I love this app. I hate having files on my desktop but I also thought it looked too empty so I decided to try widgets out. These widgets are super intutive and customizable, and add such convenicne to my life by allowing me to quickly acess info without having to open an app or my macs side bar (This is because I have one of my hot corners set to show desktop with a quick swipe. Highly reccomend doing this for easy acess) I suppose the only thing I'd say are it would be cool to have acess to even more widgets, but that's not really all that bad haha, also the sticky notes not going into the actual notes app is a bit of an annoyance, but that might be a plus to some. Anywyas, you should totally purchase this app!

I usually dont write reviews because thats not my thing. But this app deserves 5 stars. I've been researching and trying many different apps before widgetwall, trying to make my mac home screen look cuter and better, but they all had some issues. I am so glad I came across this app because I was able to customize my home screen so it isn't bland and boring. ❤️

I didn't actually even get to try it. I installed it, opened it and it opened widgets all over my screen (that wouldn't line up with my other widgets) but otherwise would not show anything. So I restarted, tried to open the app and I just kept trying and nothing was happening, so I was like forget it let me try support. Unfortunately the link came back as invalid even under the FAQ section that directed me to contact support with the same broken link. So I couldn't get support and the app didn't work. I tried to remove it from my macbook and it kept saying it was open yet I couldn't even find it to force close. It was a ghost. Had to uninstall through the app store. :(

It is a great app, they have amazing widgets and you can customize them to your liking. You do have to buy some widgets though, which I don't really like but it is only a dollar a month! They are working great. One time they glitched out though and they wouldn't work but I restarted my mac and they were working fine again.

Very responsive company always taking feedback and improving their widgets. Well worth the money. I really like the Widgets: Apps, sticky notes and the calculator. Two widgets that would be really useful 1) Small calendar widget for quick glance at dates 2) World Clock because I work with people internationally.

I really love this widget. I have a variety of choices which I can populate my wall with. I would definitely recommend adding more widgets when possible however these are great! I recommend each user add this to your computer repitoire!

I have been using the widget ab for a bit and its so nice but recently when ive been trying to open new widgets it gets stuck blank and when i click the 3 dots to edit it gets stuck loading and has been such a pain to use ! i even try to restart my mac and its the only this that doesnt change, hope you guys could fix this bug, not sure if its an old mac problem!

I just purchased the lifetime membership of WidgetWall. I just had some minor issues like accidently closing the widget by pressing Command Q. If a feature can be added to avoid this minor issue and ask users to hold the command to avoid accidental quits, I'd be more than happy to give WidgetWall 5 stars :) Overall, I love it!

I'm able to customize my Macbook wallpaper with some of the most beautiful pictures of the people I love the most. 10/10 recommend if you don't want no boring wallpaper.

Love how I can customize it and it is only .99 a month! its amazing. Only thing I dont like is that the wall disappears from time to time and I have a hard time getting it back on my screen.

Super easy to use, and the reminders feature is perfect for staying on top of assignments and deadlines. I also enjoy the photo and spotofy features, highly recommend!

Love this app, I almost wish I would have thought of it myself, its well designed and def adhd friendly with the little confetti dopamine timer clock you get at the end

I love the customization. I did purchase the premium to use the calendar feature but it is very helpful to stay organized and planned in university! I recommend for anyone looking to organize their desktop.

I truly feel like I get all tasks done with widget wall, being in school i use it to mark off homework that I complete and things i need to do. its perfect for organizing and very helpful!

love how this makes my mac look, cute and super helpful/functional like having a to do list right in front of me PLUS LOVE LOVE LOVE the confetti popper it lifts my mood right when i need it!!! 10/10!!

I love how accessible my main widgets are available. Easier to keep things in track.

being apple to personlize the desktop with pictures and widgets I use on my phone is just great.

Such an amazing app and consists of so many things! Wonderful place to get creative, love it very much.

this app is super cute and keeps the macbook desktop looking organized. easy to work with and the video section is adorable. though i wish they had more options for the premium section since people are paying monthly or buying the lifetime one. price of $35 wasn't too bad, it could be cheaper for a simple app like this but overall super cute and complex :)

This app worked for 1 month, after purchasing the app it no longer opens. There have been multiple updates and the app glitches every time. In addition, apple won't issue a refund and the company hasn't responded to the refund request. Save your money.

I used to love this app but I woke up today and everything is in chinese and i cant change it back. Also I'm not able to choose the pictures from files that I want. They need to fix this

I love this app but i wish a few of the premium widgets were free.

When I download this app it is Chinnese and i tried translating the words on this app and it is not working dont recommend this app.

My entire laptop is stuck still and the app won't shut off because I pressed Confetti.

I use the free version and I love love LOVE it!! You have to allow permissions to the app for it to display on the desktop, and for the app to start upon powering on. It seems all the negative reviews are due to lack of following simple directions, that even the app tells you to do for it to work properly.

