I love the app. It’s easy to make reservations, great to track shuttles, and provides immediate discounts. I wish the San Diego garage would make full use of the app. They wave customers in and hand them a slip of paper. Worse than that, in order to leave, you have to show a printout of the email you received when making the reservation. Why? I pay up front for the service when making the reservation. Then, the attendant won’t let me leave the garage without a physical printout even though I showed him the same information on the app. Frustrating.
The bugs range from annoying to impassable. Annoying? There’s a huge blue button on the home screen that invites me to “Make a reservation.” Tapped the button. Nothin’. Tapped the text. Nothin’. Tapped some other text. Still nothin’. Looked for anything else with the word reservation. Nothin’. OK, I get it that “Book now” at the bottom should get to the reservation bit, but don’t mislead me with a “make a reservation” button that doesn’t do anything, and don’t then switch terminology on the button that leads to reservation making. Just amateur UI design. Of course, that would be less bothersome if making a reservation actually worked. But when I select the date (a week from now) the app pops up a spinner to select the drop off time, but whatever time I select results in “Alert. Error in date time selection. Please try again.” I can’t select the date and time I plan to drop off my car. I can’t select a date and time that I don’t plan to drop off my car. Well, heck. I guess I can’t make a reservation. That’s something of a problem for a reservation app.
WallyPark is the place to go for stress free parking! The facility is always clean and the shuttles are always running. You don't have to worry about getting to the airport on time or waiting to get picked up to go back to your car. I have been using WallyPark since 2015 and I won't use any other airport parking service. The app makes it easy! The staff is friendly and helpful. I hope the company expands to smaller airports. One recommendation I have is to update the app so your reservations are easier to find.
I’ve used Wally Park on my last several trips and feel the service via valet is great. Easy to drop your car, shuttles are right there and very timely. Rates are comparable to other lots, discounts and coupons are available and you don’t waste time waiting on a large bus to terminal. Pick up is easy, fast and if parked in valet car is ready to go when you arrive back at facility. Nothing fancy about lot or building but you’re parking a car not staying there!
WallyPark is great, and when the app is functioning properly I appreciate that it shows me all available discounts and makes the reservation process easy. Unfortunately, it malfunctions FREQUENTLY. These days I’m traveling almost every weekend, and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to give up on the app and use the desktop site because it stalls out while searching, resets my dates and times, or even switches locations on me mid-process. The staff at LAX are always great about working it out once I get there, but I wish these bugs would be fixed so I’m not wasting so much time.
I have had issues with the app. It doesn't show my current reservations but shows it in history. I had problems placing a reservation before but it seems to have been fixed. I have removed and redownloaded 2-3 times to fix it but it didn't fix it about a year ago. Caveat: i did t try to reas the instructions on the app, so it could be me… just sayin’ as i am not a five star user either, lol. Called the number and was able to get reservations done very quickly though. I have an iPhone X.
I quite often use this app to make reservations to park my vehicle. It works well and I normally process quickly. Sometimes I have an issue pulling up current reservations and have to navigate around the app to find it. Otherwise it works well and I enjoy the convenience.
The app seldom, if ever, works well for me. I try to use it but usually have to go to the web site to make a reservation. Example- I try to enter a reservation start time & date ( in the future). I select the time and date from the drop down in the app, select done and receive a message that the time and date are invalid. No explanation why, no option to change it . . . Just invalid Another example from past experience. I enter a time and date from the drop down. Select done and the app takes me to the start page to start over again.
I don’t travel often but the past three times I have, I’ve attempted to book through the WallyPark app and it never functions correctly. This most recent time, I put in my travel dates but it stalls out after that and never loads the parking type options. It’s too bad because the one or two times I’ve parked there, it was by far the best service and price, but alas, I have again had to make my reservation elsewhere.
Wally Park is great. This review is about the app. Every time I go to make a reservation I get kicked out as soon as I choose the time I want to arrive. It happens over and over again and each time I have to go onto my laptop and make the reservation. It’s extremely frustrating. I even deleted the app and downloaded it again and the same issue. In addition I haven’t been getting credit for my stays which may or may not be related the the website or app. Wally Park is great but I’m going look at other options it this continues to occur.
