How many people can say that about their bank ? The employees are kind, helpful, never annoyed with anyone, not patronizing or cold as in most banks, it’s obviously important to them to give good service. There’s an amazing woman named Gail at the Mt Auburn street location, she remembers not only me but my son whom she met only once four years ago, and said hello to me and asked me about my son as soon as I walked in. This is a bank that deserves business.
Watertown Savings Bank has the best Service if any bank around. They are accommodating, friendly and always there to help. I’ve been a customer for over 60 years!! DLT
update, ios 12.5.5 no longer will work or load per message
Latest update for ios 13 made it stop working for ios 12.5.5 Message says one can use or download prior version, but impossible to do as it keeps going back with message to download prior versions and unable to do it. Endless tries with unusable app now. Very poor update disabled my version that was fine about a week ago.... Update people could not have validated being able to load and use existing version a week ago. Shoddy coding.
I don’t know who the developers of this app are but you guys seriously need to update and fix it. Even when the correct password is typed it doesn’t not let you sign in. Only send your an alert to contact them for further assistance even after i just changed my password and reset the app. Still will not let you sign in. Touch id. One word -WACK. What’s the point of having it if it doesn’t work or requires you to still put in your password. Y’all gotta fix this for real. Use Bank of America as a model of how your app should run.
The app is terrible. You deposit checks into a mystery land where they are never to be see again, or you have to call the bank to check on them. And even then, days go by without answers. Not pleased with the app, not pleased with the bank. Ready to change to a bank that upholds a higher standard of technology to ensure that these things don’t happen so often.
Besides being safe from banking under a bigger company that would care less about you i would not recommend this app it doesn’t do the things it says it can and it and the bank have way too many problems
Half the time you can’t even log in to see your own account information. It’s absolutely awful. Whats the point in this app if I can’t use it half the time.
No matter if your password is correct, it doesn’t let you in. Especially after updates, erases everything and you need to set up your face recognition IF it even lets you log in. SO ANNOYING
Uniquely terrible - needs Touch ID & Check Deposit
Desperately needs an update to keep up with other institutions' mobile offerings. App does not have Touch ID (??!!!) nor does it allow mobile check deposit (apparently the iPad version is advertised as having this function, but the iPhone version does not. This makes no sense). I essentially use Mint to track my spending since the WSB lacks usability and functionality.
I would like to give this app five stars but the mobil check deposits are just too undependable. More often than not I have to goto the bank to deposit checks.
The whole reason I downloaded this app was mobile deposit- and with the latest version of the app, on a new phone and the latest iOS (9.0), Deposits isn't even showing up as a menu option.
