We love this credit union. When we had to move to Arizona I thought we would have to give up our account. The app helped us get all our banking done easily, from anywhere. Transferring is easy, and makes quick work of paying bills. I can transfer money to Vibrant from my bank in AZ or even PayPal. And they still watch for fraud on our account (they are the best for this) while we are out of the state.
I am both sad and angry at all the closures of brick and mortar banking locations! I am tired of the fact that we put all our efforts into coffee houses as our area has more than enough locations! You also put a top of money into Vibrant Arena at the Mark. I have not noticed any discounts to your members! I do the banking I can online but there are cases I need to go into a location at least a couple times a month. The Milan location seemed busy and was convenient. I do not have the time needed to wait in a long line at the Southpark location. May be time to relocate mine, my son’s and my mothers to a banking location that cares about their customers.
Oh, I love this app and it keeps getting better and better you can do almost everything with this app. The snapshot feature is especially good as I check my balances daily. If you don’t have this app yet and our Vibrant customer you are missing out.
As wonderful as my credit union is… I still don't like having to go into a branch. This app works wonderfully to deposit my checks, check balances, and just about anything else I can think of that I ever needed!
The fees are outstanding high With the pandemic not having the option to skip a payment for small fee It’s almost the actual car payment had I known that probably wouldn’t have left the first bank I was financed through just saying
I love the connivence of a mobile app- and being able to transfer money over on the fly and check my accounts.. the one thing that annoys the hell out of me is when there is a holiday... and every time you sign onto app it tells you the bank is going to be closed... we get the picture... one time is enough, not every time we get on the account..
The app used to be great till they updated it at the end of February, now it’s terrible. Very slow to log in and at a glance was great because you could see your balances and a few latest items that were posted. Now it’s called snap shot and you can’t see anything unless you log in. I absolutely hate it!
I have used the Vibrant mobile banking app for several years. Transactions are straightforward and easy to execute. I use it for everything except cash withdrawals. DP
really not happy with this app right now I haven’t been able to open up my bank account for the last month because the app won’t load it’s updated itself 4 to 5 times now and I still haven’t been able to get it to open are used to have no problems but now I literally have no idea how much money is even in my account because the app is so bad
Everything runs great in the app, but sometimes when it takes a long time to load (occurs often) and logs me out. It doesn't allow me to save the password, so I don't remember it. So I very frequently get logged out and can't look at my bank accounts.
The load times make this app basically useless. After loading animation ends you are shown a blank page for quite sometime after. You would be better off using the mobile site than this app.
For the past week, I have been unable to open this app and see my account information. I’ve tried restarting my phone, deleting and redownloading the app and closing it out but it still doesn’t work I’m getting close to just closing my account t and going with another bank.
This financial institution is like no other! Great products, excellent service, and a great community feel! Their app is the best-beats even the larger banks!
Since the last update I’ve had nothing but issues with the app. It decides many times to not even load. You broke something that never caused issues. Disappointing.
Can’t believe fees cost me $200 just to skip a payment Wow. Before was only $15 dollars per loan And I hate not being able to call my bank here in town. Instead I get some stupid out of town call.
Dashboard isn’t working correctly. It will not pull up accounts. My iPhone is updated. This app is not. It would be nice if Vibrant could keep up with the updates.
