Waukesha State Bank Mobile

Most of the time I try to use this app I can’t even log in because the login screen is junk. The only way I can fix this is to change my password and restart the app. I’ve done this multiple times now and even with enabling touch Id it sometimes doesn’t work.

I have been with Waukesha State for a long long time. I thought it was awesome when I was able to download the app so I could check my accounts anywhere. However I have had multiple problems with this app. I have the fingerprint pass lock for convenience and it really hesitates opening sometimes. I have also had to change my password due to the app saying I didn’t have the correct password. Sometimes it shuts down for no reason. The app also doesn’t warn you about the amount of times you are allowed to transfer funds. Most recently when I go to log on it flashes a few times and then closes the app. This is frustrating because every other app works fine and the whole point of this app is to be able to check your accounts....

This app makes it so much easier to check your balance and transfer money between accounts. I love being able to just pull up my transactions on my phone rather than going online or waiting for my statement to come - since I never keep track of my receipts or write anything in my checkbook (oops). Great app!

It would be great if we could access statements going back further than a month.

I am completely unable to use this app; it crashes every time I launch it. I never even get to the login screen. I’ve tried downloading the updates, as well as deleting it and re-downloading, but it still doesn’t work. The online banking function of their website gives me an error message too.

The best! Very helpful, very knowledgeable. Every representative that I’ve talked with, and dealt with over the years have always shown compassion, and respect.

I I find it convenient and easy to use. Living outside of Waukesha it’s more of a help to me.

Unable to log in. Does not recognize my password. It claims my password and account don’t match even after I update them. Total garbage.

I shouldn’t have to pay to transfer my money from account to account. I think that’s ridiculous.

But please fix the poorly cropped loading screen.

What is wrong with this app and why are there two seemingly identical ones listed. This version displays only a blank white screen.

Teller made a mistake and did exactly the opposite of what was to be done regarding the withdrawal. I was able to correct the mistake with two transfers.

Never anny problems

Hard to use too much trying to get to other places .....give the old one back...I hate this

This app is equivalent to dial up Internet. Limited use.

The app is helpful, but simply misses some features and has too many errors to feel complete. It continues to show the wrong dollar amount of my purchases and shows they are done on the wrong day. The app is slow and clunky too. It helps in seeing my balance, but it doesn't update until a few days after a purchase sometimes. If you have WSB it's worth getting, but there are more things that should be added.

This app is great for basic needs to check on how much is in your account but lacks advanced features that are with other mobile bank apps like deposit a check from your phone.

Finally!!! I've had my banking account with Waukesha state since the day I turned 18 and finally they have an iPhone app! This is great!!!

Needs to be updated. It appears that this app doesn't work with iOS7 yet... Severely irritating!

Terribly slow. Takes several minutes to load and even longer to navigate through the app. Could use an overhaul, much like their web based version.

Used it almost every day. Had to change password & now it doesn't recognize it & won't work. Deleted & re-installed & still nada. Bummer.

Getting hit with security question. After answering the same questions on loop for half an hour I gave up. Unable to log in.

I entered my account username but the app keeps bombarding me with endless security questions which I know I never filled out during the account creation process... I am unable to login
