Never feel rushed or like just a customer. The personnel working the branch in Fitchburg feel like extended family. The Douglas branch needs a updated atm like the Webster one has it is very disappointing that I have to travel there to deposit money when my bank is only 15 minutes round trip versus 30 minutes and it’s even worse when you travel there and the atm is down my work ours don’t allo me to make it to the bank to deposit money when needed!!!
After applying for a Personal Loan, the loan officer reached out to me to explore all my options. I hadn't thought about refinancing my vehicle and taking out a loan at a sum which included the equity. I updated my iPhone 11 to IOS15 and now I am never prompted to save the password in the iPhone password manager “keychain”. Before it would allow me to access passwords I have for 2 different accounts. It would show the suggested password for the account above the keyboard. Now it just has “passwords” above the keyboard and I must search for the account name. It’s just a few added steps that are just a quirky pain to be required to do.
App is pretty easy to use but I really dislike how I can’t lock my card and unlock it as needed. I was watching real time on the app as someone was making fraudulent charges and could not lock my card I just had to dispute the charges the next day. My wife banks at Sandtader and she laughed at me the I couldn’t lock and unlock my card as needed.
I’m stuck in another city and need to pay for something and the app won’t display my account to move money around. Keeps saying try again later, it’s been an hour.
Very useful app to do my bill pay and banking. Never had a problem with it. The staff over at webster 1st are top notch and always there and willing to help when needed.
I can never remember my account number - super helpful with the new update. I love how you can see the details of your account now, but that it’s still secure.
Banking works great but online check cashing leaves a bit to be desired. They require a ridiculous amount of info on the check being cashed, and they put a hold on my checks even though my account CLEARLY says no holds.
A great Bank! Everyone is so nice! I enjoy banking at this location. Tellers are awesome, entire staff is satisfactory. I have been a member since my teenage years. Keep up the great work. MJD
I have been using this app for over two years, hands down this app has exceeded my expectation. I have used other financial apps where crashes and glitches out weighed the actual transaction. I am very pleased with not only the app but financial institute gives you five stars service. *Side note: I did wait till given the go ahead to download the newest ISO7, this may be the reason for any issues. Make sure to run automatic updates for bug fixes etc.
App gives inadequate notice of what depositor must write on back of check
This App would be great if it prompted the user early on about the bank's/govt's requirement that ALL of the following info must be written/stamped on the back side of the check: (1) for deposit only at WFFCU; (2) [account # being deposited into]; (3) [today's date]; (4) [the depositor's signature]; and, finally, (5) via remote deposit. If any of those five items is missing from the back of the check, the bank will reject it. Before accepting the picture of the check, the App should prompt the user to be sure to have all of that info on the back of the check. Currently, the App only reminds the user to write "via mobile deposit." My check was returned for lacking the other aforementioned information.
For someone like me who doesn't have time to go to he bank during business hours this app is wry convenient! It's great to deposit checks and customer services response turn around time is great! Some bugs with check depositing (had to reinstall app a couple of times). Overall great app!
Using this app is wonderful! When the branch is closed or I'm unable to visit I can make simple transfers, find the closest bank, and check my balances. Recommended to anyone who needs to manage on the go
Touch ID doesn't work when trying to set it up. I use my fingerprint to always long into my phone but when trying to set it up for the app it keeps saying error recognizing fingerprint. Please fix because it would make life so much easier to use the fingerprint to login . Thank you
This app is great. Just received a check in the mail. Too late to go because bank closed and then was dreading having to go to ATM tonight or later. Just deposited while driving as a passenger on way to friends. I'm a techie and love it. No issues at all.
I love using this! It's easy to keep track of my balance, even right in line at the grocery store! I can deposit checks just from taking a picture. It's fast, easy, and SO convenient!
Very convenient to deposit checks with out having to go to the bank constantly. Also great to check balance and transfer money with out the stupid ATM charges.
The only thing bad about this app, is I hardly go to the bank anymore.. I love the staff at my bank, so I miss them. Remote check deposit is out of this world.. I'm liberated from having to drive to the bank!
I've always been completely happy with my banking at Webster First, but the app has made everything easier! It is incredibly easy to use and as good a design as any app out there.
I like the new layout of the app. I wish the log out button was still in the top corner. I like how it has a total account balance under each transaction
Webster First's website is wonderful. Easy to navigate, instructions concise and clear, prompts simple even for a senior citizen like myself who is new to E-banking. Now I can reconcile my checkbook daily and not have an end of month chore. Bravo WFFCU!!!!
Love my FCU App!! Never knew how much time I could save with this app w/o running from bank to bank just to print a receipt. Only con is I wish it would update all my transactions on the correct dates accordingly, other than that, no complaints.
If you happen to be a left handed person and take the photo with the button on the left, the check photo ends up upside down. (Why the bank can't simply rotate it is odd!) This results in a rejected deposit. This app needs the ability to rotate the photo 180°.
Love being able to access my accounts and pay bills anytime Would like to be able to see last payment on bills to prevent double payments. Otherwise. Love the app
Great app until you try to use the check deposit feature. You tell it what account, the amount, take picture and after the picture it drops the account and amount. It just doesn't work. Fix this and the review becomes a five star!
The newest version deals with much of the previous problems. Others exist. Such as inaccessible check deposit and not shown estavlished outside accounts to transfer. Please make greater strides.
