I Am Known For My Frames

I have purchased almost 50 frames from Vooglam and they are all quality frames and the prescription is accurate if you accurately enter it. I want to suggest a member benefit for those who buy large amounts of frames at a time or maybe after buying 25 frames you get a certain amount off in addition to the coupons. Then after 35 frames you get a larger amount off in addition to the coupons, then 50 frames is a larger amount off in addition to the coupons ,then 100 frames you get any five for free. I just think loyalty should be rewarded! Thank you for the quality service I have received!!!

So I noticed another stylist like myself with stylish glasses. I asked her where she got them from and she told me about Vooglam! I just placed an order of THREE glasses. I’ve never ordered glasses online before but I figured it couldn’t hurt especially since they have the ability for me to virtually try them on as well. Believe the hype!

At first I was skeptical of ordering but I saw all the reviews and took the chance. This is the best online shopping website for prescription eyeglasses as well as just sunglasses. I got my order in one week and my prescription was on point. Quality frames at the fraction of the cost. You can’t beat being able to change your look so often without breaking the bank! Who wants to wear the same frames for years.. not me!

So happy I found this site!

I have a strong prescription and have always paid hundreds of dollars for high index lenses from brick and mortar eyewear shops. Since a friend hipped me to Voogueme (now Vooglam), not only am I able to purchase more than one pair at a time due to their affordability, but I can be fashionable too without compromising quality. I am so thankful to have found this site and will share it with all of my friends!

Easy to Use

I’m a client since 2020. I remember the old website. I can testify that this one is faster and more accurate with the AR try-on. If you are hesitant to buying glasses on line this is the right one. Also, the flash sales is my go to , you can even buy them by only 1 cent, I also purchased some paying just for the lenses. But be careful, you can get addicted. I have purchased 25 already.

I’m hooked!

I just received my first pair of glasses and they’re fantastic! I like them every bit as much as glasses I’ve paid $500+ for. In fact, I like them so much I have ordered two more pairs! The cumulative total is about as much as I used to pay for a single frame without lenses. I love that I can order fun glasses without guilt. I can change my frames with the season, my outfit or my mood.

Pro cons

I really like the frames they have i have purchases from them like 4-5 times they have charged me for the subscription to be put in the glasses and they never get it right there is a subscription in there but as the Dr said its not your so dont pay for that just get the frame and take it to American best

Love Them!!!

I’ve purchased a pair and was satisfied completely! It’s so hard for me to find glasses that look good on my face- there are so many options!!! I can try them on virtually and the prices are awesome! Literally 1/4th off the price I pay in store. I have a stronger prescription and need my lenses thinned. I’ll never go back to in store glasses purchases.

At first I was concerned about ordering glasses and being able to have access to a live person regarding questions about orders. Each time I sent an email with a concern or question, it was answered within 24 hours or less! Awesome excellent customer service provided each time.

Selection is Amazing Lousy Computer Service!!

I tried to use my HSA card to purchase glasses but not realizing this wouldn’t work. It didn’t accept this form of payment (it is after all a debit card) rather than giving me the option to enter another form of payment it kicked my whole order out emptied my cart and put me back at the Home Screen. That’s not how you do business!

Love the Selection! Shopping experience could improve

After adding items to your cart, you can go back to where you left off. I was looking for chains and I had to actually search for chains for each items. I probably would have purchased more, but it took too long to get through the entire selection.

Showstoppers!

Everywhere I go people stop me and ask where I get my glasses! I feel like I need to carry Vooglam cards around with me so I don’t have to politely wait while people look for their phone or a pen to write it down. These glasses will make you a local star!!!

When looking for glasses you liked.

I had a very hard time finding a particular frame of glasses I was looking for that was on your site. I had to call in for help. There should be an easier way to do this function. App difficult to navigate

It’s tough to go back and forth between trying on a style and shopping for another. A home button to go back to main page might be helpful, as hitting ‘shop’ only allows you to purchase the style you were just trying on

The implication is simple and easy to use. If anything goes wrong with your glasses they will replace at no charge to you and very nice to have that option.

Repair the cart on website

If a customer wants to check out, the website does not allow users to enter credit card info to place the order. Must go get cell phone and download app. I wasted a great of time trying on the website. Called the customer service and no one ever answered.