So I would have given it five stars if it weren't for one glitch. As for the one star reviews, they obviously are a little challanged and not very observant. It took me about a minut to figure out how to use it. It installs a little menu button in the top banner of your screen towards the right hand side ot the screen, near control center and the clock. You do need to allow it to auto launch on start up, which is normal for any add on experience modifying software. It's pretty easy to use once you find that button. Adding and deleting widgets are easy. Just pick what you want and the size and then move it around the screen. Pretty easy. There isn't a huge variety of widgets available and ost of the good widgets are only available through the paid subscription, but it's cheap. To me it's worth the $10 annually. My issue is that the app occasionally glitches out and thinking that I haven't paid and takes away my paid widgets. If they fix that, I'll change my review to 5 stars.

the widget for the photos allows you to chose an album to display but my issue is that every time you click the widget or click somehwere around it, it reverts the album back to favorites rather than leaving it on the album you chose. also another feature that would be nice it the ability to just click the widget to chnage to the next photo without chnaging the album back to the default favorites. of than that he app its pretty easy to use and set up i really enjoy the sticky note widget for my daily to do lists, i enjoy having the apple music player but i wish it would keep the album image and song infromation from the last song played even if you quit the apple music app. also would like an option to change the opacity of some of the widgets like time, weather, system info, etc.

I love being able to add widgets to my computer, It helps me to personalize and make my computer my own. But I really think this app could be much better. First, the way you have to add widgets I think is kind of weird and difficult to do at times as the actual app opens like a side bar instead of a regular app. And then the biggest thing was that sometimes my widgets randomly dissapear and then the next day they are back. This is really irritating when that happens. Overall, it's an ok app. But could be a lot better.

it worked great until it restarted and i would have to either upgrade my plan which I did only for it to do the same thing and one day i open my mac to see that the widgets disappered

Easy to use and works well. Completely let's me customize my desktop. It's the best widet wall out there in my opinion.

I payed for the first month to test it out, but the app glitched and all of the payed widgets dissapeared. Then I payed for the yearly version and it did the same thing and it wants me to pay again. I wish I had never payed for the yearly version. I also dislike how if you tap the picture widgets it changes back to the stock images of cats (it is not in a loop you have to go back through all of your images to get it back.) It is a cool idea... If i actually worked.

I wish app developers were FORCED to show step by step how the app works exactly and any and all commands and settings. Also show exactly how it will look and work. This dumps 8 boxes or so on your desktop. a couple pictures, some clocks, a calendar. THATS IT! There are no settings or config except the forced boxes that only do the above. This is terrible and you should feel terrible.

IMO not worth it! Currently a college students. I saw a video advertising Wigit Wall and I loved it , thought it was perfect for college , up untill i downloaded it and only had 2-3 wigits available for me to use and thats not going to help so unless u pay extra fee your not getting much

This was exactly what I was looking for. A few days after I paid for a monthly subscription, it reverted back to only allowing me free apps. It eventually started working again, but I lost everything in the memo I created. So sad that it didn't work out.

great app and good idea but for me, the safari widgit will work but when i shut my computer and get back on it the next day then it says the page cannot be opened because the server cannot be found. dont know how to fix this and just dont want to have to type in the website everytime because theres no point in having it

Noticed the new verison took care of any issues before and really like how the widgets look and work on my mac :)

Works great and looks better than native

Very cool app, however everytime my computer is restarted the widgets disappear. So I just reopen widgetwall and they reopen, but then all my personalizations disappear. So I have to change every widget back every time I restart my computer. Not worth it in my opinion

I was able to get the widgets on my screen the first time but when I turned my computer off it had taken away like half of my widgets and I had to remake it. Then when I turned it on today ALL of the widgets were gone.

When I downloaded it yesterday to try it out it put about 8 widgets on my desktop. I was able to make some changes to it. Today I can't find out how to add more apps or even pay for the app to add more features. I love the thought of it but the follow through it terrible.

I bought the subscription but now the app itself won't even open on my computer. I have no way of adding more widgets to my screen. Not sure what to do :/

I did the one time payment of $20 for all the widgets, set up my laptop and everything. When i updated my laptop everything was gone and all the widgets were locked again like i didnt pay for it (yes the app is updated). DO NOT GET THIS APP

At first it was great! I had the free version, i customized my widgets to my liking and was loving it. But... whenever you turn off your computer all the widgets go away :( its not worth customizing each time i turn on my computer

I paid $10 for the year to get access to everything, but the app crashed and then told me I had to pay again. Absolutely ridiculous.

I like the app but it wont connect to my caledar correctly. Im not able to allow permission for the app to access the calendar

I bought the 99cent a month subsciption, just to try out the widgets, and not even an hour passes and I can't access the paid widgets, what a waste.
