I’ve gone to the branch three times along with talking to customer service twice. I once used check deposit consistently every month. Now I get an error message where I am not able to use it. Needs to be fixed otherwise I may be changing credit unions since I’m not close to a vibe credit union any longer where I’ve moved. Other online features work well.
Complete system failure - Can’t even access my own bank account
For the past SIX HOURS, I’ve been unable to deposit, withdraw, or even access my account due to a “system update”... I’m not even sure how long this will take because when I called the 24/7 hotline for more information, I sat on hold for 20 minutes just for them to tell me “we don’t know”….!? It’s not exactly comforting that my financial institution has no idea when I’ll be able to access my own money. The cherry on top is that I can’t even handle all of my responsibilities once the system is back online because y’all will freeze my account and force my card to decline if I make “too many” transactions in a day. Looks like it’s time to find a new bank.
I’ve always banked with big banks but Bank of America did me in with all there fees Maintnence this and that let’s just say so far this bank is 100% better in every way even online and mobile as far as so not taking your money and actually looking out for its customers
I’m a loyal member of this credit union union from back when we were TELCOM lol 😎😎 25 years ago I hired in with General Motors and in their lobby was craftsman and the union keep telling us how great they were and my sister in law said we joining TELCOM why I don’t really know but we did and still there today!!!! Love my Sterling Heights crew!!!!!

I came into this institution on spur of the moment, Rob was extremely helpful. He helped me establish a checking and saving account. Today I came in and he helped me transfer money from my checking to savings. I would recommend this branch to anyone.
Have been a member for 35+ years and Telcom/Vibe Credit Union has always come thru for me. I’ve had home loans, car loans and personal loans and they have always made it possible for me to accomplish not only my needs but my wants.
If you want to pay a loan with a different account, you can’t do it without calling. You can’t even pull up statements for your loan?! Late fees are ridiculous. You can’t keep track of anything. In order to make a payment, I have to either call or drive to another credit Union. By the time I get out of work, everything is closed. They do NOT make it easy to make your payments. Getting a loan with Vibe was a huge mistake.
I moved to So Lyon in 2013 from Houghton Lake, Mi. When I opened my account the employees at Vibe made my move a pleasure. The employees have changed since then, but the kindness remains. While trying to take a photo, you will get a rotate camera error message. No matter how you rotate your phone it won’t work. I’m left out with no cash in my checking account and paycheck that I can’t deposit while I’m on the road.
I have had this app for a few now and for the last year every time I go to deposit my check no matter how clear the picture is it asks me to verify something. It’s irritating. Fix you stuff so it works properly.
I love this app!! I haven't had any trouble completing my banking needs. Mobile, check snap is great and very convenient! I've been out doing business and needed to transfer money immediately to complete a transaction and haven't had any problems doing so! Thank you for making banking easier, convenient and hassle free!
The credit union went from having no mobile app to having a very good one! I'm impressed with the performance and features of this app, especially the mobile check depositing feature. (Note that this feature costs $0.25 per check deposited.) I can now very easily balance my virtual checkbook (I recommend iReconcile app!!) when I have a few minutes to spare, like when waiting for an oil change. Nice work, Vibe!
You guys finally enabled TouchID, which is great. However it really bugs me that you haven't elected to participate in Apple Pay. It's been active for a year now and would make it VERY easy for Apple Pay enabled iPhone users to pay on the go. This feature should really be implemented as its one of the last integration points that would gain you a competitive edge against other banks/credit unions in the area.
Had Vibe for my accounts for almost 3 years, and the mobile app for the amount of time. I love the ease of use, instant real time updates, and many other features make this app/ credit union, the Right place to bank......!👍🏻👍🏻
The new App is great! I love that it offers "Touch iD" and I love how you can deposit a check from the convenience of your home, just by a photo and a click of a button..So easy! The app is user friendly and convenient :)
The delay between actual withdrawals and the notifications from the app is so slow. How will it help me if 6 hours later I'm notified of a large withdrawal? If someone got my card number I'd like to know sooner. That's the only problem with the app, if it's even controlling that function.
