have never used an app that works so well. I love how smooth everything works.

Not sure why this app has so many problems. Nice when it works, but the amount of times it doesn’t is extremely inconvenient.

It would be nice if the fingerprint Touch ID didn’t need reset after every update. If Fidelity can manage to keep the fingerprint ID working from update to update, I should hope that you can too. No one else has my fingerprint. It’s not a security “feature”. It’s a pain to deal with.

Easy to use ! Love it!

I get that we have to renew our passwords but every time I do it the temporary password they email is wrong half the time. Then when you need to fix it suddenly everyone is unavailable. My husband and I are currently locked out of our banking app so we have no way to see our current balance. Thanks. One of the worst banking apps.

The app is good but needs a setting to hide accounts. I don’t want to see my kid’s checking accounts. I’ve hidden them on the web based system but they still show in the app.

Convenient when it works but unfortunately, that isn’t very often.

It’s always having trouble opening then sometimes I get kick out of it too. This app need some work or something.

Made a deposit before noon, still only shows as a pending credit with my account showing a negative balance. Fingers crossed it doesn’t cost me an overdraft fee. Very close to switching banks over such things

After update it won’t even load which is so disappointing ugh fix it please

I’ve never seen an app tell someone to call someone when an error occurs. Bit old fashioned if you ask me. As well as annoying.

It should give more info like on a pc. I can’t sign in 50% of the time ?

Is a good app when it actually works. I’ve had to delet and re download this app at least a dozen times. Seldom works!