App: please update all the UI and bugs in app, the app runs so laggy and slow. Add to calendar functionality does not work, along with Add pass to Apple wallet. Please fix this issue. ATL location: it is beyond unacceptable to wait on average 30+ minutes to be picked up from ATL back to parking. Please do better! If other off-site parking locations can have multiple shuttle pickup, you can too. Whatever the dilemma, hire more drivers please, more frequent shuttle pickup from the airport is needed! I fly and use the parking weekly, please do better!
I have an account, I have had to repeatedly update or re-enter info. I have an upcoming trip ( paid for) and needed the info. I used the mobile app and it popped up a screen to see upcoming reservations. Problem is it either just did not respond or kicked me completely out of the app. The parking is great , the people are great however the app is a disaster! Case in point, trying to write this review it wants a nickname and any iteration of letters I put in are taken! Really? Hopefully I will figure something out to get by it!
When I’ve tried to book a reservation on the app, it never seems to go right, so I have to book online using my laptop. Also, when I used the app to request a shuttle pickup this week, I just got the spinning wheel. I had to them find the text number to text for pickup. It all worked out, but it would be nice if the app did what it is supposed to do.
I have found that the app is great for setting up appointments, paying and checking in/out but has problems calling for a shuttle at the airport. This is probably not an app problem but rather backend problem. In any case, I really enjoy WallyPark.
Looking for a positive parking experience in Seattle while you are traveling -search out, Wally Park indoor and outdoor parking experience. Excellent customer service, and easy to use website. Our car was safe and pick up and drop off was easy and we found it very affordable!
It was my first time and the staff were exceptionally nice even when I thought I left my cell on the bus the driver said if you need further assistance where he could be located. I did find my cell it slid down under my seat. I will be patronizing Wally in the future.
Hi on several occasions in the last month I was unable to make a reservation online. Continued having issues so on one of my travel dates I just had to drive in and then was not able to include my Corporate discount. I feel that this app needs updating for easier flows and not so difficult to try and pull up a reservation. My history doesn’t even have all my past bookings on there.
I left my car key in the shuttle and the driver found it! When I came back from my trip I was worried because I can’t found my key in my purse. so happy to found a note in my car that my key was returned by the driver to the office. The driver was a very nice lady
App appears great by design however crashes when attempting to make any reservations. Won’t display current reservations made while logged into their website. Doesn’t display stored credit cards until you add again at which point you receive an error that the card already exists. No functional benefit to using their app vice website. Hopefully fixes are in the works I love WallyPark in general!
This has to be the most useless app I have on my phone. Error after error. Can’t view reservations without errors showing. Can’t save to Apple Wallet. I’m better off just going to their site and logging in through Safari. This is the first time using WallyPark, and it could be my last. And, based on other reviews I’ve seen, I’m just printing everything because it seems the lots are still stuck in the 1990’s.
The app “gets the job done” and is very simple to navigate but definitely needs some updates. Altogether, I don’t have issues using just wish it wasn’t so slow and outdated. I love using WallyPark overall!
This is app is simple to use and gets to the point. The view shuttles feature is nice to see moving shuttles in real time. I can even text for pickup instead of having to call. Can’t wait for more developments!
I’ve use the app many times, and it was making gradual improvement over time. but today After a required update it now won’t even respond at all to any touch. I can’t make a reservation. I can’t do anything. It just looks like it’s frozen. I thought they were making progress, but this is definitely a step back.
Thank god this app available? Been a huge WP fan for many years and always thought a Mobile app would make things easier. Looking forward to what new features will come out in near future
The app stopped working as I arrived at the parking lot. Showed as if I had no reservations, and I was unable to open it. Luckily I screenshot the page when I first booked my reservation, or I would’ve been out of luck! Then there was no info under the “contact us” drop down, so I had zero assistance if I hadn’t screenshot the screen with my reservation. Awful, just awful!
