This app it ok when it works. It is not great but sufficient I guess. The problem is about half the time it won’t log you in at all and throws an error, unrelated to user error. Unfortunately, this problem occurs about half the time and is getting worse.
No way to reset your password. Half the time you login from the mobile version, it’ll mess up the password on your desktop version. Nobody at the bank knows what they’re doing with the app because they know themselves that it’s poorly designed. Maybe spend a little more money on the IT Design team next time. It’s 2020, not 2003, guys.
Can anyone make it easier to reset the security code/password thing? I’m tired of my Touch ID failing and then apparently my password is wrong. Where do I even go to reset it? Tired of not having the app cause I’m locked out . Make it easier to reset password. Anyone know how to reset password ?
Can’t log into my account because the app says apparently they can’t “validate my information”. Also does the same thing when I try to transfer money. This app needs some bug fixes.
