Payment to wingo for bag and seats was made and accepted( A receipt was sent by mail) but the software ignores the seat payment and keeps asking to pay again, and obviously the check in process stops there, with no available solution.
First and last time using this airline. My credit card apparently denied the charge after being processed by Wingo. I’m supposed to get it reimbursed in 10days. We’ll see! Used another card and didn’t work. Used the same card and charge went through. Now I have to wait 24hrs to see if this charges won’t get denied. Have to call my credit to see what the problem is because Wingo doesn’t know. Then tried to check in with App, and doesn’t work. Ticket to download doesn’t come up, after doing check-in online but it’s telling me that my trip has been added and no trip comes up, it’s blank. I hope the flight experience is better but not counting on it.
I’m not sure what’s going on with the company/developer, but they need to get it together. You can’t use the majority of the self-service options (something as simple as a name correction doesn’t work) and with the most recent update 2 days ago, you can’t even check-in to your flight. What exactly is the point of even having an app if it doesn’t do anything? The website is just as bad. The airline itself is fine, but as far as technology goes there are far too many pain points.
Horrible customer service. They charged me twice for my baggage, app and in person. They told me I was going to get a refund; It's been 3 weeks and nothing. Besides that, they charged me more because it was the "express line." I called customer service and lady did not want to explain the refund process. I tried English and Spanish, and I could not understand them. I'm fluent in both languages, yet they made it so complicated. Rude workers.
This app is awful. Basically getting the boarding pass doesn’t work and so at the airport in Bogota it’s the only airline with a gigantic line at checkin, because no one can get their boarding pass. This company should get their act together or just go out of business. Everything about it is a bad experience compared to other airlines which are just as cheap.
After being unable to get my boarding pass after a website check-in I got the app. It doesn’t work. I spent an hour trying to get a live chat to assist - after a few exchanges in English it resorted to Spanish (this was on WhatsApp) Finally got a human, who sent me a .pdf He was unable to explain to me how to successfully get the boarding pass from the app - his directions had me going in circles. Finally told me I’d have to go through this on my return flight too. Really. Worthless app and I’m dreading the actual flight.
My bank denied the initial charge, Wingo would let me resubmit my payment, but added an extra $10 to complete the sale. Used the same card successfully minutes later at the higher price. 🙄Tried calling their helpline 3x which kept disconnecting.
Their online check-in doesn’t work, they try to charge me for online check-in, and more for my luggage (because online check-in didn’t work). This is a mess.
A small child could build a better site. Nothing works, it’s impossible to book a low fare. You may select a low fare, but it’s a higher fare at checkout. Totally a Third World experience.
I never write reviews on here but sheessh. I am impressed how this airline can operate a business with so many online errors. This app doesn’t allow you to do anything. Please save your time. Do not download.
Cons of app/ website: - can’t buy tickets - can’t check in - incomplete flight status. Missing boarding time and gate number. Website times out when you push continue button to go on to the next page. It takes an hour of trying to eventually buy tickets or checkin. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Pros: None

Está aerolínea es la peor del planeta engañado y estafando a miles de cubanos exigiendo visa para Colombia después que venden sus boletos y no la exigen antes de hacer la compra cuando inmigración de Colombia no la pide a Ciudadanos cubanos por menos de 24 horas
La Aplicación es desastrosa, tiene links rotos, no está en línea y la funcionalidad mas básica de web check in NO SIRVE , ni siquiera permite ver el pase de abordar