I like that there is an app, however, could not find barcode when checking it. Started to back up cars in the line. Sorry everyone. I know you wanted to get home.
I have been a long time WallyPark customer. They used to have cards to swipe at entry. Did away with those and now they have a app to make reservations. I’ve tried numerous times on different occasions to make reservations with two different cc’s. Nothing works! So frustrating. Then I try to upload my receipts as there is an option on the app, and it doesn’t allow me!! So disappointing!
WP needs to up their game on pickup service at the airport. The last few times we had to wait 15-30 minutes for a shuttle while other busses came and left, over and over. Not acceptable. We have been loyal customers for a long time but there are many alternatives; we may try one next time.
Only marginally useful for handling reservations. Takes forever to load, and adding a pass to Apple wallet NEVER works. Why isn’t there a faster shortcut to bring up the pass quickly for easy check in/out?! I always end up taking a screenshot of the pass and saving it to my photos.

I reported this problem to their customer service at the night picking my car, then the lady in front desk wrote down my problem and numer and told me they would call me to process refund next day. Then I wrote an email next day, but still didn't receive any refund or response from them.
Password stopped working (didn’t change it - use it regularly). Tried password reset many times. Nothing. Tried calling Seattle for help, no answer or full voice mail. Initiated web trouble ticket because there is no customer service phone. After five days my ticket has had no action. It’s a convenient garage but the poor IT and lack of support is driving me to a new garage.
I cannot do the one basic thing that this app should allow me to do and that is to make a booking for a parking spot. I keep getting an 'error in date time selection' message if I select any date or time. So this app is basically useless and me joining this service was also useless. How hard is it to make a simple booking app?
Although improving it is still glitchy and slow to respond. Does not recognize a transaction even when it completes. Recently I ended up with duplicates. Fortunately I found that and cancelled the second one in time! Keep working on it!
Excellent across the board!! Second time using within the month & I plan to park here anytime I travel from LAX. Shuttles are reliable, never waited more than 5 min.
We waited nearly 30 minutes for the shuttle at 1am. We requested the shuttle in the app and they never showed up. I eventually called and then they sent the shuttle. Reservations work great in the app, just don’t use it for requesting a shuttle driver, it doesn’t work.
The latest version of this app crashes. Update... they have just uploaded a new version. Tested it out and voila! All better! No more crashing. Thank you!!
This app is horrible. Any open reservations don’t show in the “open stays”. No, you have to go to your history to see them. And when you do, they all show the same date for whatever was the most recent reservation, making it horrible to open one when you need to scan in to the garage.

Many of the functions are either unavailable or clunky. Apple wallet does not work. Current reservations always fall into past registrations. Requests to rate pop up every time you open the app even when just trying to check in. Generally inconvenient and poor function.
Cannot view profile without app crashing. I created a reservation through the website and it doesn’t show up in the app. Switching out of the app or closing it with Touch Id login turned on doesn’t result in a new request for a Touch Id verification- the app is already logged in.
If the app worked well this would be great. Unfortunately, I always have to search through history to find my current reservations. Having the reservation transition to the wallet is also hit and miss.
The app rarely works for me. I tried to book in the app but it didn’t work. So I booked in my account online now doesn’t show up in app. I go to past history and they all show todays date until I click into them. I tried to find a shuttle and it said sorry, can’t locate any. Totally useless app.
About 6 months ago the app started crashing when making a reservation. The support team has not responded to any of my support tickets. At the time I had an older iPhone so I assumed it was my phone. I have since upgraded to the latest iPhone an the problems with the app persist.
App is very unstable, takes forever to load, open, respond, take your pick. Half of the time it just closes. Takes forever when trying to find your barcode reservation or text for a shuttle pick up.
I have tried 4 different emails and they all say that I already have an account and that I have to reset my password. I submit my email for password reset and never received any email for the password reset. I had someone else try and the same thing happened with them.
Great intentions but nothing works smoothly in the app. Glitchy, doesn’t accept data that is accurate, and will waste 30 minutes of your time. Just go to the full site on your actual laptop. They don’t have a mobile version of that either. Get it together...
