I have been using the Westbury Bank app for some time now to check my balances and activity. I recently became aware of the update that added the ability to make mobile deposits. Works great and the the deposit shows up the following morning in my account. Thank you for making this so easy to use. Patricia Schenk
I’ve been. Client with WB since 2003. Since then I’ve moved and taken other banking relationships. Although this is not close it’s still very convenient! I can’t exit this relationship because it’s reliable, progressive, valued and In my opinion the best on line banking platform I can find. Keep up the good work WB. Small but mighty!
Been using the App since it’s first release and it just keeps getting better. Quick access to all my account, pending and recent payments, transfers and now make deposits. We used to save checks we got for a single trip to the bank but now we never need to go in to a branch anymore!
I have been using this app for over 4 years and love it! Because of this app I did not need to change banks when I moved to a state where there are no Westbury locations. The app has continued to get better over the years with the addition of more features to make it more customer friendly!
Being able to do mobile deposit has made my life so much easier. The steps are easy to follow and usually work the first time. Sometimes a shadow or lighting will be off and it will ask me to retake the photo. Works the second time!
This app is not business friendly at all. If it was not for the great customer service in your branches. I would have switched to a bank that has better online services. I have to do most of my banking online and weekends. Not have the ability to have my banking account downloaded to my accounting software cost me more money. I hoping they fix it but if not, I will have to change to a more tech friendly bank.
Love Westbury. Hate the app! I haven’t been able to open this app on my phone for over a year. As soon as it opens, it crashes and closes. Talked with the bank and nobody seems to know who can help. The Help link on the App Store goes to a page on westbury’s site that isn’t maintained. I’m able to log into my account from a browser. So, I know it’s not my account. Like I said, love the bank. But this app is absolutely horrible right now.
As a college student who is often away from the Westbury area, the app has been super useful to me. I love being able to easily check my account when I need to as well as make mobile deposits.
As a college student, mobile banking is essential! I love this app and it is so helpful in my daily life! I use it every day! Submitting checks is easy and awesome! I also love being able to track purchases and payments and make easy transfers! -Morgan Lentz
I have been with Westbury bank since before the name change. The banking app was working well for a long time but since this latest update I can no longer use it. Prior to the recent update I could actually log in but now I “cannot connect to the servers”. I have an IPhone 11. Hope this helps with feedback.
I use it almost daily. It is convenient keeping track of how much money I have in each account of mine. I also enjoy that I can deposit checks straight from my phone.
Extremely convenient and useful app. Love the mobile deposit feature. Only wish it had a bit more reliable “Touch ID” feature. App seems to spontaneously close quite often when I try to use it.
Overall, the Westbury mobile app is very convenient for checking my balances and setting up payments. My only complaint would be the lack of statement viewing options, but for day to day review of my account, this works perfectly!
I love the app, trust that its secure. I love being able to deposit my checks from my phone and easily log in and check my balance and make transfers when I have to!
Every update it locks me out of my account. It’s like it forgets my password /touch ID. It’s very frustrating! It wouldn’t be such a big deal if I didn’t have to contact the bank every time it updates because it locks out my bank account with no way for me fix it myself.
I love my Westbury app!! I love the convenience of having my balances and statements at my fingertips as well as the capability to make deposits right from my phone.
The reviews that are glowing here, are from people who have never banked anywhere else EVER. Balance updates are daily. If you want to rely on a banking app to run a tight budget, this ain’t the bank.
